Loved this place!First time shopping here. I don't live near here, I was just passing thru...Great sales/offers!Great fun selection! A lot to look at, which I enjoy! Outdoor Bird food, feeders, etc., cat & dog food, toys, etc. Not sure if they sell products for other types of animals, because I didn't look, but I want to say- yes, they have many more products for other animals, but not 100% sure.They even have a section that is like a little gift shop area. Cute, pretty, inventive, create memories or remember certain people with gifts, cards & charms. So many interesting things to look at. Not your normal department store selections.Also, they sell lawn equipment. Lawn mowers, fertilizers and plant fertilizers, etc. I believe they also had a nursery attached, but my bf and myself would not allow me to go out there! I have a shopping addiction...and I love plants! Not a good idea. LolStaff were young. Like high school or college students. I didn't ask any questions really, so I don't know what their service knowledge is like.I plan to go back if I'm ever in the area, or if I feel like taking a short road trip.Definitely a 5🌟 shopping experience.

I love Mackey's in Woodstock! They carry our favorite dog food brand, have an array of houseplants that I can't help but purchase, and the best selection of outdoor plants in the summertime. They have absolutely everything you need and the manager Erin is so friendly & knowledgeable. So happy to have them so close to home - we often stop there multiple times a day!

YET ANOTHER AMAZING EXPERIENCE SHOPPING HERE! I can't help but get excited from the selection by the way this store is set up! It is so beautiful, and organized, and the people working are just so friendly & welcoming! My best friend loves getting her pet and garden supplies here, and I love the bath, body, candles, & pumpkins!! She did the 20% off deal for what's inside the pumpkin, and gave my son the pumpkin! Can't wait to go back!!🎃🎉

Wicked awesome place. Staff is very helpful, spun up on brands and products and go above and beyod. (Even helped carry items to my car time or two). I've been using Fromm dog & cat food from them and my pets are healthier than ever with the shiniest coats. Prices are also the lowest around, you really can't beat em. :)

So I stopped here this morning for a 50# bag of bird seed that was on sale per their flyer. The girl at the counter tells me I need a physical coupon to get the sale price, which was not posted on their website. When I asked if she had any there that I could use, she stated they're not allowed to use what they have for customers. Huh??? I returned 30 minutes or so later with an online coupon, and greeted with "Are you all set?". When I asked if I could use what I had on my phone, which the flyer said was valid online or in-store, she said she had to ask the manager. When she came back to the register, she simply rang up the sale price, and didn't even request the online coupon code. So what was the reason for the actual coupon??? This isn't the first time we've experienced poor customer service at this store, however it likely will be the last.

There are not an abundance of perennials to choose from though the plants they do sell are healthy and most of the staff are very affable. Their prices are reasonable though.

Mackey's is a wonderful place for so many needs: domestic pet food, treats, and toys, supplies for various livestock, gardening and landscaping supplies, a huge selection of wild bird food, feeders, local treats like kettle corn, and more.There's a great selection of wind chimes and other yard decor, like garden statues.Pets on leashes are welcome in Mackey's and the staff is so friendly to them, even greeting our pup by name when we come in.They have a great loyalty purchase program for bird seed and dog food, where customers earn a free bag for every ten purchased.Customers can sign up for Mackey's Club Card to earn points for every dollar spent; points become certificates for the customer to redeem.Mackey's is such an asset to our area!

I stopped into Mackey's for plants and while there I mentioned that my garage door opener had just stopped working. To my surprise, Erin was able to help me by replacing the unit's battery. That's what I call full service - thanks Erin.
