I came in late last night and was going crazy trying to find Make up that matched my skin tone. Nichole over heard and offered her help. She stood with me for around 15 minutes giving me her opinions on which colors to get and what brands would work best. Amazing customer service and literal life saver! It was a perfect match once I got home.

Honestly go elsewhere for the pharmacy. Every time I’m here for a prescription once the new pharmacist took over they never have it ready. They closed the drive through and the line is always long and around the corner. They no longer answer the phone. Completely incompetent. Took a hard nose dive down hill with the current pharmacist. Use a mail in cvs pharmacy instead significantly cheaper and easier to work with. Would love to give 0 stars.

It has been over three weeks now since the previous pharmacist left and the pharmacy is still in chaos. The pharmacy refuses to answer the phone and going in-person results in a long waiting lane only to be told the prescriptions aren’t ready, and they don’t know when they will be. The pharmacy staff are reporting being 7 days and 1,200 prescriptions behind. I now have three family members whose medications have run out. If Rite Aid can’t remedy this situation immediately, then they should close this location.

The pharmacies are the most lazy and useless employer ever seen. They called me to pick up the medication. I get there nothing. It’s not ready for pick up. After filling up the prescription telling me to wait another 20 min for pick up. Reason is to print the label. Here I am for second time the line is passing the seasonal shelves. It’s not the first time. I don’t recommend to pick up your medication in this location.

Pick another place to get your scripts. they can’t get anything right waiting days for scripts to find out they never didn’t order it and it will be another couple days, called in 2 days nothing done they never ordered it in. 6 people in front of me were told scripts weren’t ready yet most were saying the scripts were called in days ago. They lost my family members insurance info after a month. will be switching to another pharmacy. good luck as they have no consistent hours. I would like to support in town but they make it impossible.

I couldn't have agreed more with Stephanie as of Aug 26, 2022, but NOW the place is a disaster, you can't reach the pharmacy by phone, 3 days after being sent 830am by physician my prescription isn't even entered into the system yet, meaning I can't even have it pulled by another Rite Aid to fill, and the other RiteAid can ask them to put it in if they would pick up the phone but they do not even for another store. It was worth the drive from Waterbury while George was the pharmacist, but currently it's unacceptable! How could they be that behind in filling prescriptions, with a staff and pharmacist there, I saw them all. Everyone in line was turned away and upset, they didn't even give a 2 hour wait, it's just "whenever" and could be days. Be prepared.

The worst pharmacy ever. Very rude and unprofessional. The regular store is very good and the employees are nice. But the pharmacy seriously needs some new people. They are all rude and just terrible at life.

The lack of responsiveness from the pharmacy is unacceptable. Losing, misplacing, or mishandling prescriptions is unacceptable. The new pharmacist is useless. There should not be a fight to get a prescription or someone on the phone. I, along with many others, were patient during the transition to the new pharmacist for long enough but now it’s been over 6 months and there’s still a problem. Don’t send prescriptions here, save yourself time and stress.

The service at the pharmacy is awful, if you go there you wait; even when you receive a message that your prescription is ready. When you call, it just rings and if they answer they put you on hold and never returns. I'm done.

The pharmacy has been closed since last Friday, and unfortunately, the much needed prescriptions are already filled so I cannot have the prescription sent to a different pharmacy. Yes, my prescriptions are needed, but I can’t imagine what this is doing to their customers who suffer with serious conditions. They could kill someone- corporate needs to get their act together!!

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for insulin and syringes. No one answered the phone. I’ve gone in person several times and still, no prescription, and no telling when it will be in. I keep being told “tomorrow”. Well it’s been about 16 “tomorrows” later. Where is my prescription????? You of all people should know that medications are NOT OPTIONAL. What in the actual F is going on with this pharmacy? You are literally GOING TO KILL PEOPLE if you can’t get your act together. Things were not like this when George was the pharmacist up until a few weeks ago. This is absolutely insane and LIFE THREATENING.

I call the pharmacist that works there whenever I have questions, when mine/ my kids doctors offices are closed. He even took the time out to explain bloodwork results to me when I was in a panic. I recently moved to Wolcott and started using them. If I would have known how amazing their customer service is, I would've happily drove from Waterbury when I lived there. It's worth the drive!

The management of this pharmacy should be ashamed of their unorganized services. We scheduled online Covid vaccine appointment TWICE on Sep 23, but the pharmacy was CLOSED, we rescheduled the appointment for next day for Sep 24 and confirmed But we were surprised to see the pharmacy is again CLOSED AGAIN without any notice to customers who have appointment. WHAT IF WE NEEDED URGENT MEDICATION?Would immediately change my pharmacy!Now guess what ! the owner will copy & paste from their previous responses to other peoples that WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR THAT!!!!Crazy!!!!!!

Since George has left I have transferred all my scripts and All of my husband's scrips. What a grand mistake to allow an excellent pharmacist like George leave and take more than half of the staff with him . George was much more than a pharmacist he was our friend and he knew everyone personally

Seriously the best staff in a drug store ever. The girls and women who work at the front counter and in the pharmacy are friendly, efficient, and professional. The two men that seem to both be managers are absolutely phenomenal! Always such a refreshing experience to come to this store even if I need to wait on line because the staff creates an awesome energy there!

This is my favorite pharmacy. Wolcott has the greatest staff. It is always clean and maintained. They're organized and on top of things. I've been with them for several years now and I am so grateful for them.

Dr calls in meds around 430s , arrived at rite aid around 6pm , 12+ cars in drive tru 6 ppl in line , get to the counter to have a lil miss say oh its not ready yet so i ask about what time u think , she response by stating 2 other ppl are waiting too ,,,, yup , poor work ethic or just dont give 2 FKS ! I say both !!!!
