Terrible location. Wouldn’t accept a a return from another ace hardware. Didn’t really offer an apology or solution. Item was purchased about a week ago and was only $20 bucks but overall interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never return.

I have been to ace on wolcott rd a few times and plan to come back again and again. Great customer service reasonable prices a great selection. The best part of all is the great people who work there. I have no affiliation with them but I think it's important to recognize great small businesses. Thank you ace !

Friendly, helpful staff, clean store, fair prices, although the selection is somewhat limited depending on your project. The rewards app provides great savings, plus they mail you additional coupons.

Family owned and operated as well as fantastic service! I highly recommend keeping your business local and come here instead of the large box stores!I brought a pair of knock off (Chinese) go karts to Ray after no one else would even think to look at them. Ray and his team bent over backwards to fix them and make sure to keep in touch with me to give the status.Highly recommend if you need anything with an engine fixed to bring it to Ray!

They don't let Next Street instructors use their restroom even though they share the lot and they took over what used to be the classroom. I doubt that the pipe has been broken for two months straight. I don't shop there so I can't say for certain whether the store itself is bad, but the employees were a bit rude about the restroom thing.
