My coworker introduced me to this place and I love it 💞 they sell yummy fruit smoothies, protein smoothies, and special ones. They also do acai bowls and sell several local and organic produce which I appreciate. They sell raw milk to order and its so great !!They have a side for groceries and one for supplements and toiletries and it's amazing. Everyone is so polite and understanding.It can be a little pricey for some things, but other things are on sale or cheaper than you'd find at some other grocery stores.

I love this store and I come here frequently. It has many products I need and the smoothie bar is great. One star off because there is an employee in the back, an elderly lady who is very annoying. She follows you around the back and makes you uncomfortable. She asked if I was looking for something and I said I was browsing, but she stares and glances as she follows. I have friends/relatives that tell me the same thing and she makes them feel unwelcome.

This was my first time in the store so I wasn’t familiar with it at all. I wasn’t greeted and the girl stood at the counter and stared at me without saying a word when I was ready for check out, she saw me looking at the smoothie options. I didn’t feel welcome here and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. The avocado chips were also rancid, so I had to go back into the store. They did apologized and they give me my money back for those but the sell by date was 2022 I just didn’t feel very welcomed.EDIT: they definitely made it right. Thank you. I appreciate you fixing the issue!

Literally love rooted. They have such healthy food, and I love to go into their other half section where it’s a pharmacy and mini-store. I got introduced to rooted and immediately fell in love. Their smoothies are so amazing! I’ll be back soon!

The manager Suzelle and the other employees are knowledgeable and helpful in finding just the right supplements for your needs. Not to mention the excellent smoothies! Their recipes are well thought out for nutrition as well as taste!

Great find. Serves light lunch, smoothies, salads and soups. Nice open feel. Two doors to get in from back municipal parking lot and Main Street. Natural pharmaceuticals in back, dry goods in middle, lots of different teas, frozen and cold foods, food bar up front with a few tables and chairs. Definitely worth a stop.

I like this place but a lot of the fresh food I buy only lasts a day.. I have to say that their products are getting much better and I really have no complaints anymore. Love going there! Matter fact, I’m probably in there for days a week.. 💜

Me and my wife had the best experience here. My wife was looking for a product sample, and The owner gave my wife a 3 days worth of samples and didn’t charge us! This is somewhere I will be giving business to again. Love the products in the store. Super friendly, and good environment. If you haven’t been here yet, definitely check it out

Thank goodness I found a health store locally!! Great variety of not only supplements and personal care products but also refrigerated, frozen and packaged for selecting. Both gluten free, and sugar free, Non GMO, organic produce etc etc.. my new(to me) go to store. Very friendly helpful local staff too. Locally owned and operated. #shopsmall

A great big shout out to the ladies at Rooted Market in downtown Town of Winchester/Winsted, CTThey were super helpful, the store offers fresh produce and supplements and gifts just to name a few items. They weren't "judgy" that I was an RN seeking holistic help for a current Lyme infection. I highly recommend!!!

The couple that owns this store is very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in expecting to be lost at what we were looking at. They both approached us and informed us on what to look for and get. Even offered help and send us recipes for such thing. Really good store to go to. Definitely will be coming back.

They have a ton of stuff that's gluten free, and at reasonable prices, which is so hard to find. I have Celiac so this place is a dream come true. They have everything here! I loved coming here and I know for sure I'll be coming back!
