Staff are very helpful here, I came in because a tree branch fell on my roof at my husband’s rental property and the staff gave me everything I needed to fix the issue temporarily and told me exactly what to do to resolve my problem

This is a great store! The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Whenever I find something online at the Ace hardware website, and it says it's in stock in my local store, I find that is indeed actually there! It sounds like common sense, but how many times have you gone to a store where online it says the product is in-stock there, but then the local store says they don't have it? Not with these guys, they keep good track of their inventory!

Decent selection for a local hardware store, staff always very helpful. On line ordering and pick up is great when doing weekend projects (saves the wait when getting paint!)

Great local business. Knowledgeable staff. Owner is usually on site and keeps the store clean and stocked. They even have a clearance bin that has some good deals. When I had back and neck problems, it was so much easier to use this store than deal with all the parking and walking required for a big box store.

I went here last week as the store i had been going to the paint machine was broke. The level of customer service is beyond remarkable. So i was definitely going back. Went back today to get all the paint supplies i needed including the paint. Again the customer service is outstanding... they are friendly and helpful. You have a customer new customer now..

I do not think you would know how great this store is by it's store front. It's like saying, Don't judge the book by its cover. What a great Ace Hardware. This store has had everything I needed when I needed it. The employees are great. They are not bothered by your question. That are extremely helpful. Thanks Ace Hardware!

This is a great hardware store. They have always had what I needed. The staff are also really good at giving advice about home projects. This hardware store really embraces their slogan: "Ace, the helpful place." The prices are decent for the material as well.

The service in this store is great 👍. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I went there on the date my sister passed away to get out of the house. The workers were extremely kind to me on one of the toughest days of my life. I will shop there again. It is good to know that there's still kind people in the world today and I found some at this store. Please go there and see how they can help you.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prices are at or only slightly above the big box stores. Among my many purchases was a grill that was assembled, delivered, and the old one removed -fantastic service! Best deal around! The few pennies you may save going to Lowes for every day items will be wasted in gas and the time you spend wandering the aisles looking for someone who knows anything about the product you want. Pay your neughbor, not a big box. You won't regret it.

This place is stacked with a wide variety of household needs. The store is clean and well organized. The staff have a good sense of knowledge about the inventory and location of the items you'll inquire about. You should definitely check the website or the adds for the deals and promotions.

Been coming to Windsor Ace for years, for work and personal supplies. The staff is very friendly and always of best help. They will order any items not in stock and if what you're looking for is not available via Ace Hardware, they are thoroughly knowledgeable about local supply firms where the item can be obtained.

Ace hardware has good grass seed compared to Lowe's and The Home Depot. Ace spring hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-6:30pm Friday 8am-6pm Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 8am-3pm.

I had (7) window screens fixed there ,at least I thought that they were fix. They charged top dollar and they didn't last long at all they all,every one of them fell apart in less than three months I thought that I would support the local guy but what a mistake that was, never use them again for anything
