I brought my rescue pup Bebe here for two days of boarding. They do have webcam so you can see your pup in play areas 1 and 2 and outdoor play if they have the daycare portion of their stay. Bebe went for daycare but was too anxious and nervous and wanted to hide so we now know that is not good for her.They have food there but you can bring your own and you can bring a bed or toy.Bebe was very happy when I came for her and I will use this kennel again.The staff are friendly and efficient.

The staff here is fantastic and my dogs love coming here. They take great care of my animals and are very accommodating whenever my pets have to be boarded with them. They also have a camera service available so you can check out how your dogs are doing throughout the day.My dogs are picky eaters and follow a very specific meal plan; the staff was able to follow those instructions and take care of my dogs. The groomers are also excellent and have always made my pups look great. They also have social media profiles showcasing the dogs and how much fun they are all having. And they host birthday parties for the puppies!Sure, the place is smaller than Camp Bow Wow but the quality of care and services is on par with any other facility. I'm very happy with how great Valley Boarding Kennel and how they have treated my family and pets.

I went for a tour through the place and wasn't pleased at all, the cages looked all worn out, no blankets on the floor where there were dogs, the place smelled very badly, the place was terrible, I would not recommend this place at all,

On top of the friendly staff, the service was great. I brought my two black german shepherds in and they came out amazing. Their undercoat was all blown out which helps tremendously with the shedding. I dropped off in morning before work and pick up after work. How convienent. Overall great experience. My mom has had her small dog groomed and trimmed and she has said they do a great job on him as well. Highly recommend. Love dealing with friendly upbeat people.

Don't send your dog there if they are allergic to anything.We left our dog there for a weekend with extremely clear instructions on her food allergies. We provided them with the only food our dog could safely eat. The Kennel claimed they followed our instructions, but when we picked up our dog she was sick and vomiting blood. The vet said she must have been eating things she was allergic to.

The people seemed great. The problem is my dogs came home with kennel cough. It didn’t seem to phase them at all. Said it is going around. I am very disappointed that something like this would happen. I understand that nothing is 100% but some compassion and follow up from them would go a long way. We paid a lot of money and trusted them to take care of our dogs, keep them safe and was completely let down.

Do not bring your dogs here. I brought my now 9-month old puppy there for a few months. After a couple weeks, I noticed my puppy would vomit wood chips every night after going to daycare. Valley has wood chips in their outdoors area. I told the staff and asked them to keep a better eye on her. Their response the first time was "we can put a muzzle on her during the day." Knowing that was dangerous and traumatizing for a dog, we said no. The second time we asked, they said "No, we have too many dogs that it's not possible to watch any of them specifically." After that, we decided to bring our puppy for the few remaining days on left on her pass and then switch daycares. After her last day, she had to be hospitalized. Her GI track was inflamed from the wood chips and she became dangerously ill. She has since made a full recovery after being hospitalized and on medication and a bland food diet for over a week. We spent almost $1,500 in vet bills to help her. These people are reckless and negligent with their care of animals and should not be trusted, nor should they be in business.

Wonderful place! Our foster dog goes here once a week and the staff is wonderful. I always feel like our dog is in good hands. They are extremely patient and professional. Highly recommend!

We have been taking our dog Louis here for years. He is a rescue dog and nervous around strangers. He loves it when he goes in for doggie day care and grooming and always comes home exhausted from playing so much. And he looks and smells so nice!

Do not go here to board a cat! We dropped off our cat for 6 nights and we called prior asking what kind of "rooms" were available and what it would look like for cats. They said it would be a cat condo and that he would have access to outside within their gazebo at least daily. They also asked if we would also like daily pictures, as worried parents we said yes. We never got a single photo or update even after reaching out to them. And we think he was confined to a small cage THE ENTIRE TIME. When we finally got him back, he was filthy (litter and pee all over himself, he was shedding like crazy literal handfuls were coming off him indicating he wasn't able to groom himself let alone anyone ever touched/pet him which we PAID EXTRA FOR per day). Only reason I gave them 2 stars was when we got him back, he wasn't shaking in complete fear with a bushey tail... Would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND!!

This place is Racist they don’t want you to speak any other language in they lobby.They will say they feel Threaten Lol they treat the dogs bad leave them dirt and nasty so you can spend more money on they grooming services.(thieves) your dogs would come back home scared and afraid and sick.like their being abused.STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!! You will thank me later.

Our dog Lily just returned from a very happy day at Camp David, spending some great paytime with her friends and then a special grooming getting eased cut and having her ears cleaned...Lindsay did a terrific job, Lily has never looked as gorgeous as she does now, soft and fluffy. Lindsay took the time to explain what she did to clean the ears, and she was very caring and professional. Lili LOVES to go to Camp David and we live having her go there...THANK YOULouise Galvin

We have taken my dog Sadie here twice and so far she seems to enjoy it..Never had a problem dropping her off or picking her up..And the price is right for the whole day and night-time..! We like it very much here at Valley!

I left instructions for then to clean my dogs eyes 2 times a day she has bad eyes especially one and when we went to pick her up her eye was covered in crust and green eye boogers. Instructions where not hard just wash them and put in medicine

They take good care of the dogs. Being able to watch them on a remote video feed is a plus.Did a good job with their claw clipping as well. I give them an A - Would recommend!

Seem to take good care of my dog , but labeled my dog as aggressive ,after a hx of being attacked 2 different instaces 1 time at a pet store and once at a dog park , my dog is defensive but not aggressive

Fantastic appetizers, dinner, and dessert. Selections on menu are wonderfully varied. They have a giant list of beverages to choose from as well. The waitress was courteous and attentive.
