I've come here a few time in the mornings when Walgreens has been closed, very disappointed. Everytime I have gone in for emergency supplies for a sick kiddo the only lane open is self check with no staff in site at all. I know they have morning tasks but there should be someone on the floor during that time frame for customers with cold/flu supplies as you can't check out with them at the self check. Also when you have multiple sick kids those dang self check out spots that only fit 2 items isn't gonna cut it. Staff your CVS correctly.

This place is a joke. Head pharmacist is incredibly short and has no interest in providing any more than a yes/no answer to questions that require elaboration. I felt a stronger human connection with the automated messaging service than I did with her take on “customer service”. After multiple days of getting nowhere when needing an urgent prescription I spent less than 10 minutes with the CVS in Enfield and had all my issues addressed same day. Avoid this place like the plague.

The cashier took a coupon from me that I was trying to use at self check out because it was under someone else’s card and she told me I couldn’t use it with my card. I said ok I’ll keep it to use it online or something and she said no and wouldn’t give it back and claimed she would give it to the person who gave it to me (on video at self checkout). She stole my $10 rewards from me and likely will keep for herself. I had my kid with me so I let it go but am leaving this survey to warn others about the thief at this store.

This is written specifically about a failure leading to severe illness due to improper vaccine distribution and management. We had setup appointments to get the updated COVID vaccine from this location on the first day it was available, but multiple times in a row we received an automated message that it was canceled the night before and we were forced to keep rescheduling further out until we all eventually caught COVID rather than getting vaccinated. As someone with an immune system issue who is also surrounded by others that are immune compromised, this was a particularly bad situation. It was kind of like if your airline carrier made you create an entirely new reservation weeks later because they overbooked your flight leaving you stranded...and then once the new flight was ready to depart, they tell you that once again you are being bumped because they accidentally overbooked your rescheduled flight as well and thank you for choosing to fly with them.

Fast friendly courteous employees. Manager Tracey is FANTASTIC. shes been there for many years and started as a cashier. She knows that store like the back of her hand. Store is always clean and well stocked. If u need help finding something employees will help u by getting it for you or bringing u to the area.Pharmacy is very busy. The drive thru is VERY POORLY DESIGNED.. parking lot has 3 entrances so being aware is crucial. Other businesses in the plaza so its always busy. 1 very large pothole that never seems to go away. Even when its filled in its still an issue. Delivery trucks for businesses do not have a designated space so they park right in the of the lot & cause issues. My suggestion is to be very cautious when driving & walking through the lot.. Been going to this location for 20 yrs Only had 1 issue with my medications but it was quickly fixed.They do offer delivery options, online shopping/in store pickup..ATM located inside, UPS packages can be dropped off @ this location. Money transfers, Money orders, postage stamps, bill payments are also available @ this location. Newly added 2 self check stations.. Has photo center & kiosk at this location as well.Can get seasonal & other vaccinations ( flu , shingles) Does NOT have minute clinic at this location.Overall great store/employees..

I had scheduled to have my flu and COVID vaccine twice at this location for myself and my spouse. Unfortunately, they cancelled on me twice, and we recently got COVID as a result of waiting for the vaccine. AVOID CVS!

Most of the employees are very nice but don't seem to communicate well internally. Have had multiple occasions of being told something is ready only to arrive to find out otherwise. I don't mind the wait, just don't like making trips there fior no reason especially with the construction going on there. They'll get the job done but don't really seem to respect or value your time.

The Windsor Locks CVS is one of the best Pharmacies to go to, never have to wait long picking up items there. Very helpful people, always asking if I need anything. Yes I would recommend using this store.

So, I am not sure if I ever heard a place state they due to their location they do not do returns. My mother in law occasionally loses her receipt, in this case she bought the item a few weeks ago. The clerk and store manager stated due to their location they will get a red flag.I asked her doesn’t every store scan the barcode of every item. She responded no we can’t do to location”.I understand that this CVS is located in a developing area (minorities)I believe every location should have the same treatment and if there is any issues with security and the safety of items there should be a barcode on everything purchased.I would like to think that CVS is a diverse and inclusive establishment.I find it absurd “due to a location” there are certain locations where you will not receive proper service.

Most difficult drive through pickup window ever.The yellow concrete bollards are a hazard when you have to make such a tight turn to enter the lane.This drive through should not have been approved.

Everyone here is nice from the pharmacy to the front store people. Always greet you with a smile and the place is always super clean and smells good when I walk in. This has been my go to pharmacy for years and will continue to be. Thank you guys so much for everything you do for me :)

I would rate this lower if i could i had makeup in my purse from when i left my home which you could tell was not brand new and from the store and they stopped and accused me of stealing and i showed it was mine then they started to use code words to say i was stealing and started looking in my purse without asking. But didnt stop the person who was obviously stealing right infront of workers, terrible experience would not go back again.

They gave me the wrong medication then corrected it by giving me the correct one. But they wouldn't take the wrong prescription back or refund my money because I left the store with it before finding their mistake. So... once you leave the store with an unprescribed medication... it's yours. After 50 years with them I'm transferring all my shopping and meds to Walgreens

Can't even figure out simple tasks, like if your provider is in network. Constantly need extra information for the most basic prescriptions Goodluck getting them on the phone, front store doesnt even know they're working. Do yourself a favor and switch to Walgreen's or Walmart.

7 days waiting for my medication and all they give you is a apology, unacceptable your apology doesn’t fix the problem. I’m planning to change this Farmacy. Well not all the CVS work like this one but this one is the worst.

I just got my first Covid shot at the WL CVS. It was run like a well oiled machine. My appt. went as scheduled and all safety measure were taken. The staff did a great job. Thank you.

I will never use this pharmacy again! This is the 3rd time I’ve showed up to get a rx and they claimed it was never called in. And when the dr called for the second time and I went back they said it wouldn’t be ready for another 1/2 hour and there were about 15 people waiting for other rx’s.

Don't bother calling ahead to have medication filled...even a couple days isn't enough. It won't be filled until you arrive and wait 20 minutes. Not sure what is going on here.
