This 7 11 pushes old snacks at the register. I asked what's the deal on Slim Jim's he said new and I asked for one he gears 2 and says take 2. No special deal I said one take the second one off my bill. Ok fine get to my snack later its hard as a rock date expiration was today and he's advertising as new. Next time I'll report to propper authorities. Every time I get something it's old.

Is it wrong to call paying customers “boss”?Boss: This is a disingenuous form of address. It pretends to be deferential when, in fact, it masks disrespect. It is a term in the workplace, where underlings take orders from the person with the top job. It does not belong in relationship between the paying customer and the service employee.

I have been a loyal customer of 7 Eleven for over 30 years. Travel all over ct. Been to most of them. The staff at this store have no customer skills. I Asked to have a pot of brazilian coffee maid. The staff told me no. It is only for the mornings. As far as i know 7- Eleven policy is to make a fresh pot any time a customer request it. He was very rude. I spend about 60 dollars a week at 7- Eleven. Well never again at this store. I will tell every one i know about it. I know of 5 people that will never buy anything from them . I will continue to inform as many people as i can.

I had gone in to get a hot dog for me and my husband and this is what we received. my husband had pulled out the hotdog, tapped against the bureau and it fell apart. I had also gotten one and here are the photos and was inedible and made my stomach sick believe I have food poisoning. I'm currently in the hospital,my vomiting has been uncontrollable. can't believe 711would treat there customers this way. please don't get anything from this location 535 halfway house Rd Windsor locks CT.

This is very friendly and convenient store..Two employees jack and jeep are very helpful 👌..Always make me smile face and both guys are with very Honest personality ...When i asked how are you they always tell me LIFE IS GOOD..They gave me always nice deals and makes me happier 😌....I love this store..

Bob the main man is nice and always quick to have your pack of smokes ready at the counter before you're there. sometimes pushy with with the suggestive selling. also cool in summer warm in the winter. prices are high but thats the cost of convenience, resonable priced hot / fresh coffee plenty of slushies and fountain soda!

Everytime I go to this location everyone is always so friendly. Jack is my guy like honestly he’s the best. Anyone in the Windsor locks area who hasn’t already been to this 7/11 needs to go ! Tell me dom sent yah !!!
