No way anyone gives this store 5 stars unless it's a employee.It's true. The employees are on their phones and really don't want to be bothered.And the one lady I saw stocking shelves by herself was working so hard at the top of a ladder by herself nearly fell off. There was no one around helping her. It's like she was the outcast.The employees here like to either be chatting together in groups or on their phones.Your manager in this store has no idea how to motivate workers to make them take pride in themselves and it's obvious.If it wasn't the only store around it would be out of business.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I came for an oil change, but because I had a oil leak they couldn’t change my oil, I got the leak fixed, bring it back and because I changed the battery in my key fob the car doesn’t start unless it’s in my center console, sometimes it starts after pressing the button twice but it ALWAYS starts…. They can’t change my oil in case the car doesn’t start at all in the garage. It will start, just press the bottom with your foot of the break once or twice. The damn car will start! Again I have to bring my car somewhere else and pay twice as much because they won’t change my oil!

Everytime we go there there is always an issue with employees doing..... Lack of doing what they are supposed to and they definitely have no plan on going above and beyond for customers. Employees obviously need training. Update: there should always be someone near the counters such as jewelry and gun cases ect.. loosing lots of money from not having people there customers won't wait and hunt people down.

Most organized walmart I've visited. Something out of th we Truman show. The place was so clean and neat it was kind of bizarre to experience. Keep up the great work people do notice

I've been and worked in a lot of Walmarts and this is the best store! The staff is great from the bottom up. The management team is so easy to work with. They, including the top store management is always on the floor working with the employees. The store is very well merchandised and well stocked on most days. The staff is always willing to help you too. I wish this store was in my hometown.

They Still follow me into every aisle. Now I just smile or try to fart on them(crop dusting i believe it's called) without them knowing. I Wish so badly there was another grocery store nearby. But this place full of dooshers will have to do.

Walmart delivery:Delivers 1 pack of 12 water bottles.Charges me for 12 packs of 12 waterbottles.Do they refund me... no thwy put me on hold for 47 min! I got charged $40 for 1 pack of water... stealing from your customers not only thier time but their money.

The tire section told us they couldnt change our tires because of loose hubs, we brought it to a mechanic what only charged us 250 and told us we had no loose hub they just didnt wanted to do the work also they never called us to let us know we walked in walmart for an hour than we went over there to be told that they decided they couldnt get it done after 5 minuts of us bringing in the car, bad service and lazy people

We just left the auto shop at Walmart in Windham, CT. We were there for 3 hours and at the 3 hour mark they told my husband and I they could not do our oil changes. They said my husband was clear out of oil but we have onstar and there was 18% oil life remaining. They also said they could not do my oil change because the oil drain plug was hard to turn. Which is also false because we had a new drain plug. From the start they told us it would be 2 hour wait time. They were also sending other people away that wanted tires done. Do not waste your time! Very rude and disrespectful. Our service writer/greeter was Shelia M.

Easy returns, but I’ve gotten to know this store better and there have been so Many times that I’ve heard employees talking about customers and just straight complaining and grunting like children. You shouldn’t have these conversations so the customer can hear. Whenever it’s around closing time or a holiday, they get rude, even the manager. You call and they tell you one thing. Get to the store, they tell you another. They never have the cheap basic white bread, and this is Walmart. I try not to go here too often.

I normally don't grocery shop here but my neighbor wanted to go so I drove us there at 6am when they opened. It was the perfect time to go because, obviously, it wasn't crowded. I needed to get some groceries and I needed to use the electric shopping cart because of some disabilities I have. I did not know where most items were located due to not normally shopping here. There were plenty of employees around putting out stock. Every employee I asked for help was not only helpful, but went above and beyond to help me with my shopping since I was in the electric cart. They were all very kind and it was the perfect start to my day!

Horrible, first off they have ppl at the door to make sure your wearing your mask while their employee was standing theor with it off, it sitting below your mouth and nose defeats the purpose. Then I bought all my stuff to go fishing, leave walk all the way out to my spot in the middle of the woods to open my worms to find just dirt and absolutely not one worm. So I called to complain and tell them and since I threw my receipt out and paid cash I'm pretty much beat because their is no proof of purchase yet they have very expensive cameras. Windham Walmart is a joke

They have been out of coffee creamer (half and half) Everytime I have been here in the last 6 months. It's so disappointing to go to the big box store and not have access to some basic items. Attached is a photo of the barren cooler. How can they let this get to this point ? I went back the next day for unrelated items and check again. The had like 5 units of half and half in stock and the rest of the cooler was bare. So it was like this for at least 24 hours. Get it together Roger!

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. First Walmart I've been in where the staff were consistently smiling and actually greeted me upon entry. Definitely a nice experience!

Do not attempt to buy spray paint here. It took 20 minutes to get help. I pushed the little button 3 times and had to find someone to get help. When the auto guy finally showed up he told me that it was not possible that I had been there that long, or that I pushed the button 3 times. His claim was that he would have known. Ok so now it’s ok to just call the customer a liar!

Love Walmart but the tire center is not so good they been changing my tires for years all of a sudden they couldn't put my new ones on because they didn't have a tool. It made no sense they just didn't want to work so I went across the street to the blue brothers and it was a bit pricy but they took care of me with no problems. The 1st time they couldn't change my oil because as soon as you twist the plug oil comes our lmfao 🤣 really? That's what it's supposed to do morons

Not only do I go to Walmart 2-3 times a week, I enjoy the fact that I always know where everything is! It's super convenient, and all the employees are more than helpful, with a smile. It's my home away from home! Lol
