Horrible and rude service. I have had 2 prescriptions unavailable this month because of stocking issues. While I understand that supply chain issues have been a thing for the last few years, rolling your eyes at a customer who is trying to figure out how to obtain an important daily medication is not ok. I was also told not to bother calling around because the medication isn’t available from any manufacturer. Not true, I found it in one telephone call.If the location wasn’t so convenient I would move all my meds to a different pharmacy.

I have a 0% success rate of any prescription being received by the pharmacy. Every single time I need to go there, wait on line to find our their system was down or something when the doctor put the request in and you need to call the doctors office to resend the prescription or get a copy of the request to hand to them. This has happened five times, maybe I'm just really unlucky but this is aggravating. You can't call because no one picks up so you have to drive there to find this out. Oh there's no service for Verizon at all so you have to leave the store to call because why wouldn't you. I had 100% success rate at the rite aid in Norwalk for the record, this is new to me.

CVS is a disorganized pharmacy. I received notice my prescription was ready when it was not ready. There was a long line at pharmacy counter. It is inefficient.
