I’ve decided to drop Blue Buffalo. If they do not pay attention to their marketing they are likely not paying attention to their dog food quality. Lucky Dog was a wonderful weekend morning treat. But now we get the same 5 reunions over and over and over again. Worked and trained and found homes for years with 180 dogs and now we get the same 5 episodes again and again. I’m from sales and marketing and your people are doing a poor job representing your dog food.

I never write reviews but avoid Blue Buffalo at all costs especially for small dogs. It gave my 2.5 year old healthy Shipoo new vomiting and caused his first seizure and my 14 year old Chow mix- got new vomiting and retching after switching from their regular BB to BB senior and basics limited ingredients. They have had nasty ear and skin infections since being on BB for a few years. I switched brands and now their skin and fur is healthy. No more seizures or vomiting. I’ve spent so much money on vet and ER visits. This company does not care about pets like they claim. I reported it to their customer service and the rep showed no sympathy or concern. They will just deny your medical claim form and not reimburse. Expensive bag of poison. I don’t know how they are still on shelves. Bought by General Mills. I won’t buy their cereal anymore. Nothing is safe anymore… Make sure to file a report with the FDA!

Thank you for making it easier to NOT select your products when purchasing food for my pets! Shame on you for closing the manufacturing plant in Independence Iowa...I will be pushing a boycott of your products in the state, and hopefully we make your decision a painful one!

Criminal shrinkflation experts. Ruined 20lb cat food bag by trying to make it look bigger. Now no longer resealable, difficult to pour, spills, gets stale, bugs, etc. My poor cats stomachs will be hurting for a week as we switch to a more ethical business.

I come here after an incident with my dog, a pooping incident inside the house. This happened after my mom bought the WRONG brand of dog food. It wasn't his normal bag of Blue Buffalo senior dog, but Purina (an off-brand Purina). He hasn't been going to the bathroom normally and has been affected by this diet shift drastically ever since. I already told my parents that Blue Buffalo is the best for our dog and we're going tomorrow to buy it again!!!

Since the pandemic started, I've noticed that the cat food I'm purchasing, Rocky Mountain Recipe "Red Meat Feast", is filled with less and less food and more gelatin. I emailed them once about it last year. They sent me a free case through Chewy. Things were better, for a while. The past two shipments, I've noticed the same thing happening again. I'm definitely going to switch brands.

No one should buy Blue Buffalo’s garbage. I found ground plastic in my cat food. This is from the a can of ocean fish and tuna entree. First can pulled from the variety box… right to the trash it goes, how wasteful.

I feed both my cat and dog Blue Buffalo, dried kibbles. Neither one of them will eat the little round filler bits. Maybe a look into whatever ingredients make those up for a change so your customers get a grater value instead of paying for filler?!

I definitely don’t recommend blue buffalo I gave it to my dog for 1 month and he has lost so much weight and he has never been this skinny and it is disappointing that the so called best food out there did this to my dog you guys should do better and it get if there food or treats for your dog!!!!! We have been trough a lot with him and we are really hoping he survives this .

Bought my Dog a big bag of this food, and everyone know this food is not cheap for it only to be molded all throughout the whole Food bag i’m so upset .
