disappointed with this store. They are thieves and incompetent. wrong prices on the shelf. when you will pay it is double. The manager says she can't do anything except refund the purchase. As it was paid with Apple Pay, she was unable to refund the amount. terrible customer service. in addition to having the most expensive diesel price in the entire region. definitely just a new store but with terrible customer service. I had to accept a value for wrong and misleading advertising

This gas station, like all other gas stations, needs to stop selling BT electronics. Because they do not backup the products they sell. Do not buy any headsets from any of these gas stations. Because they sell junk, they sell absolute trash. When it comes to headsets, do not buy, it isn't just loves. It's Pilot and many other gas stations. Stop buying headsets from these places because they are financially not responsible. And you'll be stuck with a 50 or $80or 100$ piece of junk. Make the electronics distributor pay for their own junk!

Nice newer location and store. Limited parking so get in early. Some nimrods continue to park on the left and right curb lines, clearly marked "NO PARKING". Loves claims they will be towed! Just do it!!!! Plenty of dumb drivers blocking the lanes going out...plan your trips!Staff in store are nice folks and restrooms and showers are clean and well maintained thus far. Subway has great staff also and are quick to serve you.

This is a LOVES TRUCK STOP. I-84 EXIT 71. A nice one but small. Clean restroom. Coffee and snaks available 56 parking sports.

This was a nice little Truck Stop. It has a easy access fuel island. Limited parking of about 60 spaces. 3 showers. The bathroom was clean. The place looked new. The cashiers were Friendly and helpful with Me using the app. They have a dog park. A trail around the property to walk and exercise.

Very small parking area. Store is clean. Only 3 showers and may take awhile.. Fuel lanes are usually packed.. Truck parking lot fills up quick. If you're coming here later at night looking for parking, good luck

This is a LEGIT rest stop. Had to use the bathroom with my kids who are ages 5 and 2. The bathrooms were IMPECCABLE, so incredibly clean. This place even had a shower for the truckers, laundry room, and a dog park. Affordable items inside!

This love's is still a nice clean place. Look like a decent spot with a pretty good amount of truck parking and the easy access from the highway. As well as a very much needed these days, regular courtesy reminder for drivers to move their truck from the fuel Island as soon as they're done fueling instead of blocking other drivers. Considering how few options there are for big trucks in Connecticut it's nice to have one like this that's clean.

Well... We are local BUT my eight-year-old grandson loves Love's to go there for breakfast. Apparently, their potato egg and cheese burrito is very good. He always has questions about the AnnouncementsAbout number 27 showers ready, they have showers, laundry, washers, and dryers We took off around the whole place. They have an outside dog area coz. We have brought our dog. We take a lot of local trips. The ladies at the counter are always very pleasant. The variety of snacks is countless.Whether it's a drink or something sweet. There's lots of it and the little gift aisle. Oh my, my grandson can never decide what he wants to choose for his sisters and his mom.He bought me a nice wallet. They have purses, collectible cast iron cars, hats, jackets, sweatshirts, lots, and lots of phone/car/big truck accessories.And on the other end, there are lots of truck parts CB staff and all kinds of truckers' needs. They do have a subway attached but they didn't have any foot-long Churro.

We stopped here on the way to Massachusetts, they had a small dog park fenced-in area that was Life changing for our 8 dogs to do a quick bathroom break. Parking available right next to the park. The space was open and clean. Every Loves should have one of these.

It's really disgusting that you put some boy at a register. Wearing makeup with his long teal hair trying to change his voice. Belongs in a mental facility. There is nothing okay with encouraging the mentally ill. Stop letting YouTube and video games raise your children and these things wouldn't happen. Since it's the age of offended, it's offensive to have to look at that when making a purchase.

Left wallet in bathroom...found by manager amy..confirmed monet in it...they dropped wallet w license outside in mailbox...after confirming monet (over 800) was there. Received wallet w money stolen...male manager told us we were lucky to get wallet..its not their responsibility to return to us...went from excited and confirm money found to having wallet thrown in mail box and money stollen.. will never stop at loves again...management doesn't love their customers...0 stars

One of the best gas station stops I've been to. Clean, lots of food options available, not too crowded and a pretty nice view from the parking lot. The only thing I could've possibly asked for is a Love's t shirt that wasn't gray, and a bag of regular salted peanuts instead of the honey roasted ones. But those are small things.

This Love’s caught our attention because it was visually appealing. One of the cleanest public restrooms I’ve been in (smelled great too, lol). Cashier was friendly. Good selection of drinks and snacks. Great for a quick stop!

Brightly lit. Friendly staff. Terrible coffee. Management should be more aware and attentive to their customer needs. No creamer/milk is available at all ??? When they sell it in the store?? Coffee should not taste like an old shoe. Bathrooms are clean.

I go to Loves for a snack and the use of the Bathroom. They are the cleanest bathrooms out of any truck stops I have gone to. There is not even a close 2nd. The TAs nearby has maybe the worst. So I started using the facilities at Loves. They are always super clean. So for that I will go there. The issue in Willington CT is the parking for big trucks. Very limited parking. But you will have the cleanest bathrooms to use if you can park.

Came in to get refill the man at cashier desk told me I needed to show my CDL to make sure it was actually me getting the refill I felt discriminated against I came last night and grabbed a refill and didn't need my CDL so what makes today different either way I won't stop here again

I have been to many Loves Travel Stops and frequent this one often. BUT twice now I've left without getting out of my car because I did NOT feel safe! There needs to be better security at this location and have loiters move along. They do not belong standing in front of the entrances bothering the customers.Please do better!

Always loved Loves store, clean and tidy. No strange smell. However, I am bit surprised that it wasn't packed or busy. Perhaps 9:45am? But... Saturday.There should be a bigger sign on the highway like in south.

It’s a nice new store. Everyone was friendly and Subway was good. The parking at the far end of the lot could’ve used a bit more planning though. Not enough room to turn around and you’ve got drivers that seem to think they can park in the center and just casually block in 15 or so trucks.

Small truck stop. Small spaces to maneuver. When fuel lanes are packed. There’s no way out. Parking spots are mostly drops trailers and box truck. Other truck stops don’t play this non sense. Better off in TA down the road.

When you’re done taking your shower, close the door otherwise, somebody else is just gonna jump in out of line which is why it’s taking so long for everybody to shower just seen one guy jumped out of the shower and another guy jumped right in out of line which made me have to wait another45 minutes I was gonna say something, but if you got to wash the stink off, I guess you gotta do what you gotta do
