Not the best customer service. I was buying 15 bags/600 pounds of mulch. All of the mulch is stored in the back of the product lot. They have a fork truck but no one to operate it. I asked the manager if I could back in to load my trailer. She replied the town won't permit that ??? I asked if I could back up on the grass to shorten the load distance and she refused.She said that is what the green carts are for. I suggested wouldn't it make sense to put some of the pallets of mulch (a high volume spring product) closer to the front of the product lot so customers wouldn't have to lug the bags of mulch from the back of the lot? She asked if I needed anything else and gave me my receipt. Didn't even thank me for my business. Fine effort.

A perfect store for Willington. We don't have many retail shops. A place go buy outdoor plants, garden supplies, tools snd other household stuff when things break at home. Good stuff. Good staff
