This was a meet up. They don't carry coconut milk for the refreshers here, so that was kind of a letdown.The coach and chair seating arrangements were nice and cozy, but it was freezing inside the building, and we had to keep our heavy coats on.We ended up leaving sooner than we planned. I didn't even finish my strawberry coolotta which just did not taste right to me.

Every time I come here, the service is terrible. It’s the only Dunkin I have on my way to work in the morning, and they are ALWAYS slow. I’ll get there at 7:10 and won’t leave until 7:22, making me late for work. I’ve avoided going, but today I decided to try again. Only two cars ahead of me and it still took 13 minutes just to get to the window. And then once there, the lady handing me my order was beyond rude and threw my bag with food into my car. The only good thing was luckily my food and drink tasted good. Avoiding this Dunkin from now on.

This place is truly unbelievable. I wish I could make more reviews showing how bad this dunkin is.I waited outside of the drive through window for ELEVEN minutes for an order of hash browns, and a medium iced coffee. They didn't once open the window and say hey give us one moment were backed up, absolutely nothing. So I thought it must be they were making new hasbrowns, which only takes around three mins (I worked at dunkin) but then they gave me old nasty hashbrowns.Someone needs to shut this facility down.

Reading their 1 star reviews in the drive thru and laughing while completely ignoring the customer and still made the order wrong. A little bit of butter does not mean put the entire stick on it.This comes from someone who is constantly disappointed by Tim Hortons in Canada. Nothing compares to how bad this Dunkin is.

I cannot believe I’m writing a review about a Dunkin Donuts, much less a bad review. One, you pretty much know what you’re in for at any Dunkin, and two, as a native New Englander, this feels like blasphemy. However, this one is so awful that it’s a blight upon the good - ok, meh - name of Dunkin.You will wait in line at the drive-thru for an insane amount of time if the number of cars in front of you is greater than zero. Think you’ll beat the system and go inside? Congratulations, you now live here because despite having at least five visible employees “working” every shift, only two of them are kind of “working.” Today I watched someone make one sandwich at a time at an artist’s pace and then put what turned out to be mine in a bag off to the side. There it sat, scared and alone, until someone finally figured out that I wasn’t sitting at the drive-thru window for my health and united me with my sandwich that kind of tasted like burnt plastic.You will also never get what you ask for. I know that most Dunkins have a success rate of about 50% in this area. It’s part of their charm. However, this one is determined to set the bar even lower. Order a hot coffee? You will get iced. Order a bagel? Here’s your donut. Order a coffee AND a food item? Here’s a shoe and a puppy.* This is of course after you’ve repeated your order 10 times, because somehow a “large hot regular cream and sugar” is heard as “small iced latte.”It pains me to say that I’m going to start making the monumental effort and go to the other Dunkin that’s two exits down the highway instead. This one is closer to my house and right across from the finest shopping that Willington has to offer. However, since I inch closer to going viral for losing my mind at a Dunkin every time I come here, I guess I’ll just need to plan my trips to Dollar General and Lots and More around other errands.*You will not actually get a puppy. If this were the case, I would keep going here every day and tell my irate boyfriend that all the dogs are Dunkin’s fault, so they would get at least 2 stars from me.

The staff is polite and on point. They even know my order and ask if that is what I will be ordering today. They have been moving quickly and the wait isn't long. I go through the drive through. Please tip them and be nice. It's not easy to be in the working force anymore when dealing with customers.Side note, my drink is always to my liking. Delicious!

Was in line for over 11 minutes with only two cars in front of me. Got to the window and was ignored by the two employees for another couple of minutes before they realized I was waiting on mobile order they that they didn't even start. 16 minutes total on the drive thru, thanks for making me late to work

Yesterday was the worst experience I had at this location, I didn't want to go through drive but apparently your employees on Sunday morning are very lazy and didn't know what they were doing the register up front didn't work so the drive-thru was taking up front orders. well I was with my husband and told the lady we had kind of a big order and she huffed and puffed roliing her eyes and said to us that she wanted us to go through drive-thru. I said we didn't want to go through drive-thru that's why we came inside. she didnt even take our order and instead she went to the register to quote unquote fix it and take the next order I am extremely upset about this and it's disgusting how lazy your employees are I didn't think employees could tell customers to go through drive-thru to order because the order was to big. In fact ill never be back here again, you need to check your employees and if they can't handle the job the see ya, go get another one. Absolutely rude as hell to us!!!!!

Every time I buy a coffee it's BURNED. Every sandwich I worder seems like they never cooked it.I have family that works here, and I'm still angry enough to post this.When someone orders a 4 dollar coffee, they want a fresh, enjoyable coffee. Not a coffee made by some bretty teen who treats their job like it's the customers problem.Save yourself the money, don't shop here.

Ordered online, at 6:28pm, Doordash says they're open until 7:30pm, Google says 8pm. They take my money, a dasher shows up to the store at about 6:45pm. "They're closed". Order cancelled, refund on hold for 3 days, extremely upsetting. Definitely making sure I never order from this specific store again.Reading through reviews, it looks like things aren't much better in person unless you're easily impressed or a bot leaving 5 star reviews without explaining what made the place good, because most of the 5 star "reviews" are just ratings. I wouldn't be surprised if the manager of this place just makes new hires leave a 5 star review as orientation just to pump ratings, cuz without all those reviewless ratings, there'd probably be less 5star than 1star reviews.

usually great service and food here, ordered a drink and a sandwich today but the drink didn’t have the cold foam, and the sandwich had egg even though we were very clear with our order. just need a bit more attention to making sure the orders are made as they are taken. otherwise great dunkin, we have made this our new store, as many othered in the area aren’t as good.

I can't understand why this place can't make sure what you ordered and paid for is actually in the bag when you receive it.It doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or the counter they either can't count or just don't care. They put your items in multiple bags and tell you you are all set but do yourself a favor don't trust it.Can't wait until a restaurant down the street opens.

Slowest Dunkin literally anywhere. I think I could roast my own beans quicker than it takes to get through the drive thru. The need to hire someone who knows how to manage a store, but it’s been like this since they opened so I don’t think they care to change.

Edit: I can’t believe this place is still open, gets worse by the day. No bagels, out of donuts, out of egg, gives me a sour dough sandwich with sausage when it’s supposed to be bacon. It’s seriously something every single time. All new staff every time you go there because they can’t keep help there, none of them know what their doing or how to make the food, and it always takes literally forever. Really should be a 0 star but ultimately I got what I ordered...I was the second person in line and I literally waited 25 min for someone to take my order and another 10 min to get my order...(two coffees and a bagel). I watched over 20 cars go through the drive through in this time....is our time not worth anything? His comment to me was we had two big orders come through. if someone is going to have a big order they probably shouldn't be going through the drive-thru And since when did the drive-thru become more important than the people that actually take the time to walk into your store to meet you face to face?

The drive thru employee taking the orders was unbelievably rude. She asked us for our order and as we started speaking she stopped us and gave us attitude about how we were giving her the order wrong. I understand that everyone has a bad day and they can be busy but that doesn’t mean that you’re rude to your customer.

I have been going to this location since it opened. It happens to be my half way mark and is in a great location. That being said, my experience took off great for the first few months. Without fail, I am there MWF at 7:30 am and order one coffee. Understandably, sometimes it's hit or miss. For the past few months the AM ladies who are at the front window are totally unpleasant and unprofessional. I continued to go just out of pure convenience, but after today never again. My coffee was visibly inncorrect so I kindly mentioned it looked a little dark. The staff huffed and shrugged her shoulders while rolling her eyes and asked if I wanted more cream. I told her yes I would. She came back with a massive attitude. This coffee still wasn't good. I'm done with this location for sure.

Made a quick stop here during our long drive since the rest stop up the road is closed after 3:30pm, so we came here to go potty and take a break from being cooped up in the car. Stopped by here around 4pm on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and business of this location. Grabbed an ice mocha which was mixed perfectly! Our only complaint was that there is no infant changing area, so we had to change our little one in our car.

We went here on 11-23-19 in the afternoon. The staff was unfriendly and we waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches and three hashbrowns. The server asked us what we ordered at least 3x and they took our order. When we did receive it the hashbrowns were cold dried out and nasty. The sandwiches were fine. Just very disappointed as we were only one of two customers inside waiting for an order and how we were treated just showed us that if you go outside of peak hours you get the B crew. The employees spent more time walking back and forth to the bathroom than they did waiting on customers. Not the best visual either. At least there are plenty of DD in our area because we'll never go back to this one.

Who ever owns this place of buisness or is at least the general manager needs to be fired. I was a manager at a Dunkin for a very long time so I'm not speaking out of place. This location is so EERIELY understaffed it hurts my head. On average I spend close to 7 mins in the drive through waiting for my food and drink and it just shouldn't be that bad. On top of that, almost every single order I get is wrong. I am never the one to turn back around and make someone re do my order because frankly mistakes happen. But wow, almost every order has something wrong everyday? I wish I could just say I'll go to a different one, but this is the only one within miles of willington. I mean honestly, who ever manages this place needs to take a deep look at themselves and understand they do an absolutely terrible job. And they should feel bad that their workers are that highly understaffed. SMH
