I have been a customer of Walgreens for years , when I called the store after an incident the person told me she was handicapped I expressed that she was awesome but the store manager jasmine was not. I was waiting an for quite sometime on line , a very long line , and in front of me was a dad who had a special needs child, the dad was welcoming me to talk with his child while he paidJazmine opened up a register and waited on three customers behind me and insisted I did not listen to her to come to her register, she was mean spirited, and did not listen to me as I tried to help a fellow human she insisted that I ignored her to come to her register but instead I was shocked that she waited on three people behind me! She told me that it was my problem..instead of giving me the benefit of doubt she said she offered for me to come to her and I ignored her !! I was trying to help a person but that does not give her the right to say to give my space in line, I should be treated

This rating is specifically for the pharmacy. I did not get the name of the woman who helped my fiancé we are forever in her debt! She was beyond helpful on the phone with my fiancé while he tried to figure out our dogs medication that was going to cost us an arm and a leg.. maybe a hand too! Without going into too much detail, she not only helped him, but she saved us money that we never would have been able to save without her! Thank you so much to this pharmacist. We will be switching all of our pharmacy needs to this business/location.

I honestly love going to Walgreens, I'm there alot, whether to pick up my medications, or whatever else I need. Vitamins, Pet supplies, hair products, clothing,important Vaccinations, and so much more! And all the employees are great!!

I had to get a covid test prior to an upcoming medical appointment. It was fairly easy to schedule online at Walgreens. You need to go through the drive-thru to get the test done. Not inside of Walgreens. It was very easy, and the pharmacy staff did a wonderful job explaining the procedure. They were very patient with me and so pleasant.

I called ahead and made sure they had my prescription and would honor the GoodRx coupon. Multiple trips and phone calls later they filled the prescription but wouldn’t use the GoodRx price. They were super rude and unhelpful, I heard “there is nothing we can do” many times, rather than them being willing to talk to GoodRx or trouble shoot to get the price to be reasonable. Never again will I try to fill a prescription here.

I cannot believe my experience at this Walgreens. I went in to purchase a few things and when my boyfriend tried to use his employee discount they couldn't refused to add it to my purchase along with that when asked to just ring us up the manager told us to "lose the attitude" I was speechless. I work in customer service and I've been yelled at cussed at and I would never no matter what tell a customer this. No matter what we are paying customers. Very disrespectful and dissatisfied in this Willimantic Walgreens. The manger should work on his customer service. If I could I'd leave no star for their rating is very below average.

My husband is high risk and found out he has Covid, and is sick. Dr. Called in the prescription over 8 hours ago. I had called like 4 hours ago, the automated told me it was taking longer. I live in Ashford, I stayed in Willimantic for over 3 more hours, and no call. Gave up and came home and called again and asked to speak to the pharmacy . I got a man and explained the situation. He told me it would be ready in 15 minutes! Are you kidding me? I let him know that this was inexcusable. He told me to have a nice night and hung up on me!!!

I ordered two pieces of the same item online and I received the message that it was ready to pickup. When I went to pick the order up, I was told that they only have one item and then, suddenly, the store representative (Michelle, if I remember that correctly) was trying to explain that I actually ordered one. I showed her the order where it was clearly mentioned that I ordered two and she refused to accept that. The whole time she was rude and arrogant and it seems that she does not have very good understanding of the online orders. I refused to pick up the order, but they charged me the cost for packaging. I would avoid this shop and wouldn't recommend anyone to order any online pickup here.

I had a very uncomfortable experience today at this Walgreens. The man who was working and scanning my items made uncalled for and uncomfortable remarks about how "nice my tan was" and refused to make eye contact with me, staring at my legs as I was wearing shorts. It was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional situation. He was an older man, probably early 60s with grey hair and glasses. I have been coming to Walgreens all of my life, and this is the first location where I felt uncomfortable in this way. I will not be coming back and I hope he gets some form of punishment. Let's just say that if I was a young man, those comments would probably have not been made. I am disgusted and I wouldn't wish this behavior on anyone.

Terrible customer service at pharmacy. The people waiting on customers are all very friendly and professional but way overworked. Always a line at counter or at drive through. Always 25 - 30 minute wait to pick up a prescription. You desperately need to hire more pharmacy people! CVS, by comparison, is never more than a 5 - 10 minute wait. Very close to taking my business there.

This is the slowest Walgreens I have ever been too. A couple of the staff members are wonderful and are just overwhelmed by the extra work they have to do for the other staff. One of the women has told me they don't carry antibiotics. It was for an ear infection and she had to be corrected by one of the awesome staff members

I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for yrs but the last 2 yrs or so I have had monthly problems filling my prescriptions. Today they told me they couldn't fill it because it was being filled in Walgreens ARIZONA. After dealing with that mess I call back and get called RUDE.. No, i've been trying to refill my prescription for 2 days, 6 phone calls, physically ill because I'm out of my medication, and unable to go on a planned vacation because it's 3pm and I don't have my meds. WORST pharmacy and employees ever.

Horrible horrible customer service at pharmacy. First time going to this pharmacy and the person helping me was rude off the bat. When I went to pick up my prescription I waited at the drive thru for 11 minutes and two people came on and said “we will be right with you”. That obviously was not true. When the person finally came to the window she asked me all the pertinent information which I gave her. She then proceeded to take her time getting the prescription. When she came back to the window she then said there was a problem because my bday wasn’t on the original prescription (and the funny part is SHE is the one that took all my information including my license with my bday on it). I will NEVER go back there again.Kim Charron

Always a wait at the pharmacy. It's 11:46 and I am waiting for a prescription that was suppose to be filled at 10:00. Last month they filled a prescription that was suppose to be replaced with the one I was picking up. I would have been taking three different blood pressure medications.

I was told that I had to tell them when they changed my meds and gave me the WRONG STRENGTH prescription TWICE! Now I have 2 pills left from 90 I called 2 weeks ago and my prescriber has no contact from them ! THIS IS ST THE POINT OF BEING DANGEROUS!

They made me go to Walmart! I went there for Muro 128, which is not a prescription but behind the counter, and rude woman at the pharmacy area couldn't be bothered to even look for it!!! I gave 2 stars because the nice woman putting things away helped me find the other things I needed. Obviously I will not be going back to this place ever again.

Really disorganized and SLOW. I need to switch to another Walgreen's, it seems. I always wait on hold 10-15 mins and then they tell me my refill is denied (when it isn't). Drive through is also a joke. You might as well just go into the store--that way you can at least read a magazine while you wait.

Managers are rude. Never anything in stock. They hate giving rain ckecks. If you have a coupon they look at you like you are the 😈. If you have a question they act like it is the end of the world.
