The grooming service isn't bad but for the price, there are private businesses that'll give you better service. It's a great easy corporate option but with a little homework, you can find something more personal.With the long waits and difficulty to reach a person, we've opted to go elsewhere but we're never upset at the services we got.

Cancelled not once but twice on us with a number of excuses. Staff seem to come and go as we’ve gone through 3 groomers in the last 4 months. Manager extremely RUDE and not helpful whatsoever.Update: manager did call back a few days after this initial review and got our golden doodle in for an appointment. When my wife went to pick him up a few hours later, she couldn't find our dog because he was no longer recognizable. He was completely shaved from the tip of his tail to the tip of his nose with in a fraction of his skin, that's how close they had shaved him. I will be posting pictures and contemplated on legal action against Petco. This place needs to be shut down! Do not bring your animals here!

First, canceled me twice for my larger dog! I added my second dog (puppy) and booked out 3 weeks. I had appointments with two different groomers. But only 1 groomer for both apparently, ran out of time and couldn't groom 2nd dog! Frustrating!!! Short staffed??? Will find another groomer.

Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and clearly love animals. Lucky went in very nervous, and came out relaxed and happy. He is a rescue, so I wasn't sure how grooming would go. So the fact that everything went smoothly and he seemed to enjoy it really helped to ease any concerns I might have had. Lucky will definitely be back for more spa treatments and grooming. Thank you!

My dog’s grooming is wonderful. Kaylee was the groomer and she listened to what I wanted, made good suggestions, and took great care of my dog. I’m very happy with the job she did and how attentive she was to my concerns and what the dog needs. Couldn’t be happier!

All the women I have ever dealt with have been very nice and very friendly. They have been trimming my dogs nails since they opened with zero issues. Ge wont let us touch them but is very comfortable there. 100% would recommend all their services we have had him bathed and thoroughly groomed a few times as well.

We only see Kristy that is why it is 10s across the board. In the beginning we saw Kristy and were very happy then had a couple other groomers & were not satisfied. So, we figured out who we saw that one time ( Kristy) and only book with her. We completely trust our dog in her care. Kristy actually listened to how we want our dog groomed & in my opinion goes above and beyond. she works hard, is kind to us & especially to Buttercup and that is truly appreciated.

Groomers are wonderful! Haircut is average, I feel like the groomers are rushed a lot of the time. Groomer is very good with dog and very personable. They are always trying their hardest in spite of multiple interruptions. I definitely recommend them!

I made an appt 2weeks ago for a bath anda nail trim for both my dogs. We had been there before. I was not asked any questions on the phoneWhen we got there we were refused service. My little dog has recently been diagnosed with a nonsymptomaticheart murmur. He does not require medication. They were very cold and refused to even trim his nails.and did not seem very experienced. I will never shop at another PetCo again. I found an experienced groomer.

I recently rescued a new pup. Its pretty standard that rescues get spayed/neutered/vaxxed between getting rescued and being let go for adoption. I booked my appt and received the confirmation call for my appointment and was told to bring proof of rabies vaccination. No problem right? What they don't tell you is that they don't accept rabies Vax forms with handwritten information on it. So the fairly simple half page vaccination document that looks like a common form with spots you would fill in as you see each pet is apparently not good enough for them. But also not important enough for them to mention when calling to confirm that you being documentation with you for the appointment.I'm not gonna waste my vets time and $200 just for a typed piece of paper to say the same thing. I get the idea to protect your staff and other animals so you verify the vaccination status, but to split hairs at handwritten info vs typed? For shame. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Lauren is so very good to Ernie and me. Ernie is 12 1/2 and she is so caring and gentle with him. I have a handicap and Lauren is wonderful to me, too.

My dogs looks horrible for the second time in a row. The first time we were given a refund. Today in good faith we went and showed pictures of what we wanted and my dog did not come out how we wanted.

The groomer was very pleasant. My one suggestion is that it would be more convenient if the was an option for nail clipping with the on line scheduling.

I was able to get the time and day I wanted. Drop off and pick up were right on time. The groom was excellent. And there was a 20% off coupon I was able to utilize!
