My waitress was so lovely and helpful! The portions were generous (and beyond) ! I ordered shrimp on my salad. My shrimp were very dry and overcooked. My daughters salmon was also overcooked . They were very attentive and brought a new piece of salmon which was cooked perfectly!

Still love love love this location!!! This PetCo location never let me down and kept surprising me over the years. Puffy came back looking super cute and acted very happy, she even has a pretty bow tie on her neck this time.Love this location! Stores is clean and organized. We always find what we want with a good price. Staffs are super friendly, especially the groomer! Puffy always looks fresh, happy and pretty every time; sometime she comes back and surprises me with cute little bows!!!

Not a banger and trust me i know bangers.Honestly when someome tells you an animal is in bad condition instead of just shrugging it off you should at least investigate. Trash in the corners, fish dying because of poor conditions. Store could be great but lacks a certain quality.

I love Petco of course but they're just higher priced for my budget. They do have a great variety of healthy food for your animals and some pretty cool toys and play things for your furry family to play with and sleep on!

We adopted a 10 week old GSD and brought her in on adoption night to get supplies for her. Every staff member asked if they could approach and say hello, gave great advice for a new puppy, and suggested a bunch of products across multiple areas, all of which we purchased.They also explained how Vital Pet worked and it's benefits, which we signed up for and have used extensively.Overall, the staff are fantastic and well informed, friendly and helpful, and actually care about the animals they help serve.The store is always clean, has enough staff that even when busy you can always find someone for help, and there decent deals every week.The only negative I've seen is some products seem to be out of stock for extended periods at times, causing me to have to purchase elsewhere and lose our on my discount from Vital Pets.

We were scheduled for a groom with a new groomer only to find out when we got there the groomer was on vacation.I was told he called and left a VM but no such message was received. Plus Petco automated service continued to send us messages for the appointment up to an hour before the appt. When I asked about that I was told they were unable to stop those updates. Minutes after I left I got a message from the automated service that the appointment was cancelled!!! So they can cancel it on their end (which should have been done when the supposed VM left) but they can’t stop the automated messages.Very upsetting and I am now looking elsewhere for a groomer. I will also likely be cancelling my vital pet care membership.

Petco is nice they allow you to bring your dogs in for grooming. Staff here are great. They are so friendly. In this location they sell fish, hermit crabs,ferits,hamsters and other small animals. They are well taken care of. Every time I come here the store is nice and clean. My favorite thing is all the kitty cat supplies. They have toys,beds, treats and clothes. I love to spoil my cat.😁😁

After a frustrating experience with Petco's app, which is terrible, and having an issue with a repeat delivery order, I went into the store for help. The manager was lovely and, despite her having the same issues with the app, after considerable troubleshooting, time, and patience, she finally was able to resolve the issue for me. She was awesome! Outstanding customer service!

I ordered some things for my Cats online and went to the store and picked them up. I called when I got there, And my purchase was brought out to me within a few minutes. I will definitely do this again, I do this at B j's all the time and now I have a delivery and works out very well

Dead bugs all over the fish tank I ordered online to pick up in store. Called the store and spoke to manager he said nothing he could do. He said normally that doesn’t happen because employees will look inside the tank. That doesn’t help me since it took forever to remove all dead bugs and do a deep clean of the tank

I used to have my customes purchase their new puppy products here...they came out today and threatened me and bullied me...i was apologeticand left without incident...this makes my life so much better than you realize petco enforcement department...meeting new puppy buyers in the weather elements sucked for all but i was helping local businesses...you did me really dirty and i will never send my clients there again...the way I was talked to and treated was not very business like or friendly...wow petco so wrong

Sara did an AMAZING job with my new pup. He did not want to leave her side afterwards! I own a goldendoodle and she thoroughly washed/dried his coat. Would def recommend for any grooming needs!

Unfortunately, when I was there, they had some kind of clinic going on. I was trying to purchase dog snacks, a boxer was in the same aisle, and was barking their head off. I was told by an employee to leave the aisle so Boxer would stop barking. Boxer was there for clinic and in line. I understand dogs bark. He wasn't bothering me or my 11 week old lab puppy, but the employee was very rude!!! If you're going to have a clinic inside your store, expect dogs to bark. Needless to say, I wasn't able to pick up the treats I wanted and will be going elsewhere in the future.

The associate at the store was very helpful and accommodating, willing to bring my purchase to my car because I was feeling ill and did not want to risk being around others in the store. She was very polite and courteous, and my order was fulfilled very quickly overall. Definitely will continue to shop there in the future!

Grooming services wouldn’t accept my dog because I gave him anti-anxiety medication that my vet specifically gave me for grooming appointments. At no point was that ever made clear to me in the booking process. What a joke. Will never be going to Petco for services again.

A very nice, clean store. The employees are accommodating, and willing to assist. The animals looked mostly well cared for. The only draw back is the limited supply/area allocated for the reptiles they sell.
