Alisha and her crew are so wonderful to my babies. My 2 bulldogs love to hear the words “wanna go to the groomers??” They jump right up in excitement. They always come back freshly clean with a wonderful smell as well as the cutest bandanas. Alisha caught an infection in my dogs ear before we did. We were able to rush him to the vet for some medication and ear drops. We are so grateful for her! I will continue to bring my dogs to this salon as long as we can! :)

Alisha ALWAYS does her thing! Shes the best groomer I’ve found since moving back to Connecticut. She never hesitates to get him in, even if it’s last minute. My dog, Atticus absolutely loves her and she is definitely a pet person!! 10/10 recommend!! I travel from Manchester to bring my boy to her.

Appt made for Sunday at 10 am. I thought it was really cool the owner offered to come in on her day off to groom my dog as her grooming schedule conflicted with my work schedule. However, my dog, Sadie, and I were there, knocked on door, waited 1/2 hour, called Odyssey and left message, but no one ever showed up. It is now almost 30 hours later and still no one has called me back to explain what happened. Won't make another appt with this place.

Brought my Rottie to Odyssey today. He was extremely clean and happy when i got him back. His fur was silky and smelled amazing. They trimmed his nails to perfection. He really needed it. I cant wait to bring him back.

This is the 3rd time I’ve brought my 2 cocker spaniels here, one of them has very high anxiety and doesn’t like anyone touching her. Odyssey took their time with her and let her get comfortable now she loves going to see them! I don’t have anything bad to say about this place they are great people and do a really nice job, couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Two German shepards and a Boston/boxer mix were made so freaking cute!!! The staff is so nice and amazingly excellent at what they do!!! I recommend Odyssey to everyone!

I have 2 small dogs. Both nervous all the time. They do great with them and getting their nails done. They are awesome in getting me in last minute due to my schedule. Highly recommend

I brought my 2 dogs Comet (Golden Retriever) and Ellie (German Shepherd) for a grooming service and daycare. They did a phenomenal job with my dogs and their prices are so good in comparison to many other groomers I've been to such as Petco. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back again. Thank you!

I love Odyssey Suites & Spa! My dog Tony has a lot of anxiety and all the staff here go above and beyond to make sure that he’s comfortable. You can tell that they really care about the animals (and people) they work with. Everyone here is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. I just took my Chihuahua there for a nail trimming! This place is awesome! They do everything from nail trim to full grooming plus doggie daycare friendly staff who really treat your pet with care ! I would definitely recommend this place! Go check it out!!!
