Love this store! Great values on things I buy at Big Y for double the price! They have a variety of vegan and vegetarian snacks for great prices! I bought a winter jacket from here in February and received compliments! So far, it is holding up!

Today after waiting a ridiculous amount of time in the checkout line the cashier informed me that is was a no cash (cards only) register. There was no signs to indicate this nor did the cashier make it known at anytime while waiting. Very poor customer service. I only hope the employees enjoyed returning all my items back to the shelves. I've deleted my previous review of 10 months ago for this review.

Ocean state has the lowest prices for great items. The new store is HUGE and has everything you'll need. Staff is very helpful. Love it.

I'm so happy with the new location. It's much bigger. Everything is spaced out. They have every household item you can ask for. From clothes to televisions, unbelievable snacks. Great deals and wonderful customers service

Love this place. It's about the best lot end store around. But it's not just lot ends. Best selection of Bob's Red Mill products I've ever seen. Also great on seasonal stuff -- from socks to garden seeds! With regard to seed, we get almost all of our bird seed there -- and we're pretty big bird feeders.

The Air inside was Great! Tested CO2 was 535ppm inside as good as the Parking Lot! Store was Very Clean and not Clutter.

The new store is phenomenal. I love that there is so much more space and things are easier to find. The check out seems to be faster with more space to it. The overall experience was great. I would strongly recommend to friends and family. The transition to the new location seemed to me as a great choice by the corporate level. Keep up the great work, the holidays are are amongst us!!

In the past there was a huge selection of items and you could always find items advertised. I have found that Job Lot has gone down substantially. Can seldom or never find sales item. Place looks empty and uncared for!!

One of the few places I love visiting often. I love their crazy deals even if those don't make any sense :DThe store after moving to the gateway commons looks a little disorganized. Also, I wish they had more items that are really useful. Sometimes I find some items almost reaching the expiration date which is worrisome if you don't notice properly.However, I love the people working there as they are very friendly and helpful with some exceptions of course. Overall, I would always recommend the store to my friends just because of their weird crazy deals :D

Far more spacious than Brooklyn's but somewhat hard to navigate. May have similar brands with greater stock but fewer varieties of that brand. Lack of prices on the shelves is annoying but the same items tend to be scattered here and there with posted prices.

It's a poorly managed store. No one is apparently paying attention. Food section is unnecessarily claustrophobic...high shelves. Many items not priced throughout store. Previous time there, many people lined up to check out but only two checkout lanes opened. No one seemed to give a leap. Too bad.

Like most similar places, the selection here is hit and miss. But I've been shopping here for years and I've never had a complaint. The new location is bigger, with plenty of space in the aisles. I was also impressed that they were well-stocked on hand sanitizer when I visited.

Love the new store! Lots more to choose from and still at great prices. Aisles are a lot roomier now and you don't feel like a sardine anymore. I can't wait to go back when I have more time to browse around.

Sadly, my favorite store has really gone downhill since the pandemic. Stock is very low and new items just don't come. Prices are much higher. Staff is still wonderful though.

Inventory was full and they offer a wide range of items! Store was very clean and staff were friendly and asked if we needed help finding anything!! If you have not been vaccinated you should wear a face mask out of tespect for the staff and customers!!

Huge store, in Willimantic, CT found what I wanted. Price on spices is good and always a good supply of outdoor items. I was looking for small storage boxes and found a few . Will be going back.

New store in Willimantic is nice and big. Bought some new outdoor seat cushions. And smoke detector. Store was big enough that every thing wasn't crammed in the aisles. Like some of there other stores.

I went into visit the store I myself injoyed just goinging inside just to see what they had and what they were selling and I myself has always found what I needed or was looking for they have real fine prices on things I always needed I'm love the people who are working there very kind very understanding people to chat up with if I need something or when I ask there right there to give myself my answer I'm looking for on anything I'm needing keep up the good work.

Only one register was open. Another cashier was getting his cash drawer. I asked if he was open, he said not yet. I was waiting in line at the one cashier open. The service desk started taking random people that were not even in line. Then the new cashier opened and took random people that were not in line, without saying he was now open. Meanwhile I stood there waiting properly! I complained because at least 6 people not in line cashed out ahead of the people who were in line. I asked why they only had one cashier and the man who was supporting the cashier staff said "I don't know". This was a weekday afternoon around 3 pm.

Ocean State is great adventure shopping and also a great price place to get want you need. I could easily spend $200 and get great deals. The Crazy Deals are incredible like lending them money and getting things for free!!!

Love their new location. So spacious, but also pretty empty. Probably due to Covid - deliveries delayed. Hope they get more supplies in. Decent prices!
