Been shopping here for years and always love coming in. My go-to place for vegetable seeds, gardening supplies, and landscaping plants. Folks are always knowledgeable and friendly, and it's just so much nicer an experience than the big blue or orange box stores.

Needed warranty service on my eGo lawn mower. Unfortunately not many authorized repair shops nearby - Mackey's was the closest. But fortunately they provided great, friendly service. Overall a positive experience. I certainly would patronize them again in the future.

Mackies has about everything I need locally shop small is way to be. I grow hydroponic & have some for that as well but that is an entire field that has specialized knowledge & materials but can get you out of a problem quick until hydro store open the following day

I went after walking on the waterfront trail. I was so happy they had snacks and drinks! Mackey's is a great place to get garden supplies, pet and animal feed and supplies, some food items like popcorn, salsa, and barbecue sauce, and some HABA items like locally made soaps and Naked Bee lotion and lip balm!

Everyone who works there is either friendly, knowledgeable, or a fun combination of both. Also there's "Dog Food Cat" who's likely immortal- it's worth stopping by just to say hello to her.EDIT: It turns out, sadly, that the "Dog Food Cat" was not actually immortal... But she will always live on in our memories and every time we go to Mackey's, there's someone who smiles and remembers her fondly when my little girls say they miss searching the aisles for her. She was clearly family to those who worked there, and I know we're not the only ones who think of her every time we walk through those doors. RIP beautiful ❤️

This used to be a great place to shop. I was very disappointed in the associate. I asked about wood chimes. She said I have to take care of these people first, and then I will make a phone call. 10 mins. later, she tells me I will call in a few, still waiting on customers! What was I? I was a customer, shouldn't I get the same attention as the others? We left and found chimes at the Hoot. Goodbye, Mackey's I won't be back!

There may be bigger garden centers in the area with a larger selection, but Mackey's had exactly what we were looking for, which was a specific type of boxwood shrub, at a great price. Nice place with a friendly staff.

I just ran in quickly because I needed a TickKey. I have a new puppy and these are great for removal. I found it quickly and then grabbed some training treats for my pup. I don't live in the area, but I drive through the area for work. I'll definitely be back. Friendly, helpful staff and they have a wide range of products available. Lawnmowers, tools, baby chicks, etc. Even a gorgeous cat or two that I hear are very cool and have a special set of skills.

The staff here are always extremely friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable of their products and always willing to order things or point you where you need to go to get it if you cant. They're also dog friendly and love saying hello to my pups when I bring them in!
