They always have such great deals. They keep you coming back. There is always someone around to help if you have a question or need assistance. They keep the kohls cash flowing no matter how many items you buy. There are so many different brands to choose from. Like Nike, Champion, Character clothes from back in the day and characters from now. They have some cool styles. Great place to shop. For any type of event. They even have games make-up jewelry kitchen accessories bathroom accessories. Even ugly sweaters for the holidays. If you have not been you should definitely give it a try.

They did great for Christmas Eve, all cashiers were amazing; the line was all the way to the shoe department and they zipped through it so quickly and friendly !

We went to Kohl's to buy digital thermometer. Kohl's online said it was in this particular store, but when we went there it looked like it was not there anymore. We asked Amy J. to check it out and she looked everywhere and looked at RF to see if it has one. and the RF showed said that there should be 6 of them available. Amy J went to back stock to see if she could find them there. We waited and waited. We patiently waited for someone to come to let us know what the result of Amy's search was. Another female employee came to tell me that Amy had not found it yet but will continue to look for it. We decided to give them our phone number to call us once they had located it. After about 30 minutes, Customer Service called us to let us know it had been located. Thank you so much to Amy J for her hard work in finding it the item. She is a great and so patient for not giving up. I gave her 5 stars because it only max to 5, but i would prefer to give her 10 stars if I could. Keep it up!!!

So I saw a jacket that I liked, the sign read Docker's leather jacket for 160 30% off! So to me that's a great deal. But the black one was not my size. So I asked the service desk if they had them in my size? The employee said, "We can order it and ship it to you." Great, I said, let's do it. So as she brings up the jacket on the screen I see that it says Faux leather jacket? I said wait, that can't be right the sign says leather jacket not Faux leather jacket. Her response was, if it was real leather it would have cost much more. I wonder how many people bought this jacket and believe they bought a leather jacket?

There were very few customers with a friendly staff. We came in for sneakers, and while the samples were plentiful, the boxes were very unorganized, and shoes were not under the samples.. not sure why when not busy.

A comfortable store for a man to shop in. Easy to navigate. I visited on 09/27/23 and found all that I was looking for. At checkout, I had a pleasant chat with Margarita, who was not only helpful but genuinely friendly. I don't shop much, but when I need something, I always start with Kohl's and on this day I was not only NOT disappointed with my experience, but actually happy that I visited. Thank you Margarita.

Employees are nice and helpful. Store is always clean and organized. Wonderful deals. They just get a bit too pushy at the register about the cards. I understand that it is their job, but No means No. Keep asking and you are going to irritate the customers turning them off.

You can get a great shopping combo here! Clothing (casual, semi formal, formal, sports, beach) for all ages, shoes, jewelry, home decorations and appliances, greetings card gallery etc. in a same ground. Moreover, they have Amazon return section and the most interesting thing is if you return your Amazon product via Kohl’s drop off, you will get a $5 Kohl’s cash! 💵

I ordered a hot air corn popper. Came quickly in the mail. Delivered to my home. Being older I have items delivered to my home. I'm home generally all the time. I could order on line and pick up at the local Kohl's but prefer delivery.Nice popper. No disappointment. Easy on line ordering.
