The girl I had was very patient. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. I was a walk-in and not a pre-order.I wanted to add more. This place turned into my go to place. No more traveling to Massachusetts. Tenders are always smiling and willing to help with any questions.

First time medical patient for willimantic since moving. Didn't have to wait in line and the service was amazing. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Including the gentleman who took care of me. He was very helpful and answered some of my questions. Very greatful for this. I have been a medical patient for over 8 years and this is my first year for Connecticut since I moved out this way .. keep up the amazing work you guys do for us patients. Much appreciated 👍

Agent 52253 has absolutely no clue about money or handling transactions! I wanted to spend the Dollar coins I had accumulated, and he refused the money. Then I went to give him my cash, and he refused my actual bills! The dude can't even tell the difference between quarters and dollar coins! Luckily, my sister showed up to get her order with her debit card, otherwise I would not have been able to get my order. My sister didn't mind taking my money for her debit card use, which he watched this happen. I guess Fine Fettle can now discriminate against the customers on how they pay for their order(s). If they don't like the payment, then you will not get your order.

I switched to Fine Fettle because they were the closest dispensary to me. Here we are 3 years later and I'm still a loyal customer despite there being closer options. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. During my last visit Kierston helped me, and it was very nice to meet her and see a new face there. My favorite things about Fine Fettle is their big selection and the rewards earning system! Highly suggest checking them out, tell them Jen Scott sent you!! ;)

I decided to do a walk in order today at Fine Fettle in Willimantic and I had the pleasure of working with Angie. She gave off a super friendly and welcoming vibe which made it that much easier to figure out what I wanted. I can say everyone that works here always has a positive attitude and brings great energy to the atmosphere. Without a doubt my go to Fine Fettle!!

I have to love the staff. They have a great amount of knowledge to offer. Prices are high but that's not their fault. Products are great.When you enter you will be greeted with a smile. The check in process is good. Walk into the 'store' area. Notice the purple 'flower' on the wall. Up to the counter and you are good. Thanks to all for making things happen. Staff is great. They are always friendly and have smiles on their faces. However the prices at this place are horrendous. I’ve been to tons of dispensaries and this is by far the most expensive. And its not even close. Options for pre rolls are very limited, currently only 5 pre rolls to select from. The pre roll prices are a joke. It ranges from $20 - $35. That is absolute robbery. Safe to say I won’t be back.

All of the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Wait times are generally pretty low, and even with the recent switch to recreational use along side with medical use. Have had many pleasant experiences with staff like Angie and David. Highly recommend!

First time at any dispensery. I had questions about how edibles might work for me to relieve stress and if there was anything that might relieve Vertigo. The associate was very helpful, he went online to search the information for possible usefulness of the edibles for Vertigo. I will definitely be going back.

Besides the excelente customer service and great product, The prices are getting way out of hand & they never seem to have any concentrate (dabs,wax ext.)Wich is a real bummer . They're charging over 60$ after tax for any good eight of flower (somehow fair) , I'd seriously rather buy some concentrate for 60$. .introducing very low level thc drinks and wack gummies too trying to compensate for your mini selection of product. Ceo should really chill on firing employees and opening new stores and get us what we need expeditiously & keep his workplace environment a happy one. Also, product is always their and there is never such a thing as a drought in these products (stop making the people lie to us). Besides that, your employees are golden 👌.Fine fettle do better. I've been a a loyal customer since yall opened up your first spot in CT. Honestly SMH . (3 stars because the product be 8 times out of 10 hitting the spot & the budtenders are absolutely amazing. ) if not I'd give it 1.5 stars just for the product being at the location.

5 stars to staff, 1 star to owner. The staff is the only thing that is good about this place. Can’t even get an order in fast enough, when new flower does arrive, before it is sold out. All we hear is, “we can’t control the growers and how much flower is available”. Sick of hearing this sad excuse. I have an idea, why don’t you stop plugging your stores every second on the radio to get more patrons and focus on the ones you already have? Especially the medical ones. You can’t meet the demand now and you want more business?? You don’t have enough money yet? The outright greed is disgusting to me. You are rolling in the dough. Congratulations! At least someone is rolling something. I can only hope you take very very good care of your staff. They are the only good things you have left. Here’s to hoping new dispensaries keep opening and give you some major competition and staff shortages.

fine fettle is a marvelous dispensary! it’s conveniently located, with plentiful parking spots. the check in process is super fast and simple, and there’s always the friendliest people at the door to greet you! it’s super easy to also pre order and you’re in & out with your dispensary needs super fast. they also have rewards and referral deals! one staff member, Angie, is also very knowledgeable, helpful & such an angel! I always enjoy coming in to talk with her!

I realize that the lack of flower/bud of any sort is not the responsibility of each specific dispensary but rather the cultivators in this state but it does reflect poorly on any dispensary that receives product from them, well that should read the lack of product delivered. As a medical patient I’ve look at the pricing and even on the medical side it’s quite high (3.5 grams @ $49) with no weight more than that. I find myself having to go out of state to find my medication, an ounce for around $140 and that’s with the tax for adult use. If I were to buy in your store it would cost me almost $400 for the same product. Why?
