The staff at this DT all seem nice and interactive, but the store itself leaves much to be desired along the lines of cleanliness! I've shared some photos to show. The few times I've gone, there are always messes on a lot of the shelves. The stuff looks like it's been ransacked and looted and so often that no one bothers to fix it. Good luck if you are looking for anything small, like makeup. Also medicine boxes are constantly opened / empty.On top of this, the aisles are so thin, two carts could barely fit - and that's IF they were clear. They are often stacked with haphazard boxes, or even carts full of overstock or whatever, so it's crazy to try to navigate if someone is coming down the aisle you're in.The store itself is small, but stocked well. Just a mess more often than not.

I shopped at the Willimantic store this week. Your employee name Pierce was a very helpful young lady. While I was there she not only was helpful and polite to me, but also 2 other ladies. I was very impressed.

Awesome service. I was so nervous because I ran across a beautiful Puerto Rican woman cashier at this dollar tree location and ended up spilling my drink all over her station and maybe even her. She remains polite omg. So embarrassing and I'm stressed out by this. But definitely coming back. So thanks

Either under staffed or uninterested, in keeping things neat. Improperly stacked carts, poorly maintained shelves, dirty floors are just a few of the obvious flaws. Discount shouldn't mean disgusting.

New location is better, cleaner, more organized with a better selection. Employee I once complained about (and I never openly complain, it was that bad) has been pleasant and helpful the last few visits. Staff and new location, possibly new management, ...not sure. Overall a big improvement. Wish they had the large craft sections like a few stores Ive seen people post about online, hoping the crafty section will grow.

Jimi was a pleasure to work with! I had the experience of watching him make a customer’s day by breaking a dollar of his own cash to pay the $.03 over the even dollar amount on that customers purchase. Customer was super happy! Good fella and a true asset to Dollar Tree!

I visited here 4 times in one day today. My average is 2 times a week. I just kept forgetting things and they have everything so I kept going back there! Very handy and helpful place. Not to mention good prices! 😉

dollar trees are dollar trees. I like them. This particular one had a very very helpful cashier - she even came away from her post to grab somethign for me when I casually mentioned to my friend that I hadn't fount it. I like knowing things are...a dollar (not and up or PLUS). clean, well stocked.

hi I been trying to leave a review on here since I went in there looking for some balloons for my daughters graduation I walk in the old lady at the register give the nastiest attitude just for touching the balloons said oh theres no helium but just nasty and rude and dont forget the drug dealing in there so yeah I dont expect to go in there any time soon I hate that place

This location has really friendly service, but the condition of the store is abysmal. Things out of place everywhere, boxes in the isles. Just generally trashed most of the time.
