David and the woman who handled my tire installation were fantastic. David expedited a coupon situation for me while the woman installed my tires. He took time to change my spare tire while she installed four new ones all while I was on the phone with customer service to pay my bill. David was very helpful and attentive to assisting me in every way possible. I can't recommend any better service than what he gave me. Thanks!

if I could give zero stars I would. Don't shop at this store!!! I was looking for cookware and went to a local BJ's and even though they said they had stock on hand, they didn't but said the Willimantic store did. They also said if I call the store they can pull one and put it aside for me to pick up. When I called the Willimantic store they did have 6 on hand but refused to set one aside for me. I asked to speak with the Manager and not only did he refuse to set one aside for me, when I told him this was poor customer service since I had already gone to another BJ's - HE HUNG UP ON ME. This manager has NO CLUE regarding customer service and should be terminated! If that's the way he runs his store - what kind of example is he setting for the rest of the staff? I'll take my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same

They offer 3-months free membership quite frequently. Being an inner circle member, you can have access to so many coupons! It's amazing really! Probably the best place to get chocolates in bulk because of the lowest price they offer plus you might have some coupons :)I have seen them offering additional benefits for their credit card holders. Some appreciable amount of cash back is offered I believe.Foods are mostly fresh. And there are lots of new food items coming in with demos from their people. They come up with some recipes and allow people to have a taste.Nice doing shopping there.

Love BJs the employees are awesome and helpful. And they always have good deals on clothes and jackets and what not. And they are name brands for the most part! They have very good prices, only drawback you have to buy in bulk so if you don't have a big family than only certain things you can buy. Like toiletries and what not. But they do have all name brand high end stuff.

i bought a TV from here, and then actually recommended to a friend to buy the same TV. He got it for $100 cheaper. I ended up waiting a day or two before contacting customer support. They said they had a 7 day price protection and that was it. I contacted them 9 days after my purchase, thinking it would at least match their return policy. NOPE! They even refused to tell me what day it changed price, and to not help at all. Their main customer service department was unwillingly to give me any information on the change date, and also told me that "prices change over time". It had been NINE days!!! I could still return the TV, but yet, i can't get any price protection. I wouldn't even of known, if i hadn't referred someone else to buy a TV from them. So because I sent someone else to spend a grand at BJ's, i found out i paid more than he did, and the main customer service was rude, and completely unhelpful. Contemplating just returning the TV and shopping elsewhere. I would of done it already, except it is mounted on the wall, and going to be a big pain..... I was just shocked, because BJ's used to be helpful, and now it seems they have had a customer service shift in policy.... As in - no more customer SERVICe. Its not like it had even been 2 weeks... 9 DAYS!!!

I always like going to BJ's. My wife shops and I get to walk around looking at stuff I would like to by but show restraint. The folks at this particular BJ's are friendly and the store is always clean. An added bonus is the people in the Verizon kiosk are always very helpful and the manager is super friendly.

This is the 2nd time having to wait for over 15 minutes to have propane tanks filled. It’s obviously not a priority to take care of customers but no problem taking my money!

This particular location used to be great with good sample stations, happy employees, and a well stocked store. However, lately the store has had pretty rampant stock-outs (I've been waiting like a month for Truvia), the employees seem unhappy, and it comes off as the management there doesn't care as much as they used to. Not sure if I am going to renew my membership.

They have a lot more frozen organic produce (fruits & vegetables) than they used to. Prices are reasonable. Good place to shop If you have a large family OR a freezer.

This company, BJ's, seriously needs to decide if it wants to sell things or waste peoples' time. I got a free 60 day membership trial flyer in the mail in December. I wasn't able to make it down there to try the place out, but I had it in the car today when I was about 20 minutes away. I visited, only to find out that the coupon had expired as of 12/31/12, and they people would do nothing to about it. They didn't let me try the place out, despite the fact that I had driven out of my way to check things out. I got the same response when I called their customer service department to explain the situation. With the economy the way it is, the price of gas as high as it is, do they really need to get prissy about getting someone to check out one of their stores? I didn't ask them for the free trial, they sent it to me. Shouldn't a retailer be happy to get a new customer? I mean really!

My husband and I used to go here every week, but little by little they would stop selling things that we like. My husband just went in for coffee today and the music is so loud its ridiculous! He asked for the music to be turned down, and they turned it up instead! We definitely have to find somewhere else to go shopping, maybe little things like this make people shop at Walmart.

Love BJs. Buy in bulk & save a bundle. This store has lots of organic choices...likely because it is in "Organic Willimantic". Good produce, meat, book selection. Lots of housewares, bakery products & plants & often fresh flowers too. Helpful staff

We placed a same day delivery on March 23 got delivery date of march 28 between 8 and 9 PM. 10 pm no sign of our order look online it's been moved to April 2 no notification of a change was ever made to us. Cancelled the order tried leaving a complaint online link sends you back to order called their 1_888 number was told 200 minute wait time. Really poor system not worth your time using "same day delivery "

We have decided, after around 5 years or more, not to renew our membership. They claim to offer more and more organic choices, but every time I get attached to something, it disappears from the shelves. Whole bean Sumatran Organic coffee, organic pasta and pasta sauce, Gardenburger Malibu burgers, organic spinach pizzas, organic chevre, organic lemonade, and supplements like Sam-e, Tom's natural toothpaste ... BJs seems to be shooting for the lowest common denominator, so we are outa there.

Well its BJ's so you can get anything you want in quadruple! Need TP you can get enough to last through a zombie apocalypse! Need a super sized tv they have them too! Just bring your own bags its probably the only thing they don't have.
