Went for the vip pet care. Their website said 4pm. All the people were waiting until about 5. I knoe stuff happens. But these poor animals anxious for an hour wait with no indication as to why. Thankfully your in and out pretty quickly once they did set up shop

Great selection of animal food, wet and refrigerated food products, dog biscuit treats and jerky treats... prices are on par with other stores, but they usually seem to have a bigger selection. They keep things clean, staff has been friendly any time I've been in over the last few years.

Absolutely the best pet store you can find! Customer service is outstanding, and everyone is wonderful!The store is always clean and organized too!I love going there, and so does my dog Ursa. She's a bit of a bulldozer and often causes a ruckus, but they laugh and love on her anyway. Truly truly love the staff 🖤🐾🖤🐾

We purchased a bag of dry food that, for whatever reason, did not agree with our dog and was making him sick. The staff was very understanding and took back the bag and refunded our money. Very impressive customer service

I love coming to this store for all my pet items. I have 2 cats, a dog and 3 guinea pigs so Im always in all the pet stores looking for deals. I like coming here because they have a big selection of pet items to choose from. My dog also loves walking through the store and sniffing for something that he wants me to buy him. I enjoy looking at the small pets that they have as well and I never leave the store empty handed. The prices are reasonable if you use your store card to get a discount. I would definitely tell people to go check out this pet store if they haven't already because it is a fun place to shop for your pets and the store workers are always asking you if u need help finding anything. The customer service that I receive every time I walked into the store is excellent I definitely give them a 10 star rating they go above and beyond and answer any questions and are always available to help me find something if I need it. Most of all I love the $10 off $40 coupons and also the 25% off coupons which they put out pretty often. I no longer shop at Petco or PetSmart this is my only pet store now that I will shop at. 😁

I have been a customer here for years. I ordered 3 different items on line. I was charged for all of the items ordered, but when I went to the store to pick the dog supples I was told they didn’t have my dry dog food in stock. But, I was charged for it! Some of my order was on the checkout counter and another item was in the manager’s office. I never received a text, call or email letting me know it was out of stock. On line it said in stock. They wanted me to buy a 30 lb bag of dog food. My dog only weighs 28 lbs. then they wanted me to get another type of food that I didn’t want. Finally they said I would get credit for the bag of food. I finally did get credit. I won’t be shopping there again.

It's been years since the last pet store in Wethersfield went out of business. The store opening here has been a delight to not have to travel further for pet stuff. The store itself is bigger than other pet supplies pluses that I have been to. The store carries the most supplies for dogs with cats and other animals having much smaller sections.

This used to be my favorite place to shop for my dog, but after my experience with the manager of this location I will not be returning to any location.I came in to purchase a bag of dog food, given their price match guarantee. I showed the cashier the price ( from another pet store online) which was a bit cheaper by ten dollars or so. She informed me she did not know how to do that and called her manager. Her manager took about ten minutes to show up, and instantly gave me a hard time about price matching. His reasoning was he couldn't match a sale price, so I showed him a different location that still was cheaper (not on sale or with a coupon code) and he still refused.This was never an issue at other locations, and the man was very rude. I do not recall his name, but I felt as if I should share my experience.

Easy in and out. The store is well organized. It was easy to find what I needed. The staff was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Checkout had no lines or waiting.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. You can clearly see in the store how much they do not care about animals or the status of their store. They also do not care about their employees unless that employee is a manager. The way I saw Nick and Aboss, two store managers, treat the cashier was disgusting. Two grown men being completely disrespectful and disgusting towards the young female cashier. Do not shop here.
