We get our dry dog food and they pricematch others are are cheaper than amazon for what we need bag for bag so I shop local and support the owner who is always in a store and always helpful. Well trained staff as well that knows their product.

Very rude women ringing us up yesterday. A lady started a conversation with us while we were checking out, and the cashier rolled her eyes several times and rudely asked for our email. Sorry I was trying not to be rude to the other customer … in return got treated rudely. Normally find that the people working there are more friendly. Have always found that to be true at the Fairfield location. But we can shop for pet stuff elsewhere thank you very much.

Amazing service as soon as I walked in. I am an adult, but do not know much about cats (except that I love them). I’ve been feeding my Persian cat mediocre food that the vet does approve of. I walked in today with a few questions and left so pleased. Very excited for my cat to try samples of healthier food. Exceptional staff today!

I left a one star not as a customer but as a previous employee.I did so because you don't treat your employees with any respect I felt belittled I was always anxious when going having to go into work there was always a feeling of not being treated fairly if you weren't a part of the clique when covering in the Fairfield location and unless you bend over backwards completely for this company they WILL not hesitate to treat you like dirt until you either quit or they fire you!Don't work here if you value yourself and your personal life they're cruel people who only do what the customers complain about even if it means blaming it on the employees. That's why I gave a one star and I won't be dealing with HR because they're part of the clique!

I shop locally, wherever possible however, I have stopped using your store.i used to buy Stella and Chewy's Dandy Lamb Meal Mixers but all too frequently, you are out of it. I have fairly large dogs, and usually buy the 18 oz. bag, which offers significant savings over the small bag that you usually have in stock. I asked if I could buy the small bag, be notified when the large bags come in, and get a credit adjustment, when I buy that. The staff, who are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, said they could not do that. You need to work on you inventor control , and pricing flexibility.
