I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tulmeadow Farm Store, and I must say, it was an absolute delight for the senses. The variety of flavors offered is truly remarkable. Each scoop is a work of art, lovingly crafted to perfection. Whether you're a traditionalist or an adventurer in the realm of taste, there's something for everyone. From Chocolate Chocolate Chips that bursts with creamy richness, to innovative flavors like Mocha Chocolate chips that tantalize the palate with a perfect balance of Sweet and coffee, every choice is a journey in itself.What truly sets this ice cream shop apart is the quality of their ingredients. You can taste the difference in every bite – the authentic, natural flavors shine through without any artificial aftertaste.The place is really nice and you can feel that you are in the farm. Overall I really this place.

Tulmeadow offers homemade ice cream with a variety of classic flavors as well as some unique options. I tried the pumpkin and the spiced Mexican dark chocolate, and both were creamy and flavorful (you can definitely taste the spice!). It’s a bit more on the expensive size (~$21 for a regular size in a waffle cone and a milkshake) but the portion seemed fair & the ice cream was really great.

Incredible ice cream! Took a visit to Tulmeadow to see how their ice cream stacks up against some of my favs. Was not disappointed at all. Perhaps some of the best cookies and cream I have ever had. The chocolate chocolate chip was excellent too. They also have a cute farm store with local goods. Don't miss the walking trails out back. Would definitely return again!

Amazing flavor choices, amazing texture, amazing everything. About $7 for my double-scoop come I tried black raspberry Oreo - 💣 and tangerine milk chocolate. I wish I had had the stomach to try more flavors this day because they also had red raspberry chocolate chip and an interesting sounding miso flavor I would love to try. My friend who brought me is a local and said this place has been a gem for years and I 100% understand why!

Beautiful delicious authentic ice cream made from fresh milk. So much variety as well. Tried a few flavors all of them superb. Pumpkin biscoff was very good.

My first time here! I tried the red raspberry oreo! I give the ice cream a 9/10 and the overall experience 7/10 (the girl at the window could have been a little nicer!) But I’ll def return!

Loved the ice cream here! Fresh from the farm...must try the rasberry chocolate chip and the mocha chocolate chip flavors. You can smell the cows, but the ice cream is worth it! Flowers for sale on carts out front, small farm store selling fruit, veggies, sweet cream almonds in mason jars, jams, etc.

A year-round indoor farmer’s market with local made ice cream, yes please! Spring through fall this great locale can be counted on for great ice cream cones and sundaes at their outdoor window service. The hours fluctuate throughout the season. If you’re off season try the multiple freezers inside. If you happen to be vegan, dairy free, or gluten free - just ask - they have options for you.

Delicious icecream. The fruity flavors are particularly yummy. There is a lovely trail right behind the farm that is open to the public. The trail goes through acres of farmland and has some breathtaking scenery. It’s a great little outing — have their icecream and then walk the farm trail.

Cute store with a light array of local products and ice cream. I went in off season, so I'm assuming that's why the Ice cream was a bit freezer burned, and the cookies were dry. I'll check back in summer and update my review.

Ice cream flavor was delicious and service was very good. Price I had to pay was too much. Once awhile treat for myself but it definitely won't be anytime soon due to price. Pretty much with everything nowadays with inflation. Thank you Trump!

This farm and ice cream shop is a family owned gem that’s been here, from what we were told by one of the family members, since before the Boston Tea Party. I was searching for a place with a nice location that made their own ice cream. When I found this place after a quick search it ticked all of the boxes. You arrive to a nice old working farm with tons of old out buildings…my kind of place. It’s in a really nice quaint surrounding for you to sit in your car and enjoy your ice cream. This is of course after you’ve stared at the menu for 10 minutes trying to decide which of the amazing sounding flavors they have that you’re second guessing yourself trying to narrow down to one or two. I ended up going for a sundae with some marshmallow cream that worked really well. I won’t mention which two flavors I got, because you won’t go wrong with whatever you decide upon.After eating our ice cream we went into the farm shop. There’s a nice variety of items as well as tons of hand packed containers of their ice cream, even ones they don’t currently have at the stand. 😮This is a must stop for me and the kind of place that I’m happy to see continuing to thrive. I live 50 minutes away, but will happily be going back frequently.

Really good ice cream!!! I mean REALLY GOOD!!! They don't only have ice cream, they have a little area for gifts as well. There's definitely a country atmosphere with a nice view down the hill. It was slightly busy so I had a brief wait, but it was worth it. Did I mention the ice cream is all made there? Yummy!!!

Ice cream is delicious. It's a farm ice cream stand, so you will have normal cow smells. But don't let that stop you from trying their delicious flavors. They give you a discount for using cash, so keep that in mind when you stop by.

They really hit this one on the spot ! I got once a week ! I can’t resist ! I love this place and options ! Every week something new or rotated ! And if your coming from far they also sell tubes of ice cream in the store if your favorite kind !! So worth a visit !!

The ice cream at this store is the best in the valley for sure. They have tons of vegan ice creams that taste amazing! Any flavor with biscoff is out of this world. Ans their ice cream pies are so good, I don't know any other ice cream place that does them like they do

Our go-to ice cream place. Super creamy and delicious ice cream - hand made at a farm in beautiful West Simsbury. Our favorites (besides the famous Red Rasp. Chip) are Chocolate Oreo, Mocha Chip and Coconut Chip. The chocolate chips they use are unlike other places - they are large and melt in your mouth - NOT hard and waxy. We enjoy their hot fudge sundaes from the window but often chose to buy in quarts (inside the farm store) so we can enjoy at home with family and friends. Highly recommend!

The homemade ice cream was such a yummy treat on a hot day! When we arrived, we saw the long line, but it went surprisingly quick. I got peach and my husband got red raspberry chocolate chip. It was so good!

Great ice cream and a wonderful environment. The store carries lots of very local products. When you're done go walk the trails and see the area. Don't forget there is a state park just down the road.

Amazing locally made ice cream here. Been going since i was a kid and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Ice cream cookie sandwiches are delicious. Extremely friendly family owned place. The coffee ice cream is really good and would recommend trying it. Family friendly and ice cream lover friendly.

It is an amazing place to treat yourself. Tried almond butter crunch and cappuccino beans ice cream. Both were delicious. Highly recommended if you are there in the Simsbury area.

This place is awesome especially if you are a home gardener like me. It's fun to come and get a delicious farm made ice cream from the ice cream window or pick up a pint to enjoy. I'm 100 percent thrilled that they are now making all kinds of flavors of their plant based ice creams. My favorite is toasted almond crunch. Hands down that flavor is the best vegan ice cream in the state! I love shopping at their store and buying handmade items like knit pumpkins, bracelets and homemade pasta sauces. They sell products from other farms as well including frozen cuts of meat, chicken pot pies, chicken nuggets and goat cheese. In the summer they have whatever is in season...apples, peaches, green beans, etc. Their corn is the best corn around...so sweet! The farmer and his daughter are there manning the cash register during the week and I love to stop by and pick their brains about building my greenhouse and gardening in general. They are so friendly. Happy to say I also joined their CSA this year and am really looking forward to having a variety of fresh produce farm to table!

We love Tulmeadow ice cream. Have been taking my kids there for years. The ice cream is amazing. However, the scoops are tiny for the price. They used to give bigger scoops that were worth the price but now they pretty much give one scoop for the one that’s supposed to be 2 scoops. Disappointed
