Getting blue prints here used to be fast and efficient, not anymore, Staff is generally rude, inefficient and their biggest concern is charging an expedited fee if they print while you wait. The turnover in the print department is huge, most people they hire dont seem to know the printing job they are hired for. Store manager has done nothing about several calls I have made to make them aware of the issues in this Department... I have found another company that still cares has excellent service and knows their jobs.. I wont be coming back here

The guy in the print department (I think cashier referred to him as “manager”) was ultra rude. Asked him if they do Amazon returns and he rudely pointed to the front door and says “see that big yellow sign” followed by a weird smirk. First of all, your “big” yellow sign is pinned to the floor and barely visible, second your amazon returns used to be in a different location a week ago, and third no need to be a jack axx to your customers. Get a job where you won’t deal with people if you’re so high strung.

Would give negative stars if I could. Behind counter refused to print. Not the first time either. Looked in printer to see what the manual print paper was and stood up had manager standing very close over me. Was very rude and not helpful. Treated me as if I was intending to rob the place rather than a lady in business attire looking for a print job. The opposite of customer service. I’d rather use an entire toner cartridge at home than to take one step in that store again.

I've used this Staples twice now for printing for my business. I submitted my files online for pick-up in store. My quick prints I received were initially double-sided when I had ordered single-sided but it was corrected quickly & professionally. I returned to the store a second time with a business card order because I was on a time crunch and needed cards quickly and I am very happy with the quality & quantity of cards for the price. I've had a much better experience here than at other printing options in the Simsbury/Avon area.

Horrible customer service at the printing department. The lady refused to print my labels. I had that Staples paper with me and I had the template already filled out for the labels. I have printed labels there probably more than a dozen of times in the last few months and never had an issue. There was a different person working there though, it was a gentleman. This lady was completely rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service and unfortunately waste of my time.

Beware dropping off toner cartridges to get rewards I dropped off 8 toner cartridges early December 2021. The man in the printing department who accepted them and he said I would receive my rewards in a month, mid January at the latest. Fast forward to today, I went in to pick up things I needed and Use the rewards towards the purchase. I ask the cashier to check my rewards and I don’t have have any. In the past I have recycled toner cartridges without issue. I left the store empty handed, no rewards, no purchase.

The workers in the printing department are rude ignorant and disrespectful. They ignored me while I was clearly needing help. The blonde woman really needs to be spoken to about business etiquette how to deal with people. This is a severe issue because people who have legitimate concerns cannot be treated like this in a professional business environment. I tried to get Photos printed for my daughters school project and I was ignored and I was spoken to in a very unprofessional way. This is unacceptable from adults who know how the business environment works. I will not be coming back, this is unfair because these workers are still allowed to be on the floor dealing with people and treating them terribly with no consequences or repercussions. People that work a 9-5; it is difficult, I get that but they cannot take it out on customers that are giving them money for their paychecks. they need to learn how to respect and help customers if they would like to work on the floor and deal with people daily.

Contractors BEWARE!!! They do not print blueprints according to scale. Today was my last time doing business with them as 3 different sets of drawings were printed incorrectly potentially costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars on my projects. Check your drawings before walking out of that place. Taking my business elsewhere!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service in the UPS/Printing department. I stood in line for over 15 minutes and then when the woman in front of me was finished with her shipment they moved on to another customer behind me because I guess my 2 small to medium sized boxes were just too tedious to involve themselves in. The blond girl that worked the counter today (11/30) needs to be spoken to about not actually trying to make an effort at her job and speaking to customers properly. I was ignored for 4-5 minutes after she was already DONE with the other customer. Absolutely displeased and not using Staples for my office/shipping needs.

I went to Staples for an Epson printer and got a pretty good deal on an XP-810 from a knowledgeable sales associate who signed me up for a rewards card. I went back to use a coupon from my receipt and noticed a couple of things on sale that I missed out on with a previous purchase, including the printer. I kindly asked the manager about the difference and she looked up my previous purchase with my rewards number and gave me the difference back. Very happy with the customer service and helpful management.

When doing comparative shopping, add this Staples store to your list. They have a good staff of helpful people. Some items can be purchased somewhere else for much less. They do have a good product line and selection.

One forgets how much good stuff Staples has once your kids are out of school. But everyone needs to stock up on paper, pens, computer needs and even organizational supplies now and then. Some really good sales and great selection too.

I'm giving Staples 3 stars because they had 90% of the items I was looking for. The staff were friendly and there are many staff.The problem with Staples is the pricing. Kids should not spend $50+ on the teacher given supply list. While Staples is set to up to accommodate a large number of people, it is not the best back-to-school shopping venue.If you feel like it is your best option for convenience, do yourself a favor, download the ebates app, shop Staples online, get 2% cash back on your purchase, and pick up in store for no extra fee.I bought 80% of our supplies at ShopRite and the prices were significantly less...by more than 50%!

Terrible customer service. It was very apparent that the staff member assisting me didn't want to be there. I went there five times trying to purchase a laptop. Due to a multitude of complications on their end, I never ended up getting the laptop. I will NEVER come back here again, and I advise others to do the same. It was a terrible waste of time.

Printer ink cost more in the store than on line. Three people in the store and the register was backed up. There are a few things I go to Staples for, printer ink and pen refills since no one else has a good selection. Paper when it in sale.
