Matthew did a great job in helping me in purchasing my items. I also saw him zipping through the store making sure things were in order. The line was pretty long and none of his co workers seemed to care or help him when he clearly asked twice. My receipt showed his name as Matthew so I hope I’m speaking about the correct person - he looked like he was 17. Either way he was doing a great job. Maybe his co workers should follow.

I try to buy most of my pets needs locally. This time you had one of their favorite treats on BOGO but only had one in stock. So they wrote out a voucher for me to pick up the other when next I’m in there! 😍❤️🙏 the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great staff, not as much chinchilla stuff as I was hoping but they had the basics. It's pretty easy to get to with available parking. Clean store.

Such a great pet store - always well stocked, with good promotions and helpful staff. My dog has thrived since we switched her food from Science Diet to Pet Supplies Plus store brand Optim Plus. She can't wait to eat and used to turn her nose up at the other brand. And if you join the rewards program every time you buy 10 bags of Optim Plus you get one free. So happy to have this store in town.

Big store with huge collection of tons of products. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Made call to the store several times over the past year urgently looking for products/recommendations and they never disappointed us. They genuinely help customers in store looking for products. They always have some beautiful young buggies! And the best part is, they do price match!

We've been going to this store for over 2yrs and it used to be very pleasant and stocked well. The employees were helpful and respectful. But NOW, it's become the ghetto pet supplies! I don't where those little girls were hired from but they have NO manners what so ever! They don't stop having conversations when you walk up to pay. When you are paying they stop in the middle to talk to the other employees who by the way are just standing there. Just recently I was there and the one girl just stood there staring at me the whole entire time! The other day that same little ahole made a comment about my mother, she thought she didn't hear her. But there's never a manager around, so the employees behave like five year olds. We customers spend a lot of money in these stores but I've had it and refuse to put up with the lack of respect and consideration from the cashiers anymore!! There are other places to shop.

Sandra was very rude. I handed her the money when it came to cash out and she put my change on the counter. I wasn’t rude to her or anyone for that matter. When I gave her my phone number for the rewards, she didn’t even confirm the name with me on the account to make sure it was correct. Then when I asked for a bag it’s like she was busy looking for something else. She needs to have better customer service skills or shouldn’t be working in customer service at all.

Very Very misleading prices. Nobody gives you a heads up you need a membership card to get discounts it isn't even listed on the price itself...Because of that I ended up paying a whopping $55 more.Example...Hat cast $2.00 on sale...I check receipt and they charged me $12.00...

This is one store I look forward to visiting! It is clean, meat, what organized, with lively, friendly staff. I have never met the staff person there who is not helpful or who is grumpy. Everyone is very quick to help and very friendly. I highly recommend this store as the go-to place for anything to do with pets.

This store is 👌 awesome! The people that work there are not just a cashier or someone that stocks the shelves. They all are very knowledgeable about pets. Got questions? You can ask & they actually know the answer. (Not like some stores where all they know is how to do their jobs!). .Marissa the manager is very kind & knowledgeable about pets. Workers are friendly and helpful. I was able to get my puppy started with his vaccination here. Every Sunday from 1-2. The visit for the clinic is free, you just pay for the vaccinations.Only one problem is hard to reach someone at the store over the phone. No one answers and the phone is always busy.

Liz had so much patience with me and outstanding customer service! I went in unexpectedly because my dog had a rash on her paws and I only had limited money but I mentioned I did remember recieving a coupon in my email. she waited patiently for me to retrieve my coupon and come up with scattered change. she just didnt seem bothered of my pace at all! I was able to purchase just the right cream I needed and my dog will be happy! thank you Liz.

The store on bishops corner is always clean and easy to navigate. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The autoship is convenient and the drivers are courteous. I've been buying from them for almost 5 years now. I would recommend.

Nice clean store, leashed/constrained pets always welcome. The employees are knowledgeable, with the caveat that they are there to sell product (they do not get commission as far as I know). I have a family member (HS student) working there as a stocker, but shopped there for years before he got the job. They also have a free membership/club that will get you discounts and coupons. Highly recommended if you live in the area.
