Very friendly office staff. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Moving here was a breeze, the office staff commicated with every step of the process! The maintenance team is incredible, we had a problem and they came to fix it immediately.It is a very friendly community. The mailboxes are convenient and the access to the laundry facilities is easy.If you are looking for a safe quiet and convenient access to stores, shopping and delivery services, the Meadows is the place to be!!!

We were underwhelmed with the visit. Unfortunately, there’s only one building that was repainted and one apartment that was remodeled. Some of the new cabinets were uneven, the bathroom tub was yellowed in comparison to the “white” of the newer appliances around it. Also was very concerned with the laundry room area when we were told it is kept unlocked. That’s a huge safety concern: being in there alone and having the doors open and accessible to anyone, especially since the building where it’s located abuts a wooded area. I’m sure once it’s all completed, it will look nice, but definitely not what we were looking for, especially in comparison to the other apartment builds around the area.

In a bike oriented town, right next to a multi-town bike path, the staff think people having bikes in front of their homes is "unsightly". They also lie and say that a bike in front of your apartment is a fire code violation, which it is not.They have made no improvements to the quality of the apartment interiors but increased rent by 25% over the past year in an attempt to drive people out of what had been one of the only affordable apartments in the town.They also do not ever give you the legally required 24h notice prior to demanding entry to your apartment for work to be done, they post notices about the work after dinnertime the night before and you will never see it prior to the morning of. Giving notice at 7pm and then requesting entry at noon the next day is not appropriate, especially when folks need at least a day to make plans so someone can be home to oversee you letting strangers into our homes since you leave them unsupervised.

You will NOT Get your entire security deposit back.I lived at the meadows for two years. My name is Evan. I faithfully paid my rent - never late and sometimes I would pay several months in advance.When I moved out, I moved out Sep 2 2015 yet Richard Fish took out the entire months rent from my security deposit.In addition the apartments are waaay too expensive. A tiny one bedroom 500 square feet is $790. The apartments are somewhat run down.The only way I could get Mike, the manager, to do anything was to bribe him and slip him $20 or $50.

the houses are very old , small and not well maintained.....Single laundry in the main office so need to walk or drive your car to get laundry get done. Above all Randy , the manager is a totally rude person...The bottom line is you get what you pay for.....and it has a rednecks residence feel to it...
