Bought a dessert recently, hadn’t eaten all day during to giving blood. The dessert was still mostly frozen. I only had 10 minutes because I was at work. I ate it. No warning of it being frozen still. I paid for mine and my friends. He didn’t have to eat his right away like me. I called and spoke to the owner, some woman. She couldn’t care less. They already had my money. I suggested they might want to put a sign out letting people know in case they want to eat it right away. They suck

Small but awesome place. Great associates and quality stuff. My family loves the burgers and meat selections at this location. If you're not a local, then you would likely miss it. But a Gem inside Oakville indeed

Wish this place was closer to where I live. I'd shop here all the time. Quality products, fair prices, and a nice selection of locally made products. It's a little tight inside but it's worth it!

They recently sold pasta on sale and my family memeber ate it and instantly got food poisoning all night long, really bad symptoms- even debated going to the hospital. She went down and talked to the manager- they said she must of gotten it right before they pulled it off the shelf and refunded her her $3 dollars. Wow!!! Thanks Watertown meat center for making her puke all night and be in very bad pain - the least you could of done was gave her a gift certificate- actually better you didn't - wouldn't want food poisoning again!

One of my favorite places for Great sandwiches. Wonderful cuts of meat deli case is brimming over. So much goodness in one place. I never miss the stop when I'm in town!

I love this store! Always a great variety to choose from. Staff is courteous and the steaks are amazing. My husband and I stopped in to get a couple files around Christmas time, I cooked with butter on a cast iron like one of my clients recommended and even to this day my husband talks about it how amazing it was! Great quality meat. I also stop in during the week to grab their salads during my lunch break, very good too! The sandwiches at the deli is a big too big for me I can’t take a bite that big and it falls all over the place but still very good! Thanks Watertown meat center!

Very disappointing lunch. I ordered the smokin turkey wrap. Supposed to come with turkey cheese bacon crispy onions and BBQ sauce. Its always been my favorite ~ until today. I was eating it and kept thinking it didn't taste anywhere near as good as I remembered. Then I noticed it was missing the BBQ sauce. So I called the sandwich station to see if they ran out of BBQ sauce today. The guy said, "Oh I forgot! Sorry!" Without the BBQ sauce it was just blah! Tragic mistake! Next time I decide to pick up lunch I might forget about the Watertown Meat Markets Sandwich Center.

I was tough on WMC a while ago due to disappoint in a few items. Since then my fridge and range broke. I've been getting prepared foods and entrees daily. It's been great and I regret my first review. In addition to good food the staff are very helpful and kind. I give them 5 stars.

Their sandos are the best and they’re always so friendly. I’m happy to wait 10 min for a few sandwiches to share. Produce is great and the prepared food can’t be beat in the area! Plus you can grab some booze next door!

5 star because it’s a good local place with quality products. My advice would be label the meats and cheeses in the deli. Countless times I hear people asking other associates if this is the right product. Seems like the deli is a if you know you know and if you don’t the customer finds out. Again I didn’t put that in my rating because I’ve always had good experiences I just think the deli dept lacks basic procedures in tracking the product once the label is off. Will not effect my patronage just my opinions.

We always have an excellent experience with the Watertown Meat Center. They are very flexible and have helped us out in a jam more then once. If there’s an issue or a concern they always do their best to make it right. The food is great and we always get good feedback when using them for catering. The staff are helpful and polite. We have no complaints and are happy to help support a local small business. Keep on rocking it!!

I wish every town had a place like this. Although, they would have more new customers if they changed their name. Too many non meat eaters would never think to go there even though there are as many things for them.If you're looking for a great place to pick up lunch or dinner, try them.

Old school market with everything you need for meals. Five aisles of nothing but real good produce. Meat counters and deli are perfection. If you're looking to walk a half a mile to get to the dairy section...this isn't your kinda market. 😉

Very aggrivated!!! I called about wings on Tuesday and asked if I should order them. John from Naugatuck said yes to make sure to be safe since I live 20 minutes away. I ordered 22 pounds. I got there and actually spoke to John; that placed the order. He looked at me like I had 10 heads when I said I ordered them. Said, he didn't have any, they didn't come in yet. I told him to call me when they got them. He asked for my name and number and I said is all I know is the person that took my order lives in Naugatuck. He said, "Oh, that was me." and suddenly remembered my order and info was hanging right behind him. When I got home 20 minutes later there was a message on my machine that they should have them tomorrow. It didn't sound very convincing and I really don't have time to spend another hour going to buy chicken wings so my dad bought them for me elsewhere and I will never again over my dead body set foot in Watertown Meat Center again. If you know I live far away and don't have my order, you can at least call me and tell me. I hadn't been there in awhile, used to go all the time when I lived closer. Never again! I'll stick to Jerry's in seymour or just overpay at the Big y. Thanks

My husband and I just moved to town, and needed some catering done for our housewarming party. The process was so easy. I like that their information/prices were easily accessible on their website. The food was fantastic! I can only speak for their catering, as I haven't yet eaten their other food, but I'm so impressed. Job well done for my party. I can't wait to try more!

Watertown Meat Center is a favorite stop of mine but I recently ordered catering from them and I was SUPER impressed. Food was HOT, reasonably priced and delicious. We ordered for my son's graduation party and people raved about the food. Portions were generous and everything was impeccable. Customer service was professional. Upon delivery we had a snag with some leaking contents. I was so hurried that I quickly dismissed the very apologetic employee. Within minutes, they had called me offering a way to make up for the mistake with a gift card. I highly recommend and would use them over and over again!!

Practically hidden, this grocery store is a bit of a wonder. Excellent deli and people rave about the meats , it was the only place I could find some specialty meat when my kids wanted to play with the smoker I got. Many little interesting extras, lots of homemade items. Would try a lot more but is a touch pricey.

Awesome! Good prices. If they're out of a particular roast/cut of meat, they'll cut you the one you want fresh. Love the people at this store.

Driving into the plaza that has this amazing store in it is rather unassuming but once you get inside and see the vast variety of fresh veggies, meats and deli items you will be blown away. :-) I have passed by here many times and not visited only out apprehension but I am very glad I stopped by and checked it out...I am very sure you will be too. :-) Keep up the good work guys...I know that I will be back. :-)
