I do really like Walgreens, but since Covid, the pharmacy hours have changed, which is completely understandable. The pharmacy opens late 10am & closes early, they also close for an hour at lunchtime. Just this week, when I went to pick up my medicine, the pharmacy was completely closed, not for the day, but for the whole week. When I called my prescription in, nothing was said, about the pharmacy being closed for the week. I always liked Walgreens, but not sure if I will keep using them for my family's pharmacy.

I understand that the pharmacy as of most are understaffed but the dude that answered the phone with a such not want to be bothered attitude We all have bad days more than some. I'm having a bad day too but I am not taking that out on other people. Maybe you are in the wrong profession Tude Dude! Hope you find peace

Rude pharmacists as well as cashiers. I explained I had a scheduled appointment but wanted to see if they could take me a little early. The Pharmacists told the pharmacy tech to tell me no its too busy and to come back later or tomorrow. I did mention that I had an appointment? I was about 40 mins early but they didn't even bother to look or care what I was saying. This place has horrible customer service made me feel completely ignored and unheard. I will not be going back here.

One of the best Walgreens I've ever seen. AMAZING staff. Super friendly! Front end staff with suspenders was so helpful in photo, really went the extra mile for me when I needed a passport photo. I know this is sort of an odd point to make in a review but I got to say that suspender guy was really cute. Like...really cute. If you see this hit me up!!

Not only are the pharmacy techs unbelievably rude, they put in zero effort to resolve small issues. Every time I have attempted to fill a prescription for myself or my children, I have had an issue and had to make several trips. It is unfortunate and irritating to have to go out of town to fill prescriptions.

This is the absolute worse pharmacy in Watertown. What kind of pharmacy is closed on weekends? What kind of pharmacy does not have back up and has to close because the Pharmacist called out sick. This is the most inconvenient place to have prescriptions filled!

The have almost no baby products…… shelf’s are empty and it’s been like this for a while. Very disappointing.

THE STORE: A nice place to buy health & beauty items. Good discounts with their rewards program. They're excellent when it comes to returns and usually very helpful. THE PHARMACY: I discontinued filling prescriptions there six years ago. The pharmacy staff is unprofessional; three people I know of were scolded over prescription issues within earshot of other customers. At times I'd see the staff socializing with each other while customers waited. They didn't respect customers' privacy and prescriptions were rarely ready when promised. I don't know if it's any better now.

The worse pharmacy I have ever used. They never have any of the medication we need, they also tell you it’s ready and then “can’t find it” 🙄 they think gas is free having to drive back and fourth time after time just to get one medication. Just absolutely horrible!!

Our go-to pharmacy. Love this place. It took awhile to get accustomed to the new layout after they re-did the interior, but now it's like second nature. I love that under one roof I can get an energy drink, beef jerky, duct tape and baby wipes. SLAM DUNK!

Worst pharmacy ever fill scripts when they want and sent to other right aids when they feel like it if you take meds every month to live dont use right aids once a month pickup it's a joke they split to at least twice a month or more I changed due to constant problems with them after about 6 months I could not take all the issues
