I was trying to print out photos from my phone but they would not print out right he sat there with me and helped me with them one by one! HIGHLY recommend- Had the most helpful experience this past week! I traveled to my sister’s house from MA and realized I forgot my work laptop charger mid-day. Before I headed to the store, I called to make sure they had the charger I was looking for. I got there and grabbed the charger that I thought was right for my laptop. While I’m checking at the tech desk, the guy who I was on the phone with me had put aside 2 different versions for me already !!! It was the sweetest gesture. I wish I got his name because I really want to make sure he gets recognition. If of any help, I went in on Monday 1/22.Can’t thank this associate & store enough for helping me with my scramble :)

Horrible place waited in line for 15 minutes while 1 person was working and the other just standing around. I was trying to return something and the lady told me I had to go to a different store. Just didn't even try to take the return I would have been happy if she atleast tried. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I went in today just for a box of envelopes, but I stopped by the clearance section, and boy did scoresome great items for under $2. But that is not my reason for leaving this review. Malinda rang my items up for me she then went above and beyond to help me get into my old staples account, it dates back to when I had a landline, so that's how old it is. Anyway, Malinda was able to help me because she didn't want me to miss out on getting the $25.00 off coupon that I earned. It's employees like her that make shopping at a business a great experience!! Thank you Malinda !!

The management team and staff here make you feel super accommodated and welcomed always and staples in general always has that constant stock pile of exactly the right office supplies you need for every situation. Shout out to all the managers and cashiers in there. You guys are awesome!

Extremely rude associate and manager. Too busy on their cell phones to assist in finding something. Associate could not be any less professional. I miss the days when they would lead you to the item you’re looking for. Instead it’s just pointing and telling you “its over there”

I needed two sets of copies printed and a scan copy of the two documents. It was about 44 pages in total. The two workers in the print area, despite being busy, accommodated my request and completed my task within 20 minutes. This was on Sat.Oct 15 around noon. I was unacquainted with what your print and marketing services has to offer and I was very impressed.i have learned that Staples is a lot more than office supplies.

I had to fax 13 pages for a job application which was time sensitive. I literally had 48 hours to get the offer back to them. My local library's fax was not working so I HAD to go to Staples and I didn't know anyone with a fax I could use. It ran me $29.03 to fax 13 pages!! WHAT!!! I think this is highway robbery and I would advise NOT TO GO TO STAPLES FOR FAXING!! I didn't want to put even one star but I had to to do this review!! I'm totally disgusted that they would take advantage of people just because they are the only ones around that do this!! I'll never go back to this store not even for a pencil!! And I'll be telling everyone I know not to go to ANY Staples for any business!! Totally outrageous!!

Antonio is an amazing person helped me out of what I needed and told me about the online price matching in which I though was that extra mile to help me save money which for me is tight right now lol. But great job and truly would come back better then going to waterbury. FYI I got a HDMI cable that was really long.

I walked in about 2 months ago, and was looking for the correct printer ink for my Brother printer and was totally lost about it. Kyle showed me a list of Brother printers and we went through them visually until I found the correct one and the ink to go with it. He was super helpful and I left the store very satisfied.

Terrible!!! Purchased wrong app gift card for $25 not even 5 minutes later I noticed that the card purchased was not what I needed , my fault. Went back into Staples, they told me I was pretty much out of luck. Same cashier, a twenty-five digit serial number on the card and printed on the receipt, are you kidding me. Terrible!!!

Bad service! This is the store i originally picked for my holiday banner order but was called and told they did not have paper and referred me to Waterbury. It is now day 5 and I am still waiting! Waterbury was worse because they have incompetent workers who do not know how to use the equipment and told me they would fix and deliver to my business. Twice they made this promise and still waiting! Watertown is non responsive and made me come in to store for refund when they could have done easily did without me there. I will not do business with Staples again and have lost business due to their incompetency!

The Watertown Ct staples did an amazing job dealing with 2 women who needed much guidance in enlarging photos from their cell phones. The woman who helped us is certainly an asset to that store. She was very professional and patient and the pictures are amazing. Will definitely go there more often

Kathy our register person was awesome, Kyle the tech that walked by was an absolute jerk. We said hello to him and he disregarded our party. When Kathy asked him if he knew we we talking to him he said yes and then slammed the office door behind him.. Hint to management this employee is a canidate for a promotion to customer.

Since they closed the store in Southbury this is the closest one to me. I like their rewards program. I get my printer paper & ink here . If not in stock which its usually not due to my printer being old and my paper needs are unique, as long as you order in the store, it gets delivered to your house for free.

Avoided the store for years...had no choice but to get envelopes and a folder...not greeted ..not asked if i needed assistance store set up had changed...no clue where i was going...no one at the register ...stood there by myself for 3 minutes 42 seconds..never acknowledge...register girl comes from somewhere..thought i was gonna get rung up...however told the gentlemen that just walked up to come around...so i still just stood there until i realised that my presence wasnt valued in this watertown store...so i left my stuff and walked out....told friends and family about my experience...there response was "oh that stuff happens alot there"...lol like i said earlier havent been there cause of this and hoped it changed...apparently not
