I’ve attached a before and after photo of my little man, Ziggy! Precious Paws was not only gentle, kind, and loving, they did AMAZING work. They were so accommodating to Ziggy’s needs since he’s got a few stories to tell, and time has left him deaf, mostly blind, and arthritic. The groomer was nothing but respectful and considerate. I’ve received so many compliments on his haircut! Everyone loves it, myself included!

I am Editing this post on 3-6-2024 to report the bad news that Ariel has passed. She was the sweetest dog ever. Here is my review i wrote a year or so ago.I bring my MaltiChon Ariel to Mimi and she does wonders with her difficult hair. Everytime she comes back she looks beautiful and smells so fresh and clean, and never a nick on her. Surprisingly as well, Ariel doesn't fear coming to this "salon" as much as she was with others. Definitely recommend this clean and quality salon to others! Thank you!!

I am rarely ever the type of person that leaves a negative review but this is well deserved. I’ve had great service up until today. I made an appointment with Mimi and informed her in advance my dog had a recent back leg injury and couldn’t stand for her grooming. She wanted to wait a few more weeks for a full groom but agreed to take her in for a face clean up and a nail trim. My boyfriend picked up our dog from the appointment and Mimi informed him she didn’t do the nail trim and to go to the vet to have it done. I called her today to ask why the nail trim wasn’t done and if she could do it because I couldn’t get a soon enough appointment with the vet and her nails are far too long when she walks.I immediately got greeted with Mimi screaming in my ear “if you don’t trust me and aren’t happy, go elsewhere. I don’t appreciate you questioning me, go ask your boyfriend why I didn’t cut her nails.” Completely unprofessional, inappropriate, and rude. I am paying you to do the job, not my boyfriend. And I will definitely be questioning you if I’m paying full charge for a half job. Will no longer be supporting this establishment! I’d give it a 0 star if google allowed me to.

We took our Pomsky Rocky to Precious Paws for his first haircut and it was such as pleasant experience!!!! Rocky felt right at home and his haircut and de-shedding came out beautifully!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!!

Mimi took amazing care of Bentley! I can tell she pays attention to detail as she clipped his double dew claws (which a lot of other groomers have missed in the past). She was quick with her service as she only works on one fur baby at a time but offered top notch quality at a great price. Will definitely be bringing Bentley back for sure. Thanks Mimi!!!

Weird line of questioning on the phone, called me a “groom hopper” before getting the complete picture of what was going on. Very interesting customer service approach. So weird to make an assumption on someone you have never met, didn’t expect to get grilled over setting up a grooming appointment. Still allowed me to set up an appointment after all the grilling. Why give me a hard time to start with then? Can’t speak on actual services, never made it that far.
