This marshalls is similar to most I've been in, they have a decent selection of shoes, mostly women's. Store is pretty clean restrooms clean as well, clothes for men, women, children and infants, not a long time for checkout.

I went last min Mother’s Day shopping. However, An employee was watching me the entire time . As a person of color , I felt extremely uncomfortable. This is not the first time i experienced this at this location , I will not be going back .

Staff is more concerned about getting out of work than they are the customers. Instead of completing my return with a receipt, they called all staff to the registers to check everybody out so they could get out before closing and left me standing there waiting for 45 minutes. I had to literally ask for my items back that I already purchased just so I could leave, worst experience

It's a pretty decent place. It's not as cluttered as it used to be. I can tell that a good portion of the items come from the home goods/ TJMaxx stores.... this Marshall's is like a mini "dumping ground" for extrs TJ Maxx items. What is there, is there. Decent store, clean, good quality items.

Watertown Marshalls is just the best! The staff nomatter how busy gets you in and out with ease and a smile! The turnover in products...well Im in there a few times a week at least especially when the Halloween goods come out and I always find something new!

I love the deals at Marshalls. Always keep your eye out for things on clearance. I found a few sweaters and a heavy jacket for my Chihuahua for only a couple bucks each. They have great clearance prices. Almost like getting things free ! Shop on

This store brings me back to my childhood. Recently, I starting going there again. The people that worked there helped me with something, reader glasses, that I am not familiar with. We all get older and have to use new things. They were great.

This Marshall's has been here since i was a child, back when there was a Brooks pharmacy, laundromat and a Friendly's next door. Great selection and modest prices, very helpful staff. I have been a customer here for a while. I still love it.

Some pretty awesome finds for amazing prices. Got a pair of Adidas sneakers for less than $35... score! Need better variety of handbags and shoes tho. Other than that, I'd definitely highly recommend this place for affordable high end clothing, accessories, electronics, bedding, hbc products, etc....

Great selection and prices. The seasonal decor section is always loaded with good stuff. This store is always chaotic though. The lines are usually long and you can barely get down an aisle without bumping into someone. Not ideal for the covid times we are currently living in.

I shop at this Marshalls with my Daughter. It's always a nice experience shopping here even If you might not find something you need or that catches your eye. Dressing room staff is always friendly and helpful if you have questions. Check out is friendly also. Good experiences always.

The store offered varied Christmas items. The shelves were messy, looked like staff may not have had enough time to straighten them out. The clothes racks were too close it was difficult to maneuver the carriage through them. I found a few things to purchase and may shop there again.

Update: The store continues to look outdated from the exterior, interior isn't much to look at either... The checkout area looks decent and easy to navigate. It's digital and tells the next customer in line exactly which register to go to. I also enjoy being able to have my receipts emailed to me this is a wonderful thing and makes it so I don't have to hang on to reciepts. Their selection continues to be wonderful! I wish their pricing was a bit better... It seems as though they are competing with regular pricing rather than the infamous Marshall's/TJMaxx/HomeGoods pricing. Pricing is pretty outrageous considering they're meant to be more affordable.

This Marshall's in Watertown is just alright! The men's department is very small and little to no selection in regards to different brands! The best thing for me was the home decor! That's what I can't wait to go back for oh they have a whole toy department that they could use to expand on the clothing selection!

Can usually find some pretty quirky items here, but I kind of wish they had a better selection of plus sized clothing, not just the stuff that is super outdated, and not a lot of patterns.

I usually love Marshall's for top brand shoes, tops, jeans... Lately I haven't been able to find anything and it seems like their prices aren't such good bargains anymore either. But every once in a while I find a treasure. So yes I will keep going.... They may need a new buyer.

This is one of my favorite places to buy designer clothes and blankets,to all kinds of things for the best prices. The people who work there are very polite and helpful in finding any items your interested in. I live this Marshall,s! I love the shoe,s bags,and clothing. Check it out 💯👍.

I am helping my mother with her clothes. I went to return some that she purchased from this store. I did not have the receipt.There were 6 people in line in front of me one register open. The employees must get $$ for having customers sign up for credit card. Gabbing and setting up CC account after 20 mins 5 more employees finally gathered. 2nd register open, all employees were trying to figure how to open an account with no driver license. After a very long wait, it was my turn. After i handed my return, she looked at me in disgust. Whispered to another employee, she did same. Then I was told I could not return the item. I did not argue I just left. I did not deserved to have been treated so poorly because I was returning items. I will not return to this store and I will b writing Corporate office over this as well.

I came to Marshals this evening to find some bins for underneath my bed for storage. I picked up two sets of them and I was so excited to use them until I went to the counter to ring out. The sets were not sets in fact they were to be sold separate. The smaller bin was MAYBE 8” by 8” and it was 10 dollars. I had to decline which ones I wanted and pick and choose which ones I wanted at the counter. If I knew I would of gotten different ones and not willy nilly choose which ones at the counter. They should not of been placed one inside the other as if they were to be sold as a set, that’s not right at all. In the past I’ve LOVED shopping at Marshals. I spend a lot of money at the store monthly. Next time I will rethink. VERY disappointed.

One can never go wrong with marshalls... love the store, prices, and the home decor is awsome. Also great prices on clothes, shoes, men's clothes even luggage. Always nice when you walk in. Their seasonal items fit any home from antique to contemporary to classy. I cant say enough simply whatever you need just go there.
