Brought my Shiba in for a cleaning and she came back home and her ears were bothering her, we mentioned to them to be careful with water getting in her ears. Just came back from Vet urgent care, she now has two ear infections in both ears. Will never bring my animal here again. She was perfectly fine before she went.

Brought my 2 cats to get their nails trimmed. They scheduled us an appt for the next day (after we played phone tag for a day - they always called me right back when I missed their call), and they took us right in when we got there. They finished my first cat's nails by the time I had brought the 2nd one in from the car. Total time: 6 minutes - it took longer for me to load and unload them in the car at home! Definitely worth it to not have to wrestle them trying to do it at home ourselves, and especially with how quick of an appt it was. Really easy scheduling, really easy appt, and lovely people. Thank you!!! 😊

They were very efficient, I'm amazed at how quickly they were able to cut my Precious puppy's toe nails without tramatizing her sure was in a great mood after having her nails cut ☺️

Do not take your dog here! Place is super stinky and my dog came out smelling even worse. They charged $80 for just a bath and nails and it took 3 hours. When they called to pick up my dog they said cash or check only which they did not tell me ahead of time. Overall place looks old, moldy, and just plain GROSS!

My wife and I were nervous sending our pup for his first grooming. But the staff was super friendly, kind, and professional, especially Nicole. She definitely put our minds at ease. I would not hesitate to return to 4 Paws again and again.

This place did SUCH an amazing job with our two cats, Salem and Raven. They were extremely polite and helpful from start to finish, and the price felt reasonable for what we were asking. They did perfect lion cuts and the nails were trimmed extremely well also. Most importantly, our cats didn't seem scared or traumatized afterwards :) Thoroughly pleased - will be back!Update 7 months later: Still awesome. Perfect prices for a perfect job!

Johnna the owner is awesome at grooming. She is a wonderful person who obviously loves her work! You can tell by how the dogs react to her. You can't fool a dog! I've had my rough coat collies groomed there for over 30 years, never had any issues with the grooming or how my dogs where handled. Call for appointment first.

I came on this place completely by accident. They gave my Golden Retriever, Scout, the best grooming he has ever had at the best prices I have seen anywhere. Scout, like most Goldens, is lovable but stubborn as the day is long. When you try on him, he just drops to the ground. The staff was patient and kind and even gave him a nice bandana.

Everyone is friendly and kind at4 Paws. They do a great job on my long haired cat who is not at all fond of being groomed. They are very patient with him. He comes home smelling so good! Great place

We've been taking our dogs there for years. Our dogs are rescue's, and the have their moments when they can be less than cooperative. Lisa has been great with then, and it's been a positive experience every time.

This was the second time i’ve brought my dog here. It’s more affordable than other places ive gone- I paid about $50 instead of $60+. However, both times when I picked my dog up, he had burns from the razor on his skin, around his eyes, under his ears, his arm pits, and balls. This place had good reviews when I was reading about it so I’m pretty disappointed and I won’t be bringing him back again

I definitely would recommend Four paws to ANYONE with any type of animal....I have brought my dog to other places near & far.....however, after going to Four paws (over 5 yrs) & meeting the owner & staff & the job they do & continue to do is the ultimate for me.....My dog is a rare breed, he is a coton de tuleau his hair is constantly growing and knots like crazy .....no matter how much you brush him. It's just that kind of hair. If anyone is looking for somewhere to bring their animal, & will get the best care & results...please go to Four Paws!
