Better selection than other 2 locations. However, it's still dark and dingy. I honestly avoid all of their locations unless it's an absolute necessity. I can get more for my dollar at other grocery stores.

The staff are great. Always kind and friendly. Sales are very good. One major complaint. They replaced the plastic containers at the hot food bar with flimsy, cheap ones. There's no way to transport the food without a mess.

Today I went to buy flowers special occasion not the first time very friendly in the past different today the young man at the register I noticed greeted everyone with hello/conversing when it came to me none of the above not sure if it was a ethnic thing which I’m thinking due to the fact he lady behind me he greeted her the same as his previous customers which was not of ethnic

Our local items is a gem! Definitely our number one grocery go to, especially if you're in a pinch. The service and speed within this place is unbeatable and you just don't find that in small business everything these guys do is correct and if it's not correct they will fix it every time have been going and getting groceries with these guys for years. The employees were very friendly and have a great sense of humor the store was very neat and clean the grocery store is small like a typical neighborhood grocery store the meat prices are a little high but the quality makes up for it and they do have a variety of meats but a very nice and clean atmosphere and friendly employees as well .

Nice store I really kind of liked it. Prices were as good as any in the area and the lunch I got was definitely cheaper but better quality than I expected. I have now had lunch from there several times. I didn't see a salad bar which is what I was originally looking for but the typical pre-made sandwiches, wraps and so on were pretty good. This is a place that is a slightly hidden Jewel in an expensive town.

Small town feel with a wide selection. Love that they sell products from local farms & support local businesses. Staff is like friends & family we've shopped there for years every week!! My Mom is handicapped & they always make sure she is helped quickly & their willingness to accommodate her comes easily & with kindness & always a smile.

Nice clean Hometown feeling for shopping.Good deals , good sales, friendly staff, beautiful produce, fresh flowers. Just an overall lovely place to shop. They have a very small hot bar, provide soup, breads, pastries and a good selection of cheeses. However I do not recommend having a sandwich made, especially at lunch hour , the staff the staff was very slow.

This is a smaller supermarket but don't let that fool you. The produce is nice and fresh, and they have a decent selection. A good store to get essentials from, especially if you are in a hurry. They no longer need your loyalty card. The reason for the 3 stars is due to number of available cashiers. When there are three lanes open and lines down the aisles, every cashier lane should be open. I will say that every employee is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of items at the end of register area available to purchase, but I haven't taken advantage because I've already paid and am heading out the door. I wouldn't go back to the long lines just to purchase.

Employees are very nice and helpful. However, evidently store management policy is that on senior discount day you not only have to ask for the discount you have to have a coupon. It seems to me they're trying to avoid giving seniors discounts. The cashier at the store was kind enough to give me a coupon to use. What store management seems to forget is that I can spend my money somewhere else

1st time going to Adams!! Was very impressed, the prices were pretty good for a small IGA!! The store was very clean, items were very much in order and easy to access!! The entire staff from the stockers, Deli department, and cashier's were very kind and helpful!! Highly recommend!! We will be returning often.

Are you kidding me? This is the BIGGEST price gouges in the area. I am ashamed I say I go there only in a pinch. Recently went for a package of Oscar Mayer bacon and a quart of vegetable oil and it was over $18 dollars! You have to take out a mortgage if you want to shop there. You can Definitely get three times as much at Aldi’s or Price Rite!

Great local food store. We do our regular weekly shopping at Stop and Shop, but always go here or LaBonne's for mid-week needs. Great prices, nice and clean and an awesome staff. Keep them in business people.

Adams has the greatest value and price on their homemade foods. I generally shop there for my lunch. The choices are amazing, the value of the amount you get compared to the cost is awesome. It's a great store.

I would say definitely better than Thomaston and that DREADFUL hole in Terryville/Plymouth. Watertown Adams is consistently friendly, helpful, fast and well-stocked. If you're frustrated with Stop and Shop (highway robbery), come to Adam's. You'll be in and out quicker and you'll have an old-world friendly feel.

I still choose Adams for their LOW prices on the meats you in the mood for a good steak... 1 trip to the meat department and you will see why I choose Adams . A+++

I usually dont shop here mostly cause i dont kno where everything is. But the place i always go to doesnt keep the air conditioning at a temp that i can tolerate. By the time i get to the register im over heated and feel nauseous.. But Adams Hometown Market keeps their temp just rite and the people who work there are so nice. I believe this is my new grocery store. Thank you Adams
