Associates (2) had no idea if the product I was looking for was sold there and the 2nd associate asked the manager for assistance. They had what I wanted but only 1. I bought it. Checkout took about 10 minutes because a difficult customer took a long time. The cashier spent an inordinate amount of time informing the customer about clubs, incentives and saving programs. The customer said no to all. Finally with a long line looming behind me, the manager opened a register.

so earlier today i had just gotten my dog food and some other things for my animals and i see this boy named jags storm to go in the back with this young lady and i hear him yelling at her raising his voice i wasnt sure if he was a manager or not but that was very unprofessional and eventually i saw the girl and she looked like she was on the verge of tears the boy must’ve been upset and took it all out on her and i truly feel bad i hope that boy gets re trained no one should have to feel unsafe at work but other then that this petco is great all the staff are usually very nice and very sweet i still come here every chance i can

Went to explore aquarium tank & stand options. Saw what I liked right away…. And it was on sale!! So I got the tank & stand for a great price! You were a little light on the aquarium decor but I can wait for more stock to come in

Exceptional customer service! It was literally less than a minute after entering the store that I was asked, "Can I help you find something?" We located the items, and I was on my way with the purchases in under 5 minutes! GREAT experience!!!

Went in to buy a harness and a shirt for my puppy. Got the harness and got him a whole jammy jumper. There were plenty staff available to ask for assistance if needed. Had a hiccup at the registers with a new cashier but I was pleased with my service overall. She was a sweet girl and will do great.

This store got a new manager recently. There are so many employees that I love here!! One by one they are leaving due to abusive management. I was in the store recently and observed her speaking down to employees that have worked here happily for years. The mood in the store is gloomy now. Do better Petco corporate.

Great experience with dogs getting claws trimmed and buffed. The 2 girls that took care of us were absolutely awesome 👍. Friendly,Knowledgeable and professional,but most importantly GREAT with animals and pretty obviously pet lovers. Exactly what you want to see and feel from your pet's caregivers, will be back and highly recommend for grooming services. UPDATE: 2 nd trip for nail grooming on our French bulldogs, was great to see 1 of the same girls and the new nail tech was amazing, she owns a Frenchie as well and did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB . Thank you ladies at Waterford Petco grooming services, again, all around great experience. We'll see you in a couple months 😉😁

Although they did not carry my brand of cat food....a brand new employee was cleaning the floor...it was his 1st day on the job...he tried to help me find what I was looking for but they do not sell Crave cat food. He was friendly and went out of his way to try to help!!!

I am very much against caged anything meaning Birds geckos Etc. This place does have an extremely large selection of any and all of your pet needs and the prices are very fair. They have the best prices on pet food bar non. I recently drop my dog in there just to get his nails clipped and it did a very thorough and good job

Get my australian shepherds groomed here. She went years ago and I moved but came back and she goes again. Prices are little high but they do great job and take good care of her.

The vital care program is super worth it with the 20% off of supplies for that species of pet, plus the monthly 5$ rewards that get credited to your account. The store itself is always clean and the animals appear to be taken care of better than other locations I've been to.

My visit was one of the best visits I have ever had at a pet supply store. The store is tidy, stocked full, well staffed, and pleasant.We were greeted and treated kindly upon arrival. We easily navigated through organized aisles to the areas we needed to shop in. The animals seemed clean/happy and cages were freshly made.We were helped by Lisa with purchasing the proper grooming supplies for my long hair med dog mix. In addition she helped us purchase the correct items for our ball python. I trust her knowledge and expertise because since our purchase my dog has shed less/has a shiney coat and in addition our ball python cage has never looked better.Overall I'm very happy with my experience and it was truly helpful. We will come here again.

My dog came home bleeding after I asked them not to do his nails.... somehow I got dinged and can't schedule service on the app regardless of having their membership plan. Living room looking like a crime scene.

I only give this place a 5 star because I was bring helped by Kayla at the checkout. She was nice and helpful. She taught us that if we scan the items with our phone app we can price match it online and get it cheaper. She helped us saved an extra of $15 and that is very nice of her. She also introduce us to the vital health care program for us to save more since we Groom our dogs at petco!! Very nice of her!!!

Every time I’ve been to this location, there’s always at least one reptile/amphibian that’s dead or looks like it’s suffering. There’s a few employees that seem like they just don’t even care either. It’s pretty disgusting honestly.

Went today with the intention of picking up food for our dog when I saw they had golden loaches in. I've been looking all over for one since they are my husband's favorite fish. I looked in the tanks and there were several dead fish, and a couple dead loaches in the bottoms of the tank that appeared to have been there for a while. Disappointed, I skipped the fish and went to buy my dogs food, that they didn't really ever have either despite online saying they did anyways. Once to the cashier, she was standing there looking really unhappy on her phone. I waited a few minutes and she called me over with 0 enthusiasm. She never looked me in the eye or anything. I understand she doesn't owe me anything, but on top of everything I'd seen just simply walking thru the store I already had a poor taste in my mouth. Please do better at the very least for the animals you're caring for/selling/showing.

Got my Hampster Ben here in July 2020. Hes good and healthy. But was a bit disappointed the sales girl suggested a cage to small and the purchase was denied at register. My boyfriend had to run and grab a bigger more suitable cage. It held us up and everyone in line behind me. Other then that i like Petco. Heres Ben💗🐾
