They're missing things quite often. When it's not one it's another, which makes it kind of inconvenient and annoying because you then have to return on another day and hope you find what you need. Considering how big Waterbury is and how busy they often are I'd expect a wider selection and better stock. But overall, it's fine. It does the trick. The staff is courteous more often than not when you ask for help. It's a little messy at times but I blame that more on the customers than the employees and company itself.

I love Wal Mart’s crafting department. I believe their selection is pretty good and they also sell material for those who like to sew. The prices are also fair. You can’t beat it. You’re all in one stop to shop. 😍

It’s a Walmart. Not exactly winning any awards for innovation. Was very well stocked and staff was pretty nice. Especially compared to some other Walmarts out there

Nice and polite employees from the people I have experienced wouldn’t know about the rest of them. Nice walmart but it’s in Waterbury! No guns here, but they do have some at the torrington Walmart for those of you who hunt. A wide variety of food and items you may want to purchase. In my opinion I love the tech section. Nice place to go in and out, but beware you will go in with a plan and come out with much more lol!

I cannot believe the amount of trash in the parking lot ground, and grasslands surrounding the parking lot. I visited this week, and could not believe I had to walk on the trash to get into the front door! The parking lot should be power washed! I felt dirty, after leaving your store due to the filth on the road. You as a business decided to serve the public, therefore you should also clean up after them! Please clean your parking lot, and land!

They made some changes in clothes line. Very nice I have to say. Staff is finally being nice to customers. They still have people checking bags at the door. Need more cashiers.

From managers to regular staff in Waterbury walmart needs customers service training!! they are very quick to say there's nothing we can do or my manager is busy call back in an hour,no one is willing try to help solve a problem..can u imagine manager saying am off the clock.

I always get extra idk if y’all know what I mean🤣🤣 but in Walmart I always get what I need for a good price THEY JUST NEVER HAVE ANY BAGS!!When my brother was in his newborn phase he had an allergy to the protein in milk he was born in a winter storm and during covid and we couldn’t find any similac anywhere plus covid had formula restrictions but Walmart was there with it every time📝👏🏽So I can’t say anything bad never been robbed, seen nothing ghetto plus it’s rather clean

The front end manager is so rude and I keep forgetting to ask for her name,because she needs to be reported. She tries to belittle people. I'm surprised someone hasn't picked her on the mouth or something. She's bad for business . A bottle of bleach rand up wring and she refused to give it to me for the price it rang up for. I should have gotten it free. But she charged me anyways. She made the cashier feel so embarrassed. I'm going to get her name and let the company know how bad she is. I bet walmart is losing customers because of her

Not too much of a variety. Also they don’t have plenty of really small or really large sizes. The cashiers were very slow. They charge $.10 for each plastic bag. There is no frozen food or supermarket food at this Walmart.

Cashiers are usually friendly, the store is kind of clean, half of associates know the answer when asked about the location of items and the deals are generally good, especially if you buy in bulk. This store has a nails place. There is a Subway too but this makes the entire store very smelly.

So Hooksett NH Walmart is my homebase store I love the store, staff ect . Manchester is a great store The staff is amazing but you always get some people outside that are not being the best versions of themselves if you know YOU KNOW .... SO I try not to go to the Manchester location too often just for that reason I have seen some crazy ish go down over there

I like shopping at Walmart. One thing I do not like is when you shop online in the grocery department they substitute what you order anyway even when they did not get the go ahead from you. Eg I ordered fish and they sent shrimp,many people eat fish and not shrimp. If you don't get the go ahead to substitute please don't.

Had to pick up some meds for my nieces and the girl that helped me was absolutely fantastic!!! She was very helpful and did everything with a smile, highly recommend this pharmacy!!!

I usually do not have the patience for this Walmart but at least today they made me happy. It’s usually crowded, shelves barely stocked, and 1 line open. Today was kind of smooth and I’m grateful for that. Some of the staff are as ghetto as the shoppers. Last year a cashier tried to scam me by adding the customer in front of me items to my receipt! Never seen anything like it and definitely ran up on her in the parking lot. The manager that handled it is definitely one of my favs! They have a bunch of good employees but the store needs some love. Today is my Baby’s birthday and I am happy to say they had several to chose from. I definitely will be back cuz it’s so convenient.

Busy store was able to get in quickly and get what I needed band aids and jerky!!It’s very frustrating how people are so inconsiderate and self entitled that they park in the fire lane!! Like 50 extra steps would really kill ya!! Come on people do better… I really don’t go to this Walmart often the parking lot upsets me, drivers also forget which way the are supposed to go down the isles of cars. SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️

Went to optician. Brought only my insurance card because I thought that would cover all. It didn't. Went home,called to give balance on bank card. They don't do that over the phone. That requires another trip before they make the glasses, then 3rd trip to get them.As I have no other reason to go to frigging Walmart, it's a hassle.
