I really wish my mother would stop getting her prescriptions filled at this particular store. She constantly get calls saying her prescription is filled and upon arrival 🤦♀️ The prescription is not filled. They are working on it and need about 15 more minutes. The 15 minute wait would be fine if we haven’t already waited 10, 15, minutes or more. The drive thru isn’t any faster, but at least when I go through the drive thru I’m not stuck inside doing nothing for 20-30 minutes. In the car I can read or do something that’s productive.I feel like I’m going to hyperventilate every time I have to come here. Even with getting our vaccines the appointment time is 20-30 minutes off, but the ones on West Main St got us in within 5 minutes of our appointment times. The whole pharmacy staff looks miserable. The pharmacist Lee isn’t much help with complaints and please remind the staff to use your Walgreens rewards card to get your points, because they never do it and then say they did. Every time they have to redo the order so she can get her rewards. If they need more staff I hope they get it soon so they can stop being stressed and stressing us. In the mean time I will keep begging my mother to spare her and myself the agony of dealing with the pharmacy staff. The store is decently clean, and the main part of the store is pretty fast with getting you in and out, but they look short staffed also. Hopefully 1 day I can give a better review.

Really, I only come here to pick up prescriptions for my family since it's close to home. This has to be the slowest service of any pharmacy I've ever been to! Every time I come, if I'm not first at the window, I'm guaranteed to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru.

This is one of the worst customer service interactions over ever experienced in my life. The employees in that store all need some serious customer service training. I bought a couple items and needed to return them because I got the wrong flavor. The supervisor avoided admitting she was the supervisor and acted like she didn’t know anything about returning items so she got the acting manager for that shift, who treated me like I stole the items. Even though I had a receipt in hand, because the barcode on the receipt was messed up and couldn’t be scanned. I even offered to take store credit since I would eventually be spending money at Walgreens anyways. He said “we don’t do store credit” despite what Walgreens return policy states. I even showed him the return policy and he rudely turned me away. I left the store embarrassed. I will never step foot in this Walgreens again. I haven’t ever seen such awful customer service in my life. I’ve never left a retail store feeling so embarrassed by a store manager. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Natasha M. At the pharmacy is so helpful, friendly, and so kind. Even given she was the only one working the pharmacy flooded with so many people in line and other things. She was so nice and did what she could in a timely manner. This woman deserves a raise!! Some incentives!!

I waited on hold for 20 minutes got hung up on, called back, and then put on hold for another 20 minutes. When I eventually got through the pharmacist was so rude and clearly doesn't care about patients. I'd stay clear of all Walgreens if I were you.

Everytime i place an online pick up order they always cancel. And I know the items are in the store because I had went in to see for myself and saw all the products. You guys don't know my situation. Like really..why. Cancel the order when you guys are in stock.. There's only one guy I like he works in the front white guy with blonde hair hes super sweet and kind I wish I knew his name. The other people with their huffing and puffing not cute. We all can feel your vibes and its draining.

The pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. Limited hours (closed on weekends) and poor service. After waiting over a day for a prescription to be filled, and unable to speak to anyone in the pharmacy by phone, I drove to the store and went to the counter. When I asked what the issues was, I was told that the prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. I would also note that in addition to the pharmacist, there were 3 assistants working. I am guessing that if I didn't show up in person, the prescription would not have been filled. There was no delay in billing my insurance, as that was done soon after the prescription was originally called in. Fortunately my insurance has recently add other pharmacies to their preferred list, so I will not have to deal with Walgreens anymore.

The guy in the front with the grey sweater was very polite and nice I see him work hard all the time I come to this location often he’s very polite and has professional mannerisms He deserves a raise or a promotion not many people here are very nice to me But Gabe puts a big smile on my face which is why I come back here all the time 5 stars

First time and last time going to this Walgreens. Ordered some pictures on Thursday May 5th for Mother’s Day. Estimated time for pictures to be completed was on Friday at 8pm. Went on Saturday to pick up the pictures and they weren’t ready. Asked the associate if he could have it ready for Sunday. He replied yes. Went back on Sunday and nothing was done. One associate tells me 20 minutes. When I asked for a guarantee for it to be ready in half an hour they can’t guarantee it. Told me it would be available by six and ended up being ready by 9pm. It ruined my Mother’s Day gift and than the hook wasn’t even placed correctly. Poor customer service. Never going back Theo again.

***I am updating to 3 stars as the true manager of the store reached out to me and we resolved my issue with a proper refund that I had originally asked for***I do not think I have ever been talked to so poorly in my life. Had the "manager" on the phone asking her about a refund on photos I was supposed to have from xmas time and this woman whom refused to even identify herself, talked to me like a piece of trash. I can see that they really care about their customers and the experience they provide. She was more worried about telling me how busy she was and she wanted to close the store, promised me a call back which I never got. Just go to CVS or literally anywhere but here. I literally hate leaving such poor reviews but this woman was so notably nasty to me on the phone she was talking over me, continuously repeating the policy as I spoke so we could not even discuss a different resolution, and she kept telling me that customer service had no business telling me what they did and that she would not honor it. She stated she refused to take responsibility for "how Walgreens taught them to package photos", meanwhile my poster prints were literally trashed and had lines from being rolled so tight with multiple prints. Im not going to get further into details but SHEESH, need new training on customer experience, or workers who care about their job and not just their paycheck.

I visited this Walgreens with a very unfortunate experience. I brought my wife so that we could get Similac Neosure for our daughter who was born as a micro premie at 1 lb 7 ounces. This formula is necessary for her development and growth. The manager on shift on 03/26/22 at about 6:45PM did not allow us to purchase the 10 cans available at the time. It is very difficult for us to get this formula. He only offered to provide us one which would not last long. In addition he made it difficult for us to use our coupons for other purchases. My wife and I are professionals (teacher & territory manager) and find this treatment from a big Corporation to be very unprofessional and insensible specially with a child’s needs. Representing the health community takes employees who truly care. This is why this Walgreens ratings are not the best. CVS will continue to be many Americans #1 pharmacy because they truly care. Worst Pharmacy I've ever been too...if they moved any slower they would be going in reverse.20 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my medication and I'm still waiting! Time to switch pharmacys!

Amanda was horrible customer service I asked for assistance up front and she literally said she couldn't help me because she worked in the pharmacy and to ask the cashier that had at least six people in line, As she stood there the whole time I was in line for at least seven minutes talking to a boot about how is he doing and where is he going tonight. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would !!!! EVERY time I call this particular Walgreens the staff is as RUDE as anything !!! If you call and ask if WU is working they will basically tell you they don’t know it MIGHT work it MIGHT NOT. IS this a joke?!? You work at the store, look on your computer if the kiosk is up and running or not ! PLEASE BURN THE WHOLE STORE AND FIRE EVERYONE WORKING. They ARE ALLL RUDE AND MISERABLE

The pharmacy seems to always be behind. I'm told my prescription will be ready at 2: 30 p. m. I get there around 3: 50 and my prescription was not ready I was told it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes which usually takes about a half hour from past experiences. It should not take this long when there is 6 or more people working at the pharmacy at the time. Also one of the young ladies that works in the pharmacy nearly hit me with her car while I was trying to walk across the parking lot cause she was speeding into the parking lot faster then she needed to go.

My brother suffering pancreas issues have not receive meds for monthsThey only packed one bottle of pantoprazole after multiple visits asking to refill all meds for monthsI ended asking the doctor to overwritte my meds to another pharmacyManager denied records transfer to another pharmacyThe african american young lady denied print out of meds or refillsAnd the rest of staff always tell us to come back in the afternoon to find out nothing was ever ready to be pick upManager claim Walgreens corporate have them overwhelmed working with no help n this is why we cant have our meds for long timeThey also record you with their personal phone during work hours when you are angry to post you online violating patient rights

Awful, terrible, horrendous!!!!I am writing this as I wait on hold. My initial call was at 5:57pm and a recording told me there was one caller ahead of me. After several minutes of being on hold the call wac disconnected. I called back, recording told me there were more than 3 callers ahead of me. It is now 6:18pm. The reason for my call is to ask why my prescription was filled a less than a month later if the original prescription is a 90 day supply. How is this even possible.

This has been my pharmacy since I have lived in Waterbury was a excellent pharmacy.. NOW THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION FILLED SINCE 4/21 TODAY IS 5/5 AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION NOW THERE PHONE LINES ARE SUPPOSEDLY DOWN AND TO LEAVE A MSG AND SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK STILL NO CALL BACK THE OVER FILL PRESCRIPTION AND THAN SOMETHING THEY DONT FILL AT ALL SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT IS GOING ON HERE I NOW CHANGED MY PHARMACY JUST CURIOUS IF THIS IS HAPPENING TO OTHERS.. Disgusting service, how do you forget to fill a prescription? More than once, might i add. Waiting time is horrible and with so many staff there at a time i don't see why they can't help with other customers.. Definitely switching to a different Walgreens asap.

NEVER ORDER TO THIS WALGREENS!!! I have had to call out of work twice to pick up a script to find out they closed early and then when I did get there while they were open they didn't have my prescription, it's now been a week of trying to pick up a prescription with no prevail

It was horrible , waited in line for 10 mins then i was told my meds were not sent in , i pulled to the side called my doctor & they were sent to get back in line wait another 10 mins to be told the same thing ! Worst walgreens ive been too !
