I went in to print out a paper and all of the printers in exception of one was working. The only one working was preoccupied so I went to the customer service desk where a young lady with short hair was helping out a customer. I was patiently waiting, then a customer who just walked up to the UPS drop off point came and waited. These are 2 different areas.The young lady finished helping the customer and quickly ran to go help out the UPS drop off person while I was already waiting in line. I was clearly waiting in line next to be helped and she just bypassed me. We literally made eye contact a few times so she couldn’t have missed me.She was Intentionally rude as I stood there for a moment in shock, I then collected myself and left.

Rude customer service. I had to make a return here and was left standing while associates were talking and on their phones. I waited for 15 mins to have them simply scan a bar code for my return. There was a huge line at the registers and at the copy and printer station as well. None of the employees made any move to try and manage the crowd. Everyone was getting upset. I understand if you’re understaffed but there were employees just walking around checking phones and enjoying the fact that people were unhappy.

I was disappointed in how the shift manager talk to me. I keep my cool I paid cash for my purchase. Then I realize I grab 2 TN ink cartridges I need a DR after paying. Got to my car seen I had 2 ink. went back inside ask to exchange and that I would pay the difference. They didn’t have enough cash to issue me back. When I never asked for cash. So I said I just want pay the difference. The young lady called for a manager I waited a good 4 minutes the store was pretty busy. Finally he came out and didn’t ask me anything started talk to the cashier. I said all I want do exchange thisTN -and get DR I will pay the difference. He huff and wiped his face like he was annoyed. I know i had to compose myself. With out a word he said no cash back. I never asked for cash back. Plus I didn’t see a sign in any place that said NO CASH BACK (policy posted any where) Won’t be visiting your store anymore 👎. They way he talked to me.. he need customer training. This purchase was for the company I work for. Won’t be returning.

At 7:05 p.m. the guy behind the counter informed me that they are about to close so he can’t fax anything for me because he can’t touch the machines.🙃 He Informed me that he shouldn’t even be behind the counter but “people keep coming into the store.” 🤔My thoughts? Well until the store close, he should remove himself from behind the counter or assist customers.🤷♀️

I went to staples to get a print out of an invitation and program. The young guy gave me a Sheet of paper and told me that I could do it at the self serve station. I don’t use the self serve because I get my print outs on heavier paper. Mainly because I have a printer at home and if i am paying more for prints at staples I’m looking for quality prints on heavier paper. So I ask the guy do you switch the paper in the printer for heavier paper since that’s what I want. He said no so we went back over to the counter so he can print the items. He said they can’t print orders same day after 5.🤷🏾♀️I must say I come here regularly and this is the 1st time they didn’t question what I needed before they sent me somewhere. They were packed and I understand he wanted to move the line right along, but it took more time moving me to a place I didn’t need to be. Than just printing the order. So he says they can have it ready for me tomorrow. I say ok. He charged me for my order. Almost 9 bucks for 5 color prints on heavier paper front and back. I can’t remember the lb’s. I take the receipt and go outside. Once in the car I look at the charge and I was charged about 4 bucks for next day. I didn’t know there would be a charge for next day since it wasn’t mentioned, so I go back in and ask the manager why would I be charged a next day fee for 5 prints. She apologizes and takes me to the front to refund the fee. She was very nice. I didn’t get her name, but I was happy she took the issue seriously and apologized. So I give the store a 4. Originally it was 3 because anyone who has to work with customers should not act annoyed or do there job half tailed, but the manager moved though the registers and the line making sure we (customers)were at least acknowledged and asked for patience. I can work with that. So nice job to the manager..👍

The girl in the copying department went out of her way on 8/28/23 @11:40AM to help out a senior citizen with printing insurance cards from a cell phone email account. Then she helped herself to $200 from an account. Watch yourself folks and she knows exactly who she is and what I talking about. I doubt she will be working there much longer.How can we connect and have a conversation? I've tried 3 different times to contact the General Manager of the store 3 separate times and each time no one will come to the phone. It doesn't seem like that particular store likes answering phones or getting the manager on the phone. If it happens once, it's nothing, twice, you start to wonder but 3 different times? It almost seems no one in that store wants to talk to me. I wonder why that is?

Joe, the “called” manager is the worst I’ve ever seen by far. He needs to be fired. He’s rude and not helpful. These guys “called” managers has to be out from costumer services.

It is very rare I take time out to write a review for a store but I felt I had to commend the service I received at this Staples the past 2 days. The manager, Ken, went above and beyond to help me with my questions and purchases. He is extremely kind and friendly. I really felt he was appreciative of my business to his store.

I went to Staples to get some cards printed for a party that I was hosting that involved staples printing and cutting the pages to size. Upon looking at the finished product the person had cut off the lettering to the copy. It was also lopsided. When I went back to show them the damage and poor quality she proceeded to give me an attitude saying that she was very busy and didn’t know when the new print would be available because they had rush orders ahead of me…even though they screwed them up in the first place!!! I think this is absolutely ridiculous because they messed up. I need these prints ASAP and thankfully I looked at them a few days before the party. It still does not warrant attitude given and the fact that this person was annoyed with me that I was wondering when the product would be done. I do not recommend Staples for prints at all whatsoever this is been one of the second times I’ve had issues here I will go elsewhere. FedEx seems to be a lot better

I waited in line for 20 minutes at the copy center before I decided to stop wasting my time. This store is terribly run. Every employee that worked in the copy center kept running to what I believe is a supervisor of the copy center to ask questions. The person everyone kept asking questions was named "D". He was not friendly to another customer who I'm sure waited longer than me to be told she couldn't have something printed right away. He told her he had 18 other orders that still haven't been filled since Sunday. I understand it was busy, but it seems like Staples can't figure out training employees goes a long way towards efficiency. Maybe if their employees knew how to do things and didn't have to ask "D" a question on every transaction, they wouldn't have such a long line. I specifically waited to see if I could get a custom stamp made. I overheard that I would have to use a computer to order it. Therefore, why didn't your employees tell me I could do it online instead of wasting time and waiting for "D" to be available to help me. Their other employees moved onto other customers and kept reassuring he'd be over soon, but D was arguing with the other woman and had to get the store manager involved. I am now specifically finding another office supply store and waste more time because it should be a better experience than staples. Not to mention sitting in their parking lot writing a negative review is a better use of my time than waiting in their lines for no assistance.

Went into this Staples location in order to drop off some of my shipments for work and a sales associate in Printing & Marketing Services by the name of Justin was such a gem! He even helped me tape up all my packages. (I had 5). What a great, friendly and remarkable representation of Staples. Thank you Justin for making the process quick and for taking the time out of your day to help me!

Had a great experience there last week when I came in with my 1yr old and an Amazon package return through UPS. The employee, (tall, dark skin, bearded with glasses) was VERY helpful. I was on the phone with an Amazon rep and he was kind enough to speak with them. He had a lot of patience with me and my lagging phone. Then ultimately emailed my return slip to their computer and printed it out for me. I wish I would've looked at his name tag! He deserves recognition for the great customer service he provided me with. Thanks again!

Found what I was looking for and the staff were helpful and courteous. I would say they are a bit behind on the times with a few items that they sell and they don't tend to make changes to anticipate demographics which would get them ahead of trends. I'd say with a bit of corporate push they can remake themselves into a one stop shop for office supplies as they used to be in the past. As they still have what I need I'm happy. No issues here.

The store is very clean and the workers at the registers are friendly but I cannot the same for those at the copy center. They always look miserable. No smile, no greeting, I wait in line for over half hour to 45 minutes and I feel uncomfortable because it seems I'm burdening them. I understand if it appears they're doing nothing but actually are taking care of something at the computer, but a simple "be with you shortly" can make all the difference.

So i feel like their self serve copier machines are scams when it comes to coping papers. It won't show you a preview of your copies before you print them to make sure they're lit properly. I asked to be refunded 2 black and white copies, 11 cents each, because they weren't good, the manager told the worker to tell me that they don't refund self service work. Really? I can't get my 22 cents back? The first time I have ever been told that. Ridiculous.

You have a sign on your door that says ' no mask, no business 'or something in those lines.. I chose another store.. So you did not get my business. I created an order for my business elsewhere. Good luck staying open. You should also pick up that dirty mask someone left in your doorway. I will tag a picture.

they do not comply with what they write on their website: "if you are not 100% satisfied, return it". It is false propaganda. When I bought it, whoever sold it to me assured me that with the receipt, if it could be returned. But that is a lie. They did not want to return, neither to the presumptuous cashier nor to the one who was manager.

I went to get printer ink and was in and out in a few minutes. They have the ink displayed by numbers so it was easy to find. I was shocked to see the price and asked about it since their website had it much less. They said to just show them the price (they price match) and that was the price I got it for so I was happy.

I would prefer to order products online than to go here. It may be ok if you need something at the last minute, but service is subpar, at best. I ordered a sign online to be printed by the wolcott st copy center and it took over 1 hour just to get help. Over 1 hour and 20 minutes later, it took 5 minutes to pull the envelope.... it was already paid online, so what was the hold up? I asked 3 people for help and no one could be bothered to grab the already processed item just to get me out. There was only one copy person and they were supposedly "on break," fine... everyone needs a break, but I didn't need a trained copy person, I needed someone who was capable of grabbing an envelope and handing it to me. Anything quick, go for it..... the copy center, take your chances if you dare.

edited to say, was contacted by this business about their appalling customer service, and at least the higher ups know how to handle people. I might actually come back when I need to upgrade and replenish office supplies. Still, grateful there's a walmart right next door just in case this location hasn't gotten it together yet. Never thought I'd see the day where I was happy to spot a walmart nearby, but when you need stuff right away, you expect to be treated like a human being, especially when you're handing over your hard earned money. PERIOD.Nobody wants to be forced into online shopping by a brick and mortar locations employee.

I went in and asked that an 8x10 picture my daughter & mother made be made into four 4x6's. It took 30 minutes for the associate to get the order into the computer, I was patient because she was learning. There was a smudge on the original and I was told it would be photo shopped out. I went to pick up the order 8 hours later, 2 hours after I was told it would be done, and it wasn't even done. Then they did the order in 8x10's. The smudge is also still there and the 4x6's are off center so I won't be able to cut them for a frame. I was also told I was overcharged by $2.00. It not even worth my time going back there. I would rather go somewhere else.

Bad service! I made an attempt 5 days ago to order a holiday banner to promote my business and gift certificates. I still do not have the banner and was promised twice they would make and get to me. I am still waiting. Just tell me if you cant do it!! I lost business because of their unprofessionalism and lies. I would have made other plans if they had just told me they are unable to do!

Drove 20 minutes to get to store on 11/22/2020 walked in store an customer said no one in copies or ups till 12:00 staff called out .I than asked to talk to manager (they get paid to know their store)he walked by said no one could help till 12:00 (it's now10:45).I asked him to help us he said copy area is self operated.an then did help guy an lady with boxes. I asked for his regional manager name an number.He never gave it to me .Than I told him I was calling another store in area .He would be with me ,but ten minutes later still at ups desk I left an called Office have to wait till Monday to speak to someone.I needed help at the copier to download from my email . Isn't that what they are there to do help customer.Im 65 have never been told to come back to a retail store that's open .I was in retail for 41 yrs an as a manager always did what needed when staff didn't show .Plus my job .This is not the type of person that should run a store like this .Will update this after I speak to Main Office or his regional manager Kelly

Don't ever bring your computer for repair. They don't have an idea to plug the monitor. After one week keeping my computer in the store, they didn't do a thing and they didn't want to do it either. I had to take my computer back home in the same condition. That is my worst experience ever with Staples. The lost a costumer.
