Going out of business right now and everything is extremely cheep w good amount still available. Not sure how long till th doors close for good but I will find out and repost for all of you. Today's date is 3/26/24. The staff is super helpfull if you have any questions. Hurry up and go get your deals. My dog is all set for camping this year. It cost me about 30% of regular price.

The place is short staff . But they do what they can with the people they have. The selections are ok. Staff will order items if needed. Never had an issue with returning defective merchandise. And no, I'm not one of those customers. Had two legit returns, and the staff handled it accordingly. This is my one-stop for my dog several times a month.

The cashiers are always great but the girl today in the fish area was awful and I’m not the one to complain, no smile which is fine, no energy which happens but was on her phone and then when I asked for help all she said was with what in a rude manner then I tell her and she’s just like well u can’t do this or that, like girl I used to work at Petsmart’s it’s not that hard to know ur job. I will be making a big complaint which I don’t usually do. I was pissed and ima really patient person

After taking my dog to a Petsmart groomers for 1 year. I was told today that there are notes on his file that he is not allow to be groomed on the weekend because he is too wild. I was given the option of 3 specific days during the week, with the latest appointment being 2.30pm. Since my husband and I work from Monday to Friday until 5pm this would not be a practical option for us, which I expressed the the lady who took my call. She reiterate that no othen of the groomers would be willing to groom my dog on the weekends and that there is nothing that she could do.Essentially, the weekends are reserved for certain dogs and ours doesn't meet their criteria. I will no longer be supporting Petsmart. This policy is disgusting.

I use to work for a different location years ago. This store does not follow the customer service protocol at all. Walked around for 15min without anyone offering assistance. The cashier was rude and the manager ill informed. Unless you know exactly what your looking for don't bother.

This place is kinda weird. I called them to ask how much it would charge to get my dogs 2 claws clipped, and since I’ve been there before, they would only charge $12. I went and they tried to charge me $120… I had to argue with them to get the right price. It was a weird vibe

Not impressed with the grooming services. Paid $60 for a bath, brush, and Furminator for my white German Shepherd but I'm fairly certain they never did the Furminator treatment or even brushed him.They had him for 2 hours and after picking him up, he was still shedding a ton of fur. This picture was taken a couple hours after picking him up, and only brushing his left side for just 5 minutes. They clearly missed a lot of fur.They trimmed his nails fine and he does smell nice. They were also very friendly when we picked him up, but I wouldn't recommend this Petsmart's grooming services.

Waited in line for almost 15 minutes to check out , one cashier ringing everyone out with a line of 5 people and on top of that if you are resolving a customer problem you shouldn’t be holding up the line another worker should’ve came and assisted…. Ended up leaving out the store without my fish and my filters

I love going and seeing all the animals but I find the workers not really all too involved in helping their customers. I believe there has been 2 women who have been very sweet and helpful but all the other workers forget it.

I wanted to buy a kitten at the Waterbury location and the person in charge was very rude. When I talked to the store manager about it she explained that they over there are a separate entity and not really connected to PetSmart. I am sick and tired of managers making excuses for really rude employees. There are other places that I can shop.

I really like PetSmart the people who are all down to earth friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what they are selling
