I love getting my girls nails done at Petco. They make appointments and I never have to wait. Jaime is awesome with my German Shepherd and we are in and out in less than 20 minutes. Which is probably just great for my girls attention span

Ask them how long their groomers are trained for and what are their OSHA certificate qualifications…this goes for anyone you go to a groomer especially corp….25 year animal care expert…just saying yall

I brought my miniature schnauzer "Bourbon" to get groom on Saturday Nov 28. Even though my dog wouldn't let them touch the face. They did an amazing job on the rest. I used to be a groomer for 5 years so I would know. They did not charge me for anything due to the incomplete groom but i would definitely pay for it anyway. I just wish i have enough cash to tip the lady that day.

my dog was traumatized the whole day he was down and sad, frustrated. He came home so scared after the whole experience with cutting his hair at petco. I should get a refund for the bad experience my dog suffered. His hair was cut with a scissor and they charged me extra 7.00 for and looks choppy and a mess.

12-31-22 I called in to ask if they groomed cats was met with a very rude answer to the phone call wish I was able to get the lady’s name that picked up the phone called around 9:13am why does Petco hire rude people guess that’s just the service you get in Waterbury smh
