Very dirty and has ripped up Floors. No customer service. Horrid check out. Very over priced. They are owned by Dollar Tree, lol. Paid 3.79 for two items that would be 2.00 at dollar tree. Stay away unless it's the only place in downtown waterbury in walking distance.

The cashiers are too slow. Only problem I have don’t shop here much only come for snacks and small stuff but either way too slow and ontop of that they have a druggy doing cashier. Need to put him in the back he too slow and be itchin and shaking upfront…smh…

It's a mess in there. The employees are extremely rude, no sense of security and is very low on stocks of products.I hate it there. And they don't bother opening at the right time for store hours. Better have this business shut down immediately.

Worst store ever. I will never give this store a penny. The staff is very rude. Never pick up their phone. When xiorimari,picked up the phone she said hold on and hung up on me. Talking in Spanish about me ,thinking I didn't understand. rung my things up wrong,wouldn't give me my refunds. Still haven't got my refunds. I will seek attorney advice ,for putting me down in Spanish and yelling at me . Worst experience ever. I contacted the cooperate office,waiting for a response.

Customer service sucks in this store. I went there one time. And when I was at the register,this female cashier was chatting a storm with this male customer. I guess they're buddies or neighbors,or something like that. So,I had to endure a loud and obnoxious laugh from both of them while I was on the rush waiting in line. This cashier didn't even care that there were other people in line waiting. What a joke service.

The service sucks. I see why they are ALWAGS hiring. They ONLY hiring one type of race. One time it took me 15 minutes for service because the cashier couldn't speak English. Mind you I'm no races but come on. Then they talk on the phone on the register while there is a massive line. Smh but the prices is good lol.

This particular FD on South Main St in Waterbury, CT is the worse. They have items displayed with the wrong prices and instead of doing what's right these and honoring those displayed prices, they pull the items and accuse the customers of switching tags.

I think Golden wok for doing a wonderful job they are excellent in Waterbury 15 minutes to pick the food is hot are deliciousin the pork fried rice has big pieces of pork in it pork fried rice and also the the the boneless spare ribs are excellently done crisp enough sauce to not dry or or dry as you're not dry as shoe leather they are moist and delicious

employees are ok. but the way this store is run it's like a illegal bodega. it chooses Sunday to only take cash for payment to avoid reporting profits.

You can find anything here! This Family Dollar is pretty big. I was very surprised that they've everything in the right place not a big mess like others family dollar stores.
