My second time in this store and the cleaning has definitely gotten better.A huge selection of products and merchandise. Everything I wanted was in stock and shopping on a Saturday is the only way to go here. With a five dollars off coupon and an additional 3 dollar coupon for Pepsi, that was already on sale at three for eleven dollars, I paid about twenty five Cena can (including deposit) for a named brand soda

I love this store and I go there all the time but with that being said does anyone know how to answer the phone🤯 I was there today and left one of my apple earbuds on the counter, I’m at work which is out of town and I been calling for the last two hours still no answer.

Store is locked at 820pm when hours as it closes at 10pm. No sign or notice indicating they are closed or need to close early. Not very business savvy. I don’t understand why a business such as this would just lock its doors when it’s suppose to be open. Maybe it’s a Waterbury thing and people just do what they want here. I have been disappointed by various businesses that don’t care what the customer(s) feel or how they are treated but we give our hard earned dollars to support businesses in our community and time and time again, they operate however they choose on any given day. Thanks a lot family dollar!!

Cashier don't know how to help with apps to get coupons cashier doesn't know what bugles chips are or where I could look cashier also hands money so that it falls all over the floor what the hell is wrong with this place

This has become my favorite store. The cashiers and manager are very polite, patient and helpful. I'm a beginner couponer and it's nice when they have patience and help me out. If you're looking for a great store with absolutely wonderful workers this is the family Dollar u should go to. 2 thumbs up!!!!

Just horrible customer service. The cashiers are ALWAYS on their phones, with their earpieces in and ignore customers. You're lucky if one of them is intelligent enough to grunt at you.

I went to the store today because I needed a metal pan for baking. The item cost no more than a dollar, clearly marked at the store. I came in with exactly 2 dollars in cash, an in and out trip no reason to bring my whole wallet. When i get to the register the, the cashier is in a full conversation with her friend. I stood there and I was never acknowledged for a good minute. I proceeded to the pan on the counter and again I waited for the conversation to finish or for her to scan it. My biggest issue came when I handed her the dollar and 25 cents in my pocket. She never stop her conversation just proceeded to swipe the DOLLAR with the counterfeit pen. I was appalled i took my pan and left, told the nasty cashier keep the change cause i am not coming back. I am taking this to corporate and making a formal compliant.
