I despise this location. I don't know what it is, but they never seen to have the same type of stuff the other locations I visit have. They also seen to carry as much for home decor. I really wish they'd clean the place up inside. It's always very unorganized, there are always carts blocking so many of the aisles. They're look to be filled with merchandise, as if they'd just come in on a truck and still need to be stocked.. however this isn't just once or twice a week, this appears to be an every day type of situation.Also, I am not a fan of walking up to a register and the employee that is standing there who should begin to ring up your items... Just walking away with no explanation. Yes, this has happened more than once. Never got an explanation, but it's extremely rude and overall unprofessional.They just really need to step up their game.

Not the store but the App. Absolutely horrible when trying to enter my phone number said it already exists and wouldnt let me go any further. So now I don't get to download coupons. Very frustrating. Now I remember why I uninstalled it the first time

It’s unfortunate that this is the closest DG near my house! Went in to grab a few items, little did I know that I needed to make an appointment to get checked out in a timely fashion. 😩There were only 2 checkout lines open, and the wait took forever! The store was poorly unorganized, lot’s of hazards all over! Customer service was nonexistent! I can not believe that the management team would allow customers to shop in such a disorganized mess! When I finally made it to the checkout the employee was unengaged, unpleasant and rude! Don’t be fooled by these pictures. The store is 🗑 trash.

Full 180 from when i shopped here as a teenager. Dollar general is not a one task job, its a multi task job. Definitely prefer this store over Watertown store. They have so much space in here its amazing

I feel sorry for the people who work here. Aisles are overloaded with stock. Shoppers can barely get through aisles. It has to be a theft prevention nightmare. Never seems to have adequate staff working. The nicest thing I can say is the new refrigeration section makes that area of the store less dank. Hire more staff and have more people on when your stock is coming in.

It used to be great. Now it looks disorganized and messy. They run out of certain items quickly. The cashiers take their sweet time ringing people out. When they decide to pick up their acts, I'll change my review from 2 stars to whatever. But at this time, I suggest you go somewhere else.Oct. 12, 2015 update:It does seem like they picked up their act a little bit. They're still messy but not as bad as they were. They also put bells on the counter so you won't wait long if they're not there. Things are better stocked as well.

Their so friendly at this particular 1 especially, makes me feel so welcome &they have a nice variety of things from car supplies, food,snacks, beauty products and supplies & cleaning supplies for home,office etc.. i house clean for a living so im always getting great deals on supplies & products. Better then grocery store,walmart,or family dollar most times tell ya that and their popping up everywhere now.

Not bad compared to other Dollar General stores I visited. They have deals and there's not so much of their unpacked stuff logistics left all over the sales floor on uboats. Cashers seemed friendly as well.

Store is a mess.. needs more employees. Boxes everywhere. Shelves were a mess. Dangerous. In the laundry soap aisle soap spilled all over the floor. Accident waiting to happen.

Store is more organized than the Watertown one and the aisles aren't all over the place. The negative is that usually there's items all over the floors and/or boxes in the middle of the aisles. Hardly any staff to assist you.

I just left this store. The inventory is great, but the cashier had the personality of a slug. She didn't smile or even say one word. Not hello, thankyou, nothing.

Although more organized than the other store management & employees are rude and nasty. They greet their customers or say thank you. If you ask them a question they answer you with a sharp nasty voice. I refuse to go there anymore for the disrespect shown to their customers.

Dollar General is my favorite of iall the dollar and thrift type stores that have sprung up in every strip mall. I began to realize that you were getting a dollars worth of merchandise, in most cases, for the dollar spent, which is no bargain at all.Merchandise at D.G. is generally of better quality and while more than a dollar, is a better buy for your bucks.

Great to get what you need but... disorganized and staff are on their phones while cashing you out. Staff is overall friendly and if you actually need help finding something they can help.. just unprofessional overall.

Omg I will never go back to this store... What a messy nasty store and no one new what was going on.. plus 2 girls walking aroind doing nothing while there was a line and half to check out 10 mins in line just to check out....

The go to store when you forgot that thing on your shopping list...they seem to have everything at a reasonable price and for holiday decorations it's a must go to place for inexpensive cute doo-dads.

Went into the store this morning to buy cups for work was notified by the clerk that they did not have any change and could not give me back the $0.56 that I had coming to come back in 20 minutes that the bank did not have change. Who is running this place this is disgraceful
