I gave it a 1 star because I couldnt give 0. Horrible pharmacy service. The store is closed due to maintenance and pharmacy drive thru is only opened. I waited in line for an hour to get up to 2 cars before the window for me to get turned away because they closed. Considering the situation and amount of traffic there will be they should change their hours to accommodate their customers. My 2 year old needed medication and I could not give that to her right away as I was instructed to. I will be sending my prescriptions elsewhere. Just awful.

1 Star because I cannot leave 0.Like all CVS locations, corporate policy and intervention(or lack there of) has failed this location. Understaffed and visibly dirty across the entire facility are the more obvious faults.One of the dirtiest sections is also the most vital section is the pharmacy. Prescriptions and garbage overflowing onto the floor.More concerning than any of this is closing the pharmacy without notification to the patients.For the information to be sent out to be patients out in advance would be the bare minimum, with help on having emergency prescriptions transferred being the proper way.Neither of these were the case. I showed up to a closed pharmacy, and spent 45 minutes on the phone to have 2 prescriptions transferred.I cannot fault the help desk agent for doing their best, but I can fault CVS as a whole and this locations manager for their failure as a location and as company as a whole.

Refilled my prescription using automated system Was told my prescription would be ready after 5pm. This was a Tuesday. I went to pick it up and the only way you could get it was through the drive thru. The line was wrapped around the building. I didn't wait. Here it is Friday and I decided I would have to wait. Did I ever. It still wasnt readyPractically 30 min

Just waited close to 20 minutes in line to pick up my prescription. The car in front of me was served and they closed The window Just by my turn. They have had one of my prescriptions on back order for over 2 months now. I'll be switching pharmacies, not impressed.

Horrible pharmacy!! They never answer the phone when you call. I called two consecutive days and was on hold over an hour before I hung up. They are constantly out of stock on medications. Their automated phone refill system is a joke. From now on, I will get my prescriptions from Amazon and Birdi online pharmacy. Those businesses have better drug prices, answer the phone when you call, and have better overall service.

Worst pharmacy ever. Put in for refill and can’t get for 14 days. High blood pressure medication. Should I wait 14 days without taking it? Waited 45 minutes for them to pick up phone then woman was very rude

Pharmacy NEVER answers phone at this location! Employee at store was rude ,wouldn’t let me ask my question and just hung up on me . Drove to pharmacy after hours of issues and was ignored at the designated check-in counter . All this and only 4 customers in the store !!!! Wasted a whole day just dealing with this CVS . Find new staff or shut this cvs down .

At 11 I attempted to pick up an antibiotic for my 3y/o son who has a 103 fever. The cvs in target opened late and didnt have the medication. The rx was sent to the cvs on N Main Street in waterbury and i was told it will be ready in an hour. 2.5 hours later I received a text that it was ready. I immediately drove to pick up the rx because as previously stated my son has a 103 fever and wanted to start the medication asap. I walked to the pharm window and was told they were closed until 2. It was 145. The man behind the counter was unwilling to help me despite me explaining my situation. When I did return at 2 the rx was not ready and again had to wait.I spent my entire Sunday trying to pick up the antibiotic for my son and not one time got an apology for the inconvenience or wait. Great costumer service.

The staff is nice, but when I got my photos developed it took over a month and I only got one roll of film back. I don’t understand how this is allowed to happen when other stores seem to have no problem

My family and I enjoy shopping at this CVS because it has a friendly pharmacy team and the front end managers (Lisa and Betsie) greet us by our first names whenever we visit.

The worst patient service I ever experienced, pharmacist raising his voice and yelling at a sick patient who happen to wait in the drive through for more than 20 minutes to serve other patient for covid testing. No empathy, no customer service. I am disappointed at the level of professionalism these people have!! I do not recommend using this CVS!

I always go there to pick up prescriptions from the pharmacy, but today, when I went to pick up a prescription ( I do not know her name) but what a RUDE and NASTY person attended me. I was on the phone trying to get information on a certain insurance because I was being charged a large amount of money for something that was supposed to be covered. She was talking over me while I was trying to get the proper info and then shrugged her shoulders, grunted and TOSSED the medication to the back....She literally threw it. I thanked the pharmacist and the other nice assistant for thier obnoxious co workers attitude, and kindly walked out

Worst service don't go here. Sent my prescription there and the lady asked me if I really needed it because they don't have it. I had to ask if she could order it she said fine with attitude. I was informed it would be there the next day when i went in it was not there and was told to come in the following day and they would call me if it doesn't come in. I went in and it's still not there and no one called me. I was rudely told if I wanted my prescription back. She didn't check any other pharmacy until I asked and no one has it apparently. I think she forgot to order it and was to busy to deal with it. Extremely rude and when I asked for a supervisor she said he was on vacation until next week

Very pleasant and helpful workers, the folks at the pharmacy section are thorough and helpful despite always being busy and sometimes in hectic situations.However, the prices are usually 2 or more dollars expensive than other stores.When you're on a fixed income even losing just two dollars adds up.

My husband and I went to the CVS 2000 North Main Street to get covid tested we missed the concert that we paid a lot of money for and I really really wanted to see Alanis Morissette we haven't been anywhere for almost a year and a half the first place we buy tickets to go to we can't because I did not get my covid results back for 5 days anywhere you go the covid test has to be done within 72 hours 5 days how obnoxious is that why even bother sending me the results after 5 days when you know and I know a 5-day old result not valid at all
