Horrible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would… the pharmacy is beyond useless, they never have any medication in stock. I’m pregnant with high BP and I’ve been waiting DAYS for my meds to come in. I was told by the pharmacist at this location she can’t cancel my script so I can have my Dr write me a new one to a different CVS location. I asked when my meds will be in and I got a snarky “don’t know call back tomorrow” as a response… they are rude and unprofessional. I am switching pharmacies after I get my prescription… when ever it is ready…

Super pleasant pharmacist when we went on 12/20/22 afternoon for vaccination. Prices are reasonable and CVS extracare makes it even more reasonable.

Worst customer service around! Called Monday to get multiple prescriptions filled. Was told that one wouldn't be ready until Wednesday and the rest on Thursday. Went to pick up on Wednesday on my lunch break and it wasn't ready. The lady there was able to get it ready, but it left me with no time to get food. I asked her about having Thursday's prescriptions done by noon so that I could pick them up on my lunch break...hopefully. She instructed me to call in the morning. When I did, they said that the truck hadn't come in and to call back at 11:30am. I called back and was on hold for 25 minutes for them to tell me that my prescriptions wouldn't be ready until 1pm. So now I have to skip my meds until tomorrow thanks to CVS. Does anyone know of a better pharmacy in the Waterbury area? One that actually cares about their customers?

It was easy to schedule a vaccination appointment and I was in and out quickly. They even helped me set up my other vaccinations that were overdue. The pharmacy staff was attentive and courteous.

I placed a pickup order for ONE ITEM. I sent my husband to pick up the item when he got out of work. Tell me why he was waiting by the registers & no one noticed until almost 10 minutes of waiting? He looked around the store and didn’t see a single employee. And when someone finally came out… my order wasn’t ready. So on top of already waiting, he had to wait even longer for the employee to grab the item.Definitely don’t recommend picking up items from this store.

Lady on the pharmacy completely unprofessional. She will continue to take care of people that got there after me and when I say I was here first and all I need is to drop of a prescription. She just told me i need it to wait cause she wasn't picking up prescriptions. Completely unaceptable.

The cashier Cynthia needs to be friendly and to have a good attitude with all customers, regarding your race, color.. I think that you need to retrain her or teach her how important it is to greet all customers with a smile and have a nice personality, she is always mean and scary, bad experience with Cynthia... I will not shop at this cvs because of this problem!!!! You need to hire someone that wants to work and help customers with whatever situation may arise, you lost a good customer and many more that I know of as well!!! Yours truly!!

Horrible experience with Cynthia the cashier. I was clearly waiting in line and she took someone that just walked into the store ahead of me. She was obviously holding Lysol cleaning supplies for someone and sold 4 in two separate consecutive transactions. during thus pandemic when everyone else has to respect the rules and purchase no more than 2. Meanwhile the line is building so I ask her to call someone to help to minimize a crowd at the register, she says there is no one. Sin enough another person comes up to assist smh. She then proceeded to attempt to charge me twice for something as if I wouldn’t have checked my receipt before I left. It was deliberate because CVS won’t accept returns currently. You should hire ppl that want to service the community as a whole not themselves and get mad when you call them out. Pay close attention to that one.

The pharmacy at this CVS is horrible. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. They never have the prescription ready, you always have to wait for them to fill it while you stand around. There's been many times where they didn't have the prescription we needed on hand, or only had some of it. Something as simple as hydrocortisone cream is made out to be a hot commodity that they never seem to have in stock. The tech's are often rude and make you feel like an imposition. The pharmacists I've dealt with are poor communicators and don't want to deal with you. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because I like that it's open late and the front end cashiers have always been nice.

Please, for the LOVE OF GOD, avoid this place like the plague if you want to get your correct prescriptions on time. My first time using this pharmacy was my last day. I was prescribed medication by my doctor at 8:20am....only got one of them by 3:30pm. I didnt get a call that it was ready but walked-in around 3:15pm because i felt like it shouldn't have taken that long....got there and they still told me they needed like 10 more mins lol. I waited only to realize that they charged it through the wrong insurance company so they had to take it back to rebill it lol. My doctor resent the second prescription for IBUPROPHEN that day...2 DAYS LATER I get a call that the pharmacy finally has it ready.Another woman was there who attempted to pick up medication that was supposed to be ready the previous week. The pharmacy said she had to wait a little while as well. They said the day it was supposed to come they didn't recieve all the medication lol. This place is a joke. They had a week to recieve the rest of the missing medication and she still had to wait...what is this place even?! 😂

The worst. Racial profiling a lot of the costumers. Unprofessional, unorganized, hiring family members when they should not be doing that . And there manager kimberly she I so rude and unprofessional. The store aisle always a mess she does not care or take full responsibility of this store so yes this store is the worst

Worst pharmacy! Severely understaffed and it's happened twice now I try to refill a prescription 2 days before the day I run out and they lie and say it's too soon. They say I'll check again they actually put it through the computer and lo and behold it goes through. Staff can't do their jobs right. And I was talked to slowly because my stutter because I get treated like I'm stupid. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Go to Walgreens!

On my way to work today August 3rd, 2017, I decided to drop by hoping to buy my anti-allergy eye drops because I was out. I parked right in front of the door. As I was getting out of my car, a CVS staff (African-American woman) yelled at me "we are open at 8!" then slammed the door on me. The actual time per my iWatch was actually 8:01 AM. That staff needs re-training with customer satisfaction and taught how to read the watch correctly!!!

This cashier at the pharmacy is the WORST! she clearly wakes up on the wrong side of the bed every morning. I understand you never know what someone is dealing with at anytime but it just seems as if she needs a refresher to understand that thinking also. Very rude and unprofessional.

I had no issue with being patient or understanding they were busy with other prescriptions and customers. However, the rudeness was direct and unnecessary. Also It seemed like the pharmacist was looking for reasons "not" to fill my prescription. It's typical for the pharmacist to tell you, "You might want to go to a different CVS, I dont know if we have your prescription" , which would be fine if it were true but its only frustration expressed on their part because they "always" end up having my prescription. I can go on, I live near CVS on Reidville and take meds I refill every month... I recommend CVS on Meridan Rd.

Another awful Waterbury store. It took them 10 minutes and two people coming up front tell me the printing machine didn't work after asking if they worked and being told yes it worked. Out of order signs are easy things to put up unless you just don't care

Everytime I put in for my refills I call the automated system it always says is on process for days, but They don't do your refills until you actually go there then they tell you it will be 30 mins
