Tried picking up my prescription on Monday 3/18 and their entire system crashed. Went today 3/20 (the last day to pick it up according to texts) around 12:30pm and was told “we already reshelved it this morning.” I asked for them to refill it since today was the last day for pickup and she said it would be ready at 2pm. Which means she’d rather have her lunch than fill what should NOT have been reshelved. I’m pulling all my prescriptions from CVS Meriden Road. I suggest everyone else do the same!

Well here we go i am Disappointed with this pharmacy my mother in law is in a need to have order her medication and prescription be filled out and all ways we are having issues with them at the time to process the medication event the plan for my mother in law covered. There system is not up dated and by the time they send you a voicemail mail you call them to ask if your prescription is ready the just respond with the only thing that the plan doesn’t covered Went you all ready receive and a prove for it from the plan providers.The pharmacy personal is incompetent and at the time the response to you to let them know before they check on the system for a medication approval the just come and said that the plan doesn’t covered went it does. The have some personal from pharmacy that respond you and act rude and the give you un profesional service. For my point of view i do no recomen this pharmacy the always have complaints at the time went you are goin to pick up medication 💊 really i will tell my mother in law to change pharmacy.

I'm in the medical field had to call in an Rx for a patient and the pharmacy staff RON was extremely rude. As if I was bothering him because I verbally called in an RX verses faxing or leaving a message . At our office we make sure that the Rx are called in to ensure that it is received by the pharmacy and to avoid the patient having to wait .

Absolutely useless. I called on 8/3 to confirm my medication was ready for pickup and they said yes. 8/4 I go in the drive through to pick it up, and it’s not even ready. After waiting 15 mins or so, there are 4-5 cars behind me and he asked me to pull back around in the back of the line to give them time to get it ready. I’m over CVS pharmacy as a whole at this point. I’ve had so many negative experiences. I understand companies are short staffed, but when it comes to peoples medications they should be hiring competent people.

I've been coming here for years and ive had good experiences. But I'm fed up. I wish I can post a screen shot. I've called multiple times and this last time I've literally been on hold for over an hour. They are LITERALLY not picking up the phone on purpose. My fiance is going to pick up my script and I need to tell them she can yet rhey refuse to pick up. I've had good and bad experiences here but this forced me to finally review. And I only review when I'm very unhappy with a business. Something needs to be done. I understand that they are probably.busy but it's 330 pm on a Tuesday and all I require is a 3 min phone call...not to mention they always seem to be out of mess. I'm switching pharmacies.

Always an easy experience. I mainly use the pharmacy. They fill my scripts within 30-60 mins of electronic receipt. They call me for reminders.I get updates via text and app as well. If I ask for them to reach out to doc or fix anything they do right away.

Every time I've gone here I've felt pretty good leaving the store. While the prices are pretty high, if you really need something quick it's convenient. Pharmacy staff is great, I get scripts filled within 30-60 minutes of my doctor sending them over and staff is very knowledgeable.

Pharmacist is incredibly rude.Today is october 26th 2021 my doctor and my nurse both called to speak to the pharmacist about my meds and they both stated that the male pharmacist they spoke to had an incredibly rude tone. I will be switching my pharmacy because this man was also incredibly rude to myself and my mother.

Worst pharmacy ever. I’ve been to other cvs locations and never had those issues. Super rude staff, not helpful at all. Do nothing to try and solve the issue. My doctor got frustrated with how they handled things. They need new staff at the pharmacy or training on how to have a better attitude and actually do the jobs they get paid for.. Makes me want to stop using cvs all together and even stop shopping there. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I work for a medical office and when I called to call in a prescription for a patient, the pharmacist was beyond rude. The original script we sent over was not covered by this patients insurance, so to not hold up the treament for this patient I called and asked the pharmacist if she can check if another drug is covered, I gave her the name, strength and directions and she informed me that I would need to send over the prescription for her to tell me. Now I do this all day long and deal with many pharmacies and I know that that is not the case, they are able to do a test run and let me know but she was just being flat out lazy, telling me that I can contact the insurance, which I can not do, Medicaid does not allow us to call for pharmaceutical questions, everything needs to be faxed. When I asked her to do the test run, I also added that other pharmacies are able to do it she huffed and puffed again asking me to contact the insurance but went ahead and did it any way, she was extremely rude asking me the quantity by saying just pick any number. Then tells me it went through are you going to send over a script now, (with a very rude and sarcastic tone)I dont understand why you couldn't contact the insurance, I politely said yes I am, thank you and hung up. This pharmacist was a rude, lazy and a very unhelpful person. I never do reviews but when it comes to patient care, I have to let people know. I wasn't the patient but I was calling on the patients behalf. This lady clearly does not like her job, get out of the field lady and go into something you enjoy, so you dont take your misery out on your cutomers!

Today I tried to exchange a bag of cvs brand briefs I had accident purchased for my mother in the wrong size. The young lady behind the counter refused to exchange the briefs because I didn't have a receipt. She instead offered me store credit for the last sale price which was less than the cost for the same product today.I asked to speak with a manager. The young lady waiting on me gestured to the woman next to her and that woman verbally authorized the exchange. Then the young lady waiting on me said, no. She explained that this happened with a different product the other day and someone else wouldn't let her make the exchange. So she again offered me store credit for $13.99 which I reluctantly accepted. I had purchased the original product at full price to begin with and what should have been a simple exchange costed an additional $2.20.I won't be shopping at CVS again and will now take all of my medicine prescriptions somewhere else too

Called at 5:30 on a Sunday. (They close at 6) lady told me she had my prescription ready but not to pick it up until tomorrow “because we close at 6” she rushed me off the phone. I called back to let her know I need it today (I live 5 mins away) but she was sarcastic - “you just called 3 seconds ago hahah”Had to drive to the other side of town to the west Main Street location because she wouldn’t let me pick it up there. 👎

They have a new store manager at this location and he sucks. He has absolutely no customer service skills or communication. The Reidville drive store manager is much nicer and cares about his customers. This location could stand to take a few pointers from the reidville store. Do better!

Last night I stopped to use the ATM. It was 953pm and the door was already locked. The woman stood at the door and mouthed closed. I asked if I could quickly use the ATM and shook her head no. 953 is not 10pm.

The pharmacy customer service sucks, they hired people who show no desire or motivation to be there. When you call the pharmacy they place you on hold and never answer the phones in a timely manner, I will no longer be using this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions.

Next time you pull in here, look at the disgusting built up rust on the location's main ID sign. It's been that way for over a year. You know what they say, "If it's dirty on the outside, it's dirty on the inside." You really want to trust these people with your prescriptions when they can't even take care of their most basic sign on Meriden Road?

They don’t know how to pick up the phone, was on hold for well over an hour, multiple times throughout the week while trying to fill my child’s prescription, now my child has been out of his meds for 2 days because no one there pick up a phone.
