8-09-23/ The store was very clean and had a lot of samples throughout the store. (I don’t partake with the samples)We went to Costco for two items only, Costco disposable toilet tissue wipes. They didn’t have any!!! We then went to get half and half. They didn’t have any!!! I then decided I wanted something sweet, oatmeal raisin and sugar cookies are my favorites. They didn’t have sugar cookies and I had to buy the triple pack just to get a few oatmeal cookies $9.99, price was a little too high. We did purchase the rotisserie chicken which was cooked well, and was delicious. Then , when it’s time to checkout( self checkout) you are carded before you go use the self checkout. Then on the way out your receipt is checked to be sure you are not stealing. I definitely do not like the constant monitoring of your identity. But, I do understand it is the company policies that you agree to as a member.

Ohhh my I missed sample Friday. It was a treat while I waited for my tire rotation did a little shopping had a hot dog. The people that work here are so polite and helpful. Ms Valerie was a treat of a person, warm and welcoming personality.. Nice meeting you

They have lots of good products in bulk at fair prices. The fact they sell liquor and you don't need a membership is very nice, but a plus when you are going there already. The only two things I don't really care for is the way traffic is routed to get into the parking lot, it creates a fair amount of congestion, in conjunction with the face most people are busy staring at their phones while driving instead of keeping traffic moving. The place is always a mad house unless you go very early. The people around the bottle returns don't make room for the people coming in and out of the store so it can create backup just trying to get in. Most people are in such a rush inside the store they're more concerned with getting in line front of you than just letting you by. These are not Costo's problems, more people problems, why I still have them 5 stars. I always come prepared with a list and go where I need to and leave as quickly as possible. I do like their gas and am willing to wait in line if I need fuel. Their gas is rated among the top best fuels you can put in your vehicle.

This place is great. Huge selection like what you would expect from any typical costco. Likes are not too long, and there was plenty of staff on the floor available to help. Customer service will take a return in any condition for any reason.

Went here shopping clerk was PJ on Feb 26 2034 at 2pm who was nothing but nasty as I was checking out with my husband who is a member. He states that i can’t pay only my husband can pay . He says to go elsewhere if we don’t like the new rules. He states they don’t care if they lose a member and that they do not profit off product only memberships so even if your husband has a membership he is not allowed to purchase for me. I have to have a membership too. Membership cancelled immediately

I mean bro its costco. The best store on the planet! 1.5 hot dogs? Sign me up! I can feed my family of 15 for only $13! It's amazing! And that chicken tho. Amazing. The free samples? To die for. I would come here every day if i didn't live an hour away. But I still make the drive to shop!

I would like the customer service of each employee to be more smiling and willing to help, but it is impossible, they do not have a vocation for service, as a person I do not feel comfortable, in reality the service in general here in the United States is very simple and cold.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding a recent visit to your establishment on 10/28 at approximately 4:30 pm.While I understand and appreciate the necessity of security measures, I would like to express my concern about a perceived discrepancy in the application of these protocols. Specifically, I observed a thorough examination of my shopping cart, which contained 22 items. While I welcome this level of vigilance, I couldn't help but notice that similar scrutiny was not extended to other customers, including one with a larger shopping cart immediately ahead of me.Furthermore, I believe it is crucial to ensure that all customers, regardless of their background, are treated with fairness and respect. Regrettably, I felt that there was an instance of racial profiling during my visit, which I believe warrants attention and corrective action.Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention an interaction with a staff member ( Lady ) stationed at the exit. I believe there may be an opportunity for retraining in customer service practices.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns. Ensuring an inclusive and equitable shopping environment is of utmost importance to maintain the trust and satisfaction of your valued clientele.Thank you for your time and consideration.

Waterbury Costco is the best Costco on the planet! I always teased my mom because I swear to God since she retired she is there twice a day...but after getting my tires rotated and becoming a member myself...I GET IT!I'm addicted!

Their policy of checking and confirming membership at the register doesn't make any sense to me, as if they really gave some discount on prices or anything we couldn’t find somewhere else, we are paying hundreds of dollars in membership a year and on top of that the other members of my house can't shop if I'm not there. Costco is not worth it, the poor treatment they give you while you are there spending your money, their rude employees and if you are black or Hispanic you have all eyes on you thinking that you are stealing something. BJ's is a hundred thousand times better in Waterbury anyway.

The store is fine. Customer service on the phone is non existent. I called twice to ask a simple question. The first time was left on hold for 45 minutes with Noone answering, the second time, someone answered and transferred me to a ringing phone for another 30 minutes. Terrible service, and terrible people.

I love Costco so much that, in my opinion, no issue is big enough to give it less than 5 stars. We do most of our shopping here and it helps that we have a big deep freeze in the basement as everything comes in huge quantities. We definitely save money in the long run, though. I always buy Kirkland (Costco brand) if that's an option, the quality of all Kirkland produce and products is simply amazing.

Lorex 4K cameras are junk in less than a year I had four go bad they would not warranty the last one Costco is supposed to have a 2-year extended warranty they are also not honorable they wouldn't warranty itgood but what good ist it if you have 4 out of 8 bad cameras now im on 5th one going bad. Costco does not honor their warranty.

They let me in the store but wouldn’t let me check out. I was let in the store but when I came to check out they said I couldn’t cause my card was my moms. I understand they have policies but they shouldn’t have let me in the store if they weren’t going to let me check out. They need to make sure all employees understand new policies and procedures before they waste costumers time. Bad costumer service!!

Needed new tires asap, we were traveling out of state and it was the first time not going directly to the dealership. Ron at service was exceptionally helpful with recommending and ordering new tires. Went to service that Saturday as a walking in and was shocked that my car was ready within two and a half hours! Great team and friendly staff!

Never been prior to Saturday. It was nice, similar to BJ's and SAM'S nothing major. Enjoy all these stores equally. Their almond filled Danish though, my my my- nicely toasted in the conventional oven with a nice cup of coffee, well hello somebody 😋

Customer service is good and mostly have everything in stock. Most people have been there forever so would like to think they are being treated well to stay for so long. It is nice to see the same people working. Lines can get long but generally goes pretty quick.

Horrible experience with Kevin Robinson (manager). I do not know how someone as rude and unprofessional as him can hold a manager position at Costco! Come on Costco do better at picking your employees!
